Review:The book itself was interesting and informative. But, we know that if we follow any diet to the letter, we will loose weight in the 4-6 lbs range for the two week period. What was my major disappointment was the fact that Whole Foods doesn't carry the cracker anymore nor can you find the Dannon Fit and Crave Yogurt anymore. Review:I highly recommend “Habit Stacking, 127 Small Changes to Improve Your health, Wealth, and Happiness,” by S. J. Scott. What I particularly like is the author’s explanation of how a chain reaction of habits creates positive results. For me, the chain-reaction concept became a painless, automatic technique, once I got started. Conscious “effort” became automatic “endeavor.”

Review:Very thoughtful examination of the anatomy and science of the body with a really easy and down to earth presentation on how you can take control of your pain conditions. Review:I'm 55 and have been working out/lifting, boxing, karate, bike, jogging, yoga, kettle bells etc.for over 30 years. Recently found with my weight staying the same for the past 30 years +/- 5lb but body fat rising, I have not been lifting heavy because I don't want to get hurt.
