Rogue (The REAL series Book 4)

I thought that Remy and Brooke were hot, then Greyson and Melanie walked into my world. I love Remy, but wow Greyson, holy hell!! I read Rogue in under eight hours, I could put it down. I would love for there to be another book about Greyson and Melanie.

No one is Remy....but Greyson is hot! Hard, possessive, broken and hot. He and Brooke have an intensity much like Remy and Brooke, burns hot and possessive, and just as angst ridden. This is a different Real ride, and does not disappoint. Katy Evans has another hit.

This was a fantastic book. The chemistry between these two was off the charts and the suspense just added a layer of emotion that made it all the more difficult to put down while reading. This entire series has not been disappointing. A must read for sure!!!

We loved Real, Mine and Remy, Katy Evans has blown us away she has an amazing talent of bringing characters feelings and emotions to life. This story is intense, it's a story about hope and redemption, of two characters who never given their hearts fully to another, to love and be loved.

We first met Melanie Meyers in the first instalment of the series, Brooke's colourful but loyal best friend. At face value Melanie seemed to have it all, a perfect life, she loves to wear colour and it reflects the bubbly person she is. She has parents who dote on her always shining brightly in their eyes, she is a mouthy sexy vixen who can hold her own. However this is not the real Melanie, deep down she doesn't feel worthy of her life. She is failing at the one thing in life her mother wants for her, the love of a good man. The only men Melaine seems to be good at attracting are the bad boys who only ever up wanting one thing from her.Her hopes of wanting more with these men always seem to end up being nothing more than a long list of one night stands. After seeing the love Remy has for Brooke it's the one thing she now craves.

One move, a move that seems to be in the bag ends up being one of the biggest mistakes of her life. Her future and her life are now in view of a very dangerous man, Greyson King...

The chemistry and connection these two have with one another is nothing either have ever experienced before. When they are apart their are fighting their own demons, questioning themselves, what they are feeling and what they want.

Melanie is insecure when it comes to Greyson, thinking that a man like him would never really love her, be enough for him, keep her around for anything more than a good time.

Greyson has a lot of self doubt, he doesn't think he deserves a women like Melanie. His life is far too dangerous to get her involved in, she is his weakness having her exposed in his life is dangerous. Can they get past their insecurities and give into what they want?

"Brooke said you were my Real. That's what she calls the love of her life now. But you are not my Real, Greyson. You're my knight in leather gloves who went rogue."

The chemistry, passion and sex between Greyson and Melanie is off the charts, it's so intense almost like you are imposing on their time together. Greysons dominance and Melanie's fiestiness brings out an animalistic ecstasy, add Remy in here and there and you will be wondering why it suddenly got so hot.

What an amazing edition to the series, we can't wait for Ripped and getting to see the real Pandora.

Kristy - I love Katy Evans, why because she gave ME Remy! I had high expectations for this book, why? Because Katy did an outstanding job with the delivery of Remy. While Remy has my heart in this series I have to say that Grayson was freaking HOT. I was not disappointed at all, I love that once side characters have the spotlight and we get to see them in a different light, who they really are.

Although this one wasn't about Remy & Brooke it was still an amazing part of the series!!! Greyson was just so...wow!!! So totally loved him!!! I really looking forward to Pandora's story now!! Also kinda hoping that Riley gets his own HEA!!!! Way to knock it out of the park Katy!!!!

I LOVED this book something fierce. Greyson & Melanie are one of my all time favorite couples! They have both been threw so much. What a great story. Dare I say I love Greyson more than Remy? I just don't know after reading Rogue.

Melanie Dean has been waiting forever to have her happy ending like her friends Brooke and Remy. They have it all and she wants it too. Was a rainy chance encounter with Greyson King just that, a chance or did he have a plan? Did this plan include Melanie's idea of a happy ending or will he break her heart and ruin her chances for that happy ending?

Greyson has many secrets but one thing for sure is he wants Melanie to be his friend , his lover and someone he needs to protect. He knows she needs protecting but she is so strong minded she would never knowingly accept his help...but who is he really protecting her from? Is he too rogue for her? "...yes I want you ...I want you in a way I have no business wanting, Melanie. Just don't confuse me with your prince charming."

Greyson is all consuming to Melanie and he has the power to shatter her heart. "He is the one. The one who's going to wreck me. Hurt me. Demolish me......Greyson won't be a riptide. I don't know what he'll be, but I'm thinking tsunami, hurricane, something natural and unstoppable."

This is one hot and wild story. Melanie and Greyson are on fire together. As in all of Katy Evans stories, these main characters are strong willed and do not always put their own safety first. The story takes a few twist and turns and as always drama ensues. Remy and Brooke make a few short appearances ...but this is all Melanie and Greyson and rightfully so...they have a whole story to tell.

Next up I am waiting to hear Pandora's story...she totally intrigues me

A very hot read! Melanie, Brooke's best friend, meets her man, a guy so hot he makes Remington Tate look like a boy. Greyson King, you are the hottest book boyfriend! Katy Evans, you have done it again! Thank you!

Grayson had me from the beginning. Following him on his journey has given my heart quite a ride. I loved Mel in Brooke and Remy's story. It was exciting to follow her journey to love. I am a hopeless romantic who believes we all have some one out there that fits just right. Just right he is...

Wew!! Greyson is one sexy man!!! I love this author and how descriptive she is! I loved the little visit from my first love Remy... looking forward to hearing Pandora' s story!

Note to author... wouldn't mind hearing more from Greyson and Melanie!!

Melanie is a bit of a skankerdoodle.
Aaaaand... I kind of don't like her?
didn't like her much in the first one. didn't think about her much in the second or third one...
so why three stars?
... because I think Grayson King is hot.

All the other books in this series was just awesome, and I never would have thought this one can top it, but damnnnnn. It was just amazing!!!

The characters were great, the plot, the whole damn book is just beyond perfect!

I have and will never forget Remy, because he is just so damn edible, but now Greyson. AAHHHHHHHHHH that would be a tough one there.

He is all you would ever need. I'm sure I would live with a smile on my face, if I would be around him everyday. And Melanie was just perfect for him, they were perfect together.

Of course there were a few times I was cursing, and steaming. There were also times you will cry, at least I did, lol.
But your heart just flips over and over for this guy; in so many ways. It is hard to describe.

This book was SO worth the wait.

Thank you Katy Evans for ANOTHER great book. And just so you know, not sure Ripped can beat this one :)

Loved the whole series. Wish there were more books in it. Wasn't crazy about Pan at the beginning even in the middle but once I understood the background of her character it all made since. Great book.

I didn't kno if this could possibly topped Real...however I was beyond satisfied with Rogue. I absolutely loved every bit of Melanie and Greyson. This kept me hooked from beginning to end. I'm comfortable in saying Katy Evans cannot possibly write anything that will have her audience uninterested. Thank You!!

Greyson "Zero" King is working his way through a list of debtors owing money to his fathers underground fighting circuit. His payment for completing the list is the whereabouts of his mother and he will inherit the underground. Caring nothing about the underground he works overtime on the list desperate to rescue his mother who was taken from him over 13 years ago by his own father. The only problem is #5 on the list, Melanie.

Melanie as you may recall was BFF to Brooke, underground fighter Remington Tate's girlfriend. She bet on him when he took the dive against Scorpion and list big, now she pews money she doesn't have. Greyson has been watching Melanie from afar since she first came to the underground with Brooke. Against his better judgement he arranges a meeting with her and the sparks fly.

This was definitely better than the second offering in this series. I was glad to see this author rebound as I really liked her debut novel. This one was better but still suffered from a couple inconsistencies. Melanie got annoying, and so did Pandora. Greyson was hit, but sometimes his dialogue felt cheesy to me.

I still thoroughly enjoyed this book. It us totally formulaic with hot sex and no surprises or twists. Easy read with a HEA.
