Mental Health
Review:I had not heard of this disorder. After wading through books on passive aggressive, narcissism, addiction, etc., I think I hit the jackpot with this book! The book not only has descriptive information about this disorder, its characteristics, and relatable "real life" examples, but more importantly it has real, practical, and successful suggestions that can be easily and instantly be implemented. I did! (Results of my newly learned communication skills with the BPD were astounding!) The book ... Read more
Review:I know people say that with silly things but this book really did change my life. I learned things about myself being a child of a mother with BPD. I really recommend this book to anyone that thinks their loved one has BPD and needs answers. My mother went too far and she is out of my life now and that's ok. but while she was in my life I needed this book to help me deal with the extra drama and reflect it back to her instead of mirroring her. Great book! Read more
Review:Prager writes clearly and honestly. His book doesn't necessarily break new ground, but it does revisit important themes that will improve your life dramatically if seriously considered and implemented. More importantly, just reading this book makes you happier! Read more

Review:Loved this book! It is extraordinarily well written, and it is totally fascinating. There are many very useful reminders on how to stay well, and many new ideas. The way Jean Carper lists all the obviously carefully researched information of the risks to avoid and benefits to seek is so interesting that the book reads better than a novel!

Review:Wish I had that book when I was teaching Kindergarten. It's a great book for kids as the other reviewers can attest. It's also a reminder for adults that there are reasons behind a child's behavior. It's just wonderful that our hero, David, came up with his own solutions. The website references were helpful. It is fun, entertaining, humerous and insightful for everyone. Loved it. Read more
