Review:There are some very strong parts of this book and others rather weak. I am not sure I enjoyed the way it was organized and I keep feeling as if there were things missing. Was I glad I read it? Yes, for the language was lovely. Read more
Review:My 9 year old niece & were in need of a good bed time read when we found this gem. It was the perfect length, it had lovely illustrations and a good morale to the story. We like to take turns reading pages and with this book there was no trouble in doing that for my niece. Read more
Review:While I cannot say this book is the best that I have ever read, it definitely ranks in the top 98% or so. Gene Wolfe delivers a stunning narrative of Earth in the far-distant future. Although Shadow and Claw (the first two books in the series) have a strong fantasy/science fiction edge, they surpass the traditional mold of Tolkein and take the genre to a new contemporary level. This is one of the novels that bridges the gap between Science Fiction and legitimate Lichrachure. If you have... Read more
Review:I liked this book a lot. As an American gun owner I find it weird how many people in the world know nothing about guns. They have a good plan but of course some sissy people are going to ruin everything being little poops. every one should be able to defend themselves and this is a great example why. Can't wait to read the next book. Read more

Review:You'd think I'd learn not to trust the reviews for a free book on Amazon, but here we are. This book is horrible. It reads like it was written by someone who just despises overweight people. The main character is... well, a caricature. She's a bumbling, sloppy, and gluttonous loser with an utter lack of self control. Her only defining character trait is being jealous of thin women. She is completely ignorant about wellness and nutrition until someone shows her the way. Once she stops stuffing he... Read more
Review:I loved how the author described each character while also inserting the town of Eden & the country. This made me feel I was there in beautiful Colorado & experienced all the trials, the awakening for the love of the town, its people, the 5 Sisters Ranch, & witnessed blooming love plus Forever Love! Review:Very eye opening reminder of all the craziness in our world. Characters are so believable and down to earth. Appreciate the prepper information. Looking forward to following the characters into the next book. Am hoping to see a little deeper walking with God situations in next book. Keep up the good job!! Read more
Review:Edward Albee's "The Goat" or Who Is Sylvia is, to the issue of Gay Marriage, what Arthur Miller's The Crucible was to McCarthyism. Albee manages to show an audience exactly what true love is and he uses a middle class WASP family with a homosexual son and a goat to do it. The end of the play has a hurt and confused wife holding forth a dripping burlap sack full of hacked up pieces of a dead goat as her husband weeps into his hands. Not only does it address the issue of how dare we define love, ... Read more
