Review:Zig Ziglar's book is engaging, fun and filled with stories. Either he is a great story teller or he just have a life filled with experience. In his book, he is always able to cite from his experience to backup the points that he wants to bring across to us. He has introduced many new ideas. Most other books that I have read is filled with common sense but this is not. Read more
Review:This book was very insightful on sales and understanding What the customer REALLY wants. This book is really good for people that is not the true sales man but, maybe more effective in the technical side of the sales. Read more
Review:Great book, great motivator. I've been using it as daily personal motivation by reading about 10 pages per day and applying what it says to my life in little bits each day. I know I was Born to Win, I just needed this book as a kick in the pants to reinforce it. Read more

Review:As a biginner of stock trading, I found this book extremely helpful for day traders. It covers all the basics you need to you know. For instance, it discusses the fundamental analysis, techinical analysis and mental psychological issues (Chapter 14).
Meir stresses that "Discipline is the name of the game". I think as a novice trader, the first thing I need to learn is not trade for money but trade right and train myself to be self-disciplined.
This book can be very helpful to guide you and... Read more
Review:I have limited knowledge of the stock market and investing. Like many people, I learned the basics in high school and college, but since I wasn’t an active investor, I quickly forgot most of what I learned. This book was a fantastic refresher for me and will be a great reference tool to look at from time to time. Like most people, I don’t have my own personal money manager or a fortune to invest – yet I still need to plan for college savings, retirement, etc.
This book gives a good ste... Read more
Review:Great read, probably not for the complete beginner trader but there is a ton of good info here. It's especially good if you're looking at expanding from stock trading to Options and Futures markets. The book can be a bit disorganized at times simply because it throws a lot of different trading strategies out there on multiple different time frames. The key is too figure out which markets and time frames work for you and focus on those parts. The book mentions this and encourages you to find ... Read more
Review:I learned fairly quickly with this book due to how wonderfully simplified everything was. Examples that the author provided helped a lot in understanding the material. I would recommend buying this book!!! Read more
Review:The good: Dow Theory, Major Reversal Patterns, Continuation
Patterns, Basic Concepts of a trend are problably the good
part of this book.
The bad: The section(s) on indicators and oscillators was
too brief for any reader to learn enough to trade.
I nearly wanted
to put this book aside when I started reading the part on
indicators and oscillators.
Quite a thick book with large wordings which I desire.
Have not finished yet. Being a thick book, there's bound to b... Read more
Review:If today you came across this booklet on money management by pure coincidence, I bet (no pun intended) that you'll consider this your lucky day. And with good reason: the author does not "beat around the bush' but tells you exactly what the main drawbacks and risks are with traditional money management systems. He also demonstrates with a couple of simple but realistic stories how 'casino-minded' gunslingers who believe in a martingale-based approach end their adventures and he uses these cases ... Read more
