Review:I'm sorry, I'm one of those who love Shannara. I'm always looking for the newest entry. The short stories are nice filler. It's a sneaky way to keep us in contact with the characters we know and places we remember. Read more
Review:I love Terry Brooks and the Shannara series, and I know this was only a short story, but even the other two short stories in the series had a little more going on than this one. I was looking forward to more intrigue and participation from Shea and Flick. Read more
Review:It was nice to get Ekatarin's voice again, and in something that was local for the Vorkosigans. No high drama, gotta-save-a-world, a smaller challenge met, wrestling with the best outcome possible.

Review:I liked this Harry Bosch novel. I've read every one. That being said, I think the Bosch story is getting a little long in the tooth. The ending was very disappointing. I won't ruin it for anyone else, but I think the ending was the worst part of the book. Read more
Review:This is a "locked room" mystery, one of the earliest. The person was killed with the doors and windows of the room locked and he with the key in his pocket Of course, this makes the police believe it is a suicide and refuse to investigate. Review:Sweet story, faintly predictable but enjoyable. However, the peppering of frequent grammatical and syntax errors made some passages very irritating...honestly, it read more like Gaiman-esqe fanfic than professional literature. Read more
Review:I did not find this read soulful. I thought this collection of poems felt rushed and generic. What a waste of an amazing title. "I hope this reaches her in time" does not live up to it's lofty headliner. Within the first five pages there are printing errors from not enough ink. Not that the poems themselves have much substance. Everything written feels like it was taken straight off a Facebook post. I really wish I would have done more research on this author but the reviews made me jump the gun... Read more
Review:Oscar Wilde must have been quite the character in his day. This play about mistaken identity is not only laugh out loud funny but cutting at the same time. He skewers the upper class with his observations about their behaviour. No wonder it has been done in countless theaters over the years and been made into at least one film that I can think of.
