Bible Study
Review:Too often people who have faith are viewed as nieve or guilty of superficial reasoning and thinking. This cannot be said of Dinesh D'Souza in the book "What's so Great About Christianity." The author responds to widely accepted critiques of Christianity with extensive knowledge and exceptional insights. This is one of the best apologetic books I've read Read more
Review:I became acquainted with the writings of Donald Miller through his first book, PRAYER AND THE ART OF VOLKSWAGON MAINTENANCE. I had originally picked that book up because it had an interesting title. I was really impressed with Miller's writing style, the conversational tone and the wonderful way he told stories. Years later, I discovered that Miller had written something new, BLUE LIKE JAZZ and bought it the first chance I could. BLUE LIKE JAZZ became a phenomena of sorts and has helped Miller... Read more
Review:This book is based on the family members closest to Jesus. It is a story of how they may have felt or emotions that may have been going through. Some of it is an elaboration and the author does explain this, but as Christian writer the author stays as Biblically accurate as possible.
It was a fascinating study, and it really makes your examine what may have been going on or what that person went through. There is a least one person, if not multiple people in the story you can relate to. Th... Read more

Review:A Tale of Three Kings is a very thought provoking book for any Christian who is frustrated with leadership. Leadership in their church isn' the only place Christian leaders are. This book speaks into the lives of people trying to lead their family, work or just about any other place.
I highly recommend this book to husbands, fathers and lay leaders. Read more

Review:This is a life changing teaching from Myles Monroe!! He will be sorely missed!! I had given away all of my hardback copies to friends and people who needed to hear this message so I bought the Kindle version. I read this many times to remind me of what I'm supposed to be doing. I HIGHLY recommend this as a small group teaching, personal exploration or even as a large group presentation! A MUST READ for Christians! Read more
