Review:Another enjoyable read by Leia Stone. Dragon shifters are my favourite of the shifters and paranormal so reading this book was a joy as it was well written. It's a fast paced book, which I don't mind reading and it's also quite YA centred. I'm not a YA, however do enjoy reading some YA books and this was one of those I enjoyed. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Read more
Review:Somewhat like Pirates of the Caribbean set up in near space, with the Solar System changed beyond recognition, remnants of many epochs of human civilization mingled together, aliens meddling around for the interests of their own, dangers and mysteries everywhere, and a young girl coming of age through what has started as an adventure and ended as a retribution. Thankfully, no romance. Read more
Review:This book was good, but different from it's predecessors. We didn't see Ursula's origin in full and the story was focused elsewhere, as another reviewer already said. The ending also felt like an intro to something more, despite repeatedly being sighted as the end of the series. I feel a bit underwhelmed, if not dissatisfied. Read more
Review:We found this a great family read-aloud. But more importantly, it's one that holds the interest of my 11-year-old son enough for him to choose to read it alone. Set in ancient Israel during the Roman Empire, and the time of Jesus (in fact He is included in the story). So this makes for great historical fiction... and great for home-schoolers! Read more
Review:I've read every single one of Armentrout's books. I love her writing style, he world building and how real she makes her characters. But this book... This book showcases her skill to a whole new level.
The characters are real and believable, the theme is one that we all have faced or know someone who has. The storyline revolves around this:
"Until one choice, one moment, destroys everything."
That one choice that changes everything. That one moment, I know most us have lived... Read more
Review:Thank goodness for writers like Jennifer L. Armentrout. She’s like your go-to-author, one that’ll never disappoint because she’ll deliver on every level. Action, check. Romance-Chemistry, check. Witty banter, check. Who knew that demons and gargoyles could be so attractive and that sounds odd but if you read the book, you’ll know what I mean. I think one of the many things that I love about JLA’s stories is that they never fail to keep me engaged and highly entertained.

Review:Though the idea wasn't original, this author ability to write isn't in question. You will be pulled into Alex's head and heart. I was so engrossed with what's going on that I didn't even think about how similar this serie was with the VA serie. Just amazing!!! Read more
Review:Jennifer L Armentrout writes the best characters with the best stories. But this book raises the bar even for her.
Emotional. This one is emotional and there's no way to not be effected by the lives of two people who grew-up in foster care under the worst of conditions. Two people who experience the same dread and misery but react very differently. One protects and one hides but they do it together and a bond is formed. Though they are separated, that bond stays.

Review:Daemon and Katy are slowly warming up romantically to each other. A chance spotting of Bethany has everyone questioning what the DOD are really up to. When a new boy comes to town, he turns Katy's world more upside down than it already is. While this isnt my favorite series in the world, its srill a good read and entertaining enough to want to read to the end. Read more
