Historical Romance
Review:I stumbled upon the wallflower series based on a review. I decided to try the first book in the series and was hooked ever since. My favorite was Anabelle's story, the first book. Though each of the stories were equally well written, I just found that particular one to have a little more action. I highly recommend this series, I know I loved it. Read more

Review:The characters are well fleshed out. A bit slow to start but holds your interest long enough to pull you in.
Unlikely scenarios add to the adventure. Brutal circumstances of war tempered with tenderness and the true measure of a hero.
Could have used more romance. Read more

Review:The story line was a good one. Reading the description had me hooked. However, this book has many sex scenes and vulgar language that I didn't find necessary. In fact, it took away from the story.

Review:Really enjoyed the simplicity of life from the 1800s. This story was a good escape from the realities of today. It's really good to read a book that takes us back to the era when courting was the way to a woman's heart. Read more
Review:I enjoyed this, the story was a little fast paced but also slow. Books where everything is a misunderstanding because characters cannot verbalize are getting a little dull so if you can handle the frustration than I recommend it. Read more
Review:I liked this sweet story. It was enjoyable, and I liked the characters, even the non-human ones :) I got it for free on my kindle, so I overlooked the typos, missing words, and using the wrong words. At first I liked it well enough to start thinking about the others in the series, but the continuity of the story had some major hiccups. For example, the heroine's eyes suddenly went from green to blue. And in the end the villain contradicted himself and that was confusing. Things like an aut... Read more

His two friends are watching him knowing what he is thinking and caution him to go ahead and take the man's money. The man Hamilton approaches him again and explains that he is very ill and that he did indeed trick him in winning the game of cards and therefore his entire fortune. His only request is that Th... Review:Not great either. Would be better if the author stuck to 3rd person limited point of view instead of omniscient point of view. Also would rather see more internal dialogue than info-dump. Story concept is interesting. Read more
