Review:I thought I was conversant with most of these flavor laden species . . . But no! I found many I had never heard of or thought they came from different sources. Review:I wanted to rate this book more highly because it does have a ton of useful information in it, and several points strongly in its favor:
* The color photos are helpful and well done
* The recipes are largely simple and easy to follow
* It covers a huge number of plants, and most of them are things people can realistically expect to find or grow themselves without trouble
* The writing is clear and easy to understand.

Review:I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand how to grow mushroom by using plugs, spawn, kits, or clippings from existing mushrooms using a sterile environment with coffee grounds, straw, etc.....this was a very exciting book for me to read and get started growing mushrooms for personnel consumption. Review:If you are interested in learning about air plants and love illustrations, then this is a MUST for your library. I thorougly love this book so much that I keep it in my purse to read while I am waiting or sitting somewhere. This is one book that I find myself carrying wherever I go. It is the perfect size book for a medium sized purse.
