Review:I liked eve and her prickly attitude. She was trying to get thru college and move on with her life when everything gets flipped upside down after she sees something strange. I like most of her men but I don't think I would be very forgiving if I was eve. I can't wait for book two to find out what else eve should know. Read more
Review:I volunteered to read an advanced copy of this book. When I read Meredith's story and her brothers were introduced, I was hoping to be able to read their stories. Killian is the oldest and I loved his and Luna's story. This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Read more
Review:I really enjoyed reading my exclusive copy of this book. I really liked the female hero, and enjoyed the idea of a society hidden on the fringes of our own. I enjoyed trying to figure out the story line before it happened in the book. The book is exciting, interesting and I am eagerly anticipating the rest of the books in the TrueMates series. I highly recommend this book...it was fun, interesting, spicy, and made me happy. I am really glad I got to read it. Read more
Review:This is a sad, depressing story about people who allowed their lives to get hopelessly screwed up, and then suffer the consequences. The main issues didn't seem to get resolved (or if they did, I didn't understand it). Read more
Review:Daphne du Maurier has a very rare talent, and that is to concisely describe the little details that make up such a great part of her stories. The human mind is capable of so many thoughts, but few human minds can capture them so perfectly.
But enough digression... This was a grand and glorious book, about a g... Read more
Review:The Black Flagged series is surely one of the best series I have read in recent years (reading about 50 books per year) and on par with Vince Flynn's Mitch Rapp series, Brad Thor's Scott Harvath, Ben Coes's, Mark Greaney's Grayman series, Tom Wood's Victor series. Fast action, cool plots and amazing writing. Can't wait to for the next book to be published!!! Read more
Review:This novel hits the ground running. Logan West, a highly decorated former Marine and a relapsing alcoholic, wakes up after lying unconscious on his basement floor for 40 hours, only to find a stranger watching him with obvious evil intent.
Not to give anything away, the action never stops till the end of the book. It left me breathless!
West is a very real hero, plagued by alcohol and PTSD, and about to be divorced by his wife, whom he loves. But he becomes involved in an
intricate plot... Read more
Review:I am sorry Darlings ( mass send out for several authors).
I got into a reading OCD mode, so I fell behind in writting reviews.
I am in the process of correcting that & hope I get to all of the books soon. Read more
Review:A fun story, love the creativity around parallel universes. Definitely became enthralled and eager to turn the pages. Although, I didn't give it the full five stars because I don't think this was one of Stephen kings better pieces. I don't think it was meant to be either, but still a good read. Read more
