Trauma Room Two

As fellow medical personnel, this book was an awesome insight into the life of an ER physician. Great stories about patients and this physician's personal experience for each. Well written, and overall great read.

Beautifully written, filled with raw emotions, sharing profound experiences most of us will only read about, this book is brilliant. I was moved to tears many times. I so appreciate the honesty with which Dr Green shares his most demanding and critical profession.

As a practicing emergency physician, I was interested in reading Trauma Room Two to learn what a colleague had to say about the dramas and dilemmas we experience as we try to help our patients. I didn't expect it to be so profoundly thought provoking and moving. This is what working in an emergency department is really like! And it is very well written, holding the readers attention. Green is an excellent writer who conveyed experiences as a doctor through varied anecdotes about his patients. He showed great empathy for his patients in each chapter of this riveting book. Highly recommended!

Dr. Green's eloquent narrative is masterfully written unlike any other presentation that I have read. Having walked in those shoes, and he validates the angst, joys, and sorrows that have experienced.
