Review:After reading the first book in the Sapphire Falls series by Erin Nicholas, I was in love--with Sapphire Falls and with the characters that live there. Mason is my newest book boyfriend, and Adrienne is my hero(ine) for taking charge of her life and making dramatic changes in her life, not just once, but twice. My only criticism is not the writing but the format/editing. Change of scene and point of view are at times abrupt with no hint of the change, causing me more than once to have to do a ... Read more

Review:I didn't like this. I read about 50 pages and couldn't go further. It was too gory and too many illicit scenes, I mean the character had no loyalties. He slept around a lot and I didn't want to read about it! Read more
Review:Anyone who reads The Iron Druid novels knows that Oberon is a big part of the enjoyment. The loveable Irish wolfhound doesn't disappoint as he takes center stage in The Purloined Poodle. I hope this is the first of many Oberon and Starbuck adventures. Read more
Review:No Strings Attached is my very first book by author Julie Moffett. I was a bit nervous reading this book for a couple of reasons. One - I am normally not a mystery reader. The blurb looked interesting and since no books in my preferred genre were demanding my attention, I thought I would try something different. Two - and this one is the biggie, I was jumping into a series that is well established. It can be very hit or miss not starting with a series from the beginning. Lucky for me, not only d... Read more

Review:Twentysomething American Female reminisces about her hard-drinking first months living as an expat in Paris. Not really amusing or interesting. At least the French words are spelled correctly. Probably OK if you like that kind of thing. I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book, through Reading Deals, so I could give an honest review.I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book, through Reading Deals, so I could give an honest review. Review:Purchased this for someone who has anxiety that is crippling her life. I selected this book because I felt she had reached a point where she was mad enough about her anxiety to say, as the title states--"F-Anxiety"! This book is an honest and humorous take on anxiety that gives helpful techniques on coping. I didn't give it 5 stars because the book itself is too short. And although my recipient loved it, this book is not for everyone. Read more
Review:I got the book because it was free and other reviews were good for it. It looked funny with a grumpy professor as the endearing main character. It started off good, but by the end I just wanted him to pay for all his consciousness and stupid mistakes. That would give me more satisfaction than having him walk out of the court yelling to all his students "drinks are on me!". I just couldn't take the rock star professor when I was all done. It was a short read though so I didn't have to take him to... Read more
Review:You know who you are. You've read everything she's written since you first discovered her. Is this any different, just because it focuses on a different scion of the bloody, brilliant Vor aristocracy? No, it's not - it's fantastic.. Buy it now. Read more
