I really enjoyed this book. You just have to know it's not for weight loss as it is more for a life style change onto eating healthy. The diet it's self isn't easy and take a lot of work because you have to pretty much make all your food. But you'll be happy in the end

Most of these recipes require more time to make than I usually have, but of the ones I've tried, they've turned out to be "keepers". If you enjoy spending a lot of time prepping and cooking, it's a decent cookbook.

These recipes have a lot going on with wonderful flavor profiles! If you're up for spending some time in the kitchen and having really healthy and absolutely delicious food, this book is for you. These recipes help keep me on track mainly because they are so delicious and when I think about going out for food I just don't need to because I've got really delicious food at home that you would find at a high quality restaurant!
