Review:Most women spend their lives being told how NOT to get pregnant, so when the time comes to achieve the opposite, many of us don't even know where to start! It turned out to be a lot more complicated and harder than I imagined it might be. This book was a great resource for an older mom TTC. It dispelled a lot of myths about age and pregnancy in your 30s and 40s. Well written, and backed up by scientific facts, making it an enjoyable as well as informative read. Read more
Review:The author is an obvious strict vegetarian & vegan. My wife & i are healthy & fit omnivores, so we don't usually take side on what people put on their plate. That said, it was almost offensive how the author shoves her organic idealism in your face through her words.

Review:Purchased this for two friends having babies. Beware that this book devotes a chapter to “S#@T, I’m Pregant”, and has some very crude profanity sprinkled within the activity book-not a book for all mothers. I was very disappointed because the humor was definitely there and could have been just as funny without the language in big bold lettering with comic style additions. Such a shame and not appropriate. Read more
Review:Pretty good book with practical & useful information if you're getting ready to try to conceive. A lot of it is common sense and well known facts, but it's handy to have it all in one place and a good basic guide to getting pregnant. Read more

I work alot and was hopping for somthing to just tell me what to eat while pregnet and a halfway simple way to do it. I only made the muffin recipies, they were good and was happy with how healthy they were but took alot of time and don't keep very well. Read more

Review:I give FULL credit for my successful twin pregnancy to this book! I wish I could meet the authors and personally thank them. I followed the advice very strictly. I knew I needed help when I asked my doctor for advice on eating and she recommended I eat an extra yogurt a day.
What were my results? I went 38.5 weeks before I had a scheduled c-section and gave birth to two healthy girls, 7 lbs 11 oz and 6 lbs 15 oz. This is HUGE for twins!!!
My pediatrician shook my hand and said "I don't kn... Read more
