Some things were interesting and probably helpful. I think most of looking younger is in your mind. You have to be convinced that all this works and I think if you don't think and believe that, not much will work.

The author is enlightening. Many of the techniques I was already familiar with. Others I was not. But I love that she's informative and I can make an unbiased review of the info she presents. Cheers to being 10 years younger!

Everything about this book grabbed my attention. The wittiness of the author, the simple and practical techniques everyone can do in no later than 2 hours out of their day. I would recommend this book to absolutely everyone who has an open mind with the will to make their body better.

This very practical and motivating book is full of things you can do right now to make you feel and look younger starting today with nothing to pay. This is an upbeat and original book, all about aging well. Much more so than most authors who write about aging, I could really relate to Kylie's optimistic and health-orientated approach to this topic.

I also liked the format this material was presented in, providing passages that could be read in short sessions, perhaps 1-2 a day, then to follow up on with suggested exercises/action plan, if desired.

Although I didn't find everything suggested in this book for me, I did find a lot that was!

Some of my favs included: News Embargo, The Power of Dark, Food Blessing, Put Your Doctor out of Business....and more.

If you don't envision/equate growing older as a steady, downward slide to multiple meds, limited mobility and sagging jowls....:-( give this one a try!

This was a fabulous read! The author presents a whole bunch of interesting and effective methods to capture and hold onto youth no matter what age you are, and she does it in an entertaining and informative way. From exercising your eyes, to vaginal steams, and drinking green smoothies, this book has plenty of suggestions that beg to be given a go!

I absolutely loved this book so much that I couldn't stop reading it and had to finish it in one session. ’10 Years Younger: 21 Surprising Techniques to Turn Back Time’ is one of those must read books. Extremely entertaining, informative and engaging with fantastic messages. The author Kylie Ansett gives some really life-changing advice & actionable tools throughout the book along with splashes of her funny sense of humour.

I experimented with some of the techniques while I was reading the book, which were really fun and made me laugh out loud. I also felt like I’d just given myself a really enjoyable self-pampering session. The giveaways throughout the book are awesome to help you incorporate the techniques into your life on a regular basis.

‘10 Years Younger’ is like a workout, spring clean & rejuvenation for virtually every part of the body and mind. Everything about this book is refreshing, practical and can certainly make a positive change in your life. I can see how these 21 surprising techniques would help you turn back the time and make you look and feel 10 years younger! Love, love, love it!

The title intrigues and the book delivers! I loved the surprisingly quick, easy and sensible ways to help turn back the clock as much as I love Kylie's witty, down to earth style of writing. This is a book everyone should read as many of the simple exercises and techniques can be done while getting ready for work and can improve one's health and well-being as well as keep you looking younger. Can't wait to give them a go myself and share with friends and family!
