The Knight (The Highland Guard)

I felt depressed throughout the book. I did not like any of the characters and was sick of hearing the whining from Joanna. Nothing grasped me in the book making me want to read ever single word. I actually just started skipping through pages. I even tried reading through the adult content and felt like I was reading a magazine. Save your money, the description is more riveting than the book.

Everyone of her books is filled with adventure, romance, and real story telling talent. I look forward to her next book and have preordered. I highly recommend reading each and every one of her stories about both the Macleod's and Cambell's. Don't miss all of her books about the Highland Guard too. Monica Mccarty weaves a wonderful stories of Robert Bruce and his highland guards. Exceptional history telling with romantic twists. I have re-read each and every one of her books with great pleasure.
