Review:A book should be a single story. I'm in chapter 10, and so far, there is no one story. We've got a bunch of disparate stories about several different people. I'm sure there's something to tie them together later, or I hope so, but this is a frustrating read. I don't particularly care about the personal lives of these characters since they don't intersect except for the fact that they are all Human Garde. Review:So the story continues...This novel is told from the point of view of Adam from The Fallen Legacies. It is great to see what has happened to him since we last left the renegade Mog. This short novel has Adam helping the Loric cause by going on a mission to rescue some captive Chimaera with an unlikely side kick.
