Very cute book that actually goes through the process of the little boy getting a potty and encourages your child to use it. We found this very helpful as a guide for our son who actually requests it when being read to.

I ordered this as the alternative for "everybody poops". It got my son more interested in the potty, and I bought him his own potty and gave him this book at the same time. Its a cute story, and just introduces the basic idea of when you need to go - and even with accidents, mom and dad still love me.

Good buy, like that its the nice cardboard pages. Not only could it withstand an accident, it can handle abuse from a toddler.

Overall the concept of the book is very cute, however I don't know if all the books are like this or mine was put together wrong, BUT it was bound backwards and upside down! When you open the book you start at the end of the book and have to flip it the other way to where the title is upside down.

This is a great introduction to the potty for your little one. My son loves to read it over and over. However, it gets only 4 stars because, like another reviewer said, it seems like a page is missing. The whole book builds up to Henry using the potty on his own but doesn't clearly say he actually went. It goes from sitting on the potty to "I wait a bit... I look inside... and then I laugh and clap!" My son is only one so I typically ad lib that Henry actually went.

Love the book, the details and the story line, but it fell apart after getting a drop wet. I feel like the binding wasn't done properly, especially for a potty training book that is kept in the bathroom. My son washed his hands and opened the book before drying his hands. The page got wet at the spine and the book fell apart.
