He enjoyed the other topics this book covers.It's not like a traditional encyclopedia and not in alphabetical order so if there was something he was looking for he had to go to the table of contents. My 8-month-old and 2-year-old enjoy pointing out things in the busy illustrations, while my 8-year-old enjoys learning pretty sophisticated facts about the solar system. He is advanced for his age/reading level, and LOVES science.
I like the trivia and other bits/pieces that introduces the child/young person into Astronomy, and explains things in a simple, but interesting manner. He will get years of enjoyment out of this book.
