Review:This cookbook is amazing! I've tried four recipes so far and all have been easy and delicious. Review:Really enjoyed this book during my first Whole 30. Loved that each day had excerpts of what you may be feeling so you knew what was common to expect. I liked the diary aspect to right down details, good and bad, of how your day went. I can look back and see what worked, what foods I liked, what I could do differently. Read more
Review:I really enjoyed this book. You just have to know it's not for weight loss as it is more for a life style change onto eating healthy. The diet it's self isn't easy and take a lot of work because you have to pretty much make all your food. But you'll be happy in the end Read more
Review:Stay away. This is not affiliated with the bestselling Whole30 in any way. Clearly yet another plagaristic cookbook title that plays on bestselling cookbooks and acts like they are affiliated, which they are not. Read more
Review:I ordered the kindle version— silly me. I was hoping to look through the pictures for inspiration... the kindle version had a table of contents and I had to click on every possibility to see a photo before deciding. Time consuming and Tiring! I ended up getting recipes from elsewhere. Disappointing experience with this book (kindle)— don’t recommend. Read more

Step by step pictures are easy to follow and leaves nothing to the imagination. Not for the squeamish of faint of heart. A great reference book and instantly one of my favorites. Highly recommended as a culinarian. Read more

Review:I have always enjoyed Megan's recipes and when the chance came to be an official recipe tester, I couldn't wait to start cooking. After 8 weeks of about 9 recipes per week I found myself making most of the delicious meals many more times!! The recipes are easy to understand, most are quick to prepare, and all of them are yummy blends of tastes and textures. Totally looking forward to getting my book which I pre-ordered and it should be here any day. Thank you Megan! Job well done:-) Read more
