Review:It's pretty predictable but sweet and angry. There's an element I think that was missing towards the end for dramatic effect, but it was still awfully adorable. I think the sister's appearance could've been slightly prolonged. Read more
Review:Good read, intriguing story line that holds your interest. Nice romance book without all the hype about "alpha", "dominant" or "processive" male lead. Story moved along with only a couple of times appearing to drag. Overall - not bad. Will read the next one in the series... Read more
Review:I totally loved this book. Many times while reading it I found myself wondering the"what it's" of my own life. I also grew up in a small town and had to deal with nasty rumors and bitchy high school girls, but I chose to leave it behind me. I enjoyed how the author created each person. It gave you the feeling that you knew someone just like them and brought you into their lives. Read more

Review:Mind Game was SO good!!! I love these characters and they feel as if they are friends. I really enjoyed that the book was centered around Jane, but that everyone else was mentioned or involved in the story line. I absolutely cannot wait for the next one to see what happens with Jane and Seth! Don't hesitate to read! Read more

Eve wants to use her skills in facial reconstruction to find out if this could be her girl.

Review:Another great Eve Duncan book. A skull is left for Eva to do what she does best as a forensic sculpture. Turns out the skull is the sister of Cara, Eve' s adopted daughter, roommate. I love how the writer brings characters in from other books and makes them richer. Very well written Read more
Review:I have never written a review before but I couldn't let this go. I had heard good things about Iris Johansen's books so I thought I would give it a try. It was such a disappointment. I made myself finish it but actually started another book so that I had something thoughtful to read while working my way through her book. The characters were as cliche as I have ever read. The plot didn't excite me. Unless it was free, I would never read another of Johansen's books. She obviously rides on her past... Read more
Review:This story is excellent. It takes us on the tasteful romantic journey of two troubled imperfect people. There is a perfect balance between romance and action. I loved being engrossed in European culture. My wife and I enjoyed reading this together. Read more
Review:For this reviewer words usually come easy for me but this time I’m having a really hard time trying to find the perfect words for this book! I absolutely loved this book so much! I truly identified with Annette. I knew I would love her from the moment she said that she sometimes feels forgotten. The connection to her character was instant. I have felt that way in certain situations my entire life and I truly felt that Annette could have been me or any other women reading this book. Annette is g... Read more
