Review:This is an incredible book. It is so fun to read aloud! I read it in a monster truck rally announcer voice. My husband prefers the British nature show narrator. Either way it is fun to read and a wonderful explanation for the game rock, paper, scissors. Read more
Review:I'm not a big fan of talking animal books, so maybe my opinion shouldn't count, but I didn't really like it. I understand the message of the book, but it just wasn't for me. It was well written, but I didn't feel emotionally connected to any of the characters. Read more

Review:I actually enjoyed the message in this early reader much more than I had expected! My kids love Pete and I love that they usually have some type of encouraging message for young children. This book tackles the ever important issue kids have with not wanting to try something again if they have a bad experience. Pete loves bananas, has a bad banana, and then never wants one again. His friends and family help him overcome his concerns in a simple way like all Pete books do. I love the talking point... Read more
Review:My daughter loves Pete the Cat. She was so excited. Some of her favorites in a nice box with a handle. Perfect size for taking them on the go (typical First Reader size books). Great first readers, and Pete the Cat is just awesome! I highly recommend. Read more
Review:My great (?) nephew , my sister's grandson, loved the books and I loved the delivery time. Perfect as usual via Amazon. FYI my future son in law orders everything on Amazon; even paper towels. It is a wacky world but ya'll make it happen. :) Read more
Review:Wonderful, says Alex. He really liked it. Too much time required to respond.
Six more words is stupid and we'd rather be reading another book than adding words to get you to allow me to submit my review.

Review:My English language learners love Pete the Cat. This is a nice story for emerging early readers, as the illustrations help children to understand any new vocabulary that they don't know. In this book, Pete explores a train and tells his story about travelling to see his grandma. My ESL students really latched on to and understood the concept and had great discussions after they read it. Great little learning tool. Fun illustrations! Read more
Review:This book is very funny for anyone who likes sassy and bossy little girls. It’s about this girl named Junie B that forgot to do her homework and saw that May’s homework was on her desk and Junie B copied it. Junie B copied it before May got back from the office. Junie B didn’t want her teacher, Mr. Scary to get mad at her for not doing her homework and coping off May’s homework.
I would give this book to anybody that likes sassy and bossy little girls. To find out more read more the book ... Read more
