Ink Enduring (Montgomery Ink Book 5)

I really liked this book, Maya, Border and Jake are adorably sweet while still being naughty enough to set your heart racing. This book addresses some of the less sexy and more serious side of a menage. It also covers the difficulties that can come from moving from friends to lovers.

Jake is a sexy potter that broods and thinks too much. Maya is a sexy outspoken tattoo artist. Border is an intense bada**. Some how together they all balance and work together.

That being said.... it felt like there was some magic Carrie Ann spark missing from the book. It only made me cry once instead of the three or four crying jags I'm used to. Still a great read and definitely a must have. I can't wait to hear more about them in the future!

Ink Enduring is the story about Jake. He seems to think he has things all figured out, but doesn't at all. He is dating a girl he thinks he wants to marry, that is until a past lover named Border walks back into his life. Seeing Border again makes him question everything.

Not only is he unsure of his feelings for Border, there is also the natter of his best friend Maya. He has always had feelings for her, but kept them hidden because he doesn't want to ruin their friendship.

I was not a fan of the fact that Border and Maya never even met, but Jake is trying to figure out a way to get them all involved in a relationship that would make HIM happy. Jake wants both Maya and Border and wants them all to be together in a relationship. It just didn't work for me.

I'm a fan of the Montgomery Ink Series,
when I seen there was a new book coming out I had to get it. What I love about the Montgomery family is that they stick together and their close friends they consider family. Each book is about a different couple while keeping a back story going. This book is a Maya, Jake and Border. WOW!! What can I say the heat between these characters is nothing, but sizzling. They have some work to do to see if this relationship can work, and have some past issues to get over. I LOVE THIS BOOK cant wait for the next in the series!!! Check out this book so you can see if they were able to work it out !!!

Was given ARC for honest review. Amazing story and one that readers of the series have wanted since book one. The main characters had great chemistry one on one as well as the three together. We've all been waiting patiently for Mia and Jakes book, and Mrs. Ryan doesn't dissapoint, and the addition of Border made the characters seem whole, he was that missing piece, that Mia and Jake didn't realize was missing. Perfectly sets up the new Gallager Brothers series releasing in Aug. Defiantly worth the wait and worth reading.

Boring book without the spicy and energetic story that make the other books so great.

Lost and lots of word but not much meaning. Angst in spades but forward motion is at a snails pace.

Sex scenes are few and quickly over, in a book about a triad the sex scenes between all three are missing.

Carrie Ann delivers again with Maya's story and her relationship with Jake and Border! Every time I read a Montgomery Ink book I feel like I have become one of the members of the family because of Carrie Ann's ability to immerse you in the characters!!!

Love the Montgomerys and their strays and spares. Maya is my hero. Sharp tongue with a lot of extra sass as well as swift and effective punch. Her two men are swoon worthy and know how to handle the spit fire within. It's a exciting story with just enough drama to keep you on edge.

I love the Montgomery Ink Series and Ink Enduring is no exception! Maya and Jake's story would have been hot enough but to add Border made it sizzle. I wish the book had pictures!! Wow!! I am looking forward to the next book.

Jake Gallagher and Maya Montgomery met in the most unexpected way, the former was looking or should I say lusting after the latter from across a bar. He was impressed by the way she handled herself, they had a bit of fun before Jake's world nearly crashed. They have been friends ever since.

There was always this undeniable attraction between Maya and Jake but they never acted on it other than the one time when they'd first met. Even though they families knew they both wanted to. When Jake started seeing someone that didn't sit well with Maya, still she tried to be happy for him. She was in love with her best friend Jake and didn't know how to tell him.

Border Gentry left Denver fifteen years ago when he felt like he would drown if he didn't get away from his father. He was back home now and he wasn't going to let anyone nor anything stand in his way of getting his heart's desire.

Border came back for the one man that truly saw him for who he really was and the one he loved, Jake Gallagher. What he didn't count on was to lose his heart to the sassy, lioness by the name of Maya Montgomery.

Jake, Maya and Border had to deal with their demons before they were able to take their relationship in to the next level. In spite of their love for each other they still unintentionally hurt one another. Loved how their loved ones were their pillar and their voice of reason.

Border's past was threatening to destroy everything that he was building with Maya and Jake. What the enemy didn't expect was the strong bound between them. They would die first rather than let any harm come to each other.

INK ENDURING was fascinating, it had everything that a contemporary ménage romance novel should have. It had romance, heartache, suspense, naughtiness, sexiness, humor and HEA.

Carrie Ann Ryan has a way of getting you hooked from the first line until those famous two words...THE END. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone when it comes to reading something new, different and enthralling.

Looking forward to Alex Montgomery's story, INK EXPOSED is the next installment in this incredible series.

Awesome book loved it nice to see that Maya decided to give in to her feelings for Jake and also great to see that she fell for Border too and nice to see that Jake and Border also got together as well and nice to see that Maya got pregnant by either one of them so great to see that loving the whole Montgomery Inc and Ink series and this book is great. Thanks for a great book and Carrie is a great author too

I knew this would be a wonderful read! Carrie Ann Ryan has done it again. I love Maya and always thought she would end up with Jake. Border completely blew my mind! There is so much emotion and sexiness! All I can say is, I can't wait for more. I love the whole Montgomery Ink series and have no doubt that I will be rereading them over and over! Keep em coming!

Maya and Jake finally get their story with a bonus of big, bad alpha Border. Border and Jake knew each other 15 years ago, but Maya and Jake have been best friends for the last 13 years. The three are incendiary together but the relationship is a roller coaster of emotions for everyone involved. Was written beautifully and can't wait for Alex's story next.

No loss of words here ? I've waited and wanted Maya's story so bad! Boy did I get one I knew it would take So much more to break down that wall, but damn when it came down it was something fierce. Truly loved that they each wanted to build something individually as well as together. Truly sweet and Hawt!

Wonderful story of three friends coming together to find love. Misunderstanding, danger and family who love you no matter what. Leaves you smiling at the end and wanting to read it all over again. Can't wait to read Alex's story and the Gallagher brothers.

5 Divinely Sexy Stars!!!!

Oh how I loved this newest book in the Montgomery Ink series. This book brings us Maya Montgomery’s story and what a story it is. Jake and Maya first met several years ago and there was an instant attraction which they acted upon but weren’t able to finish because of a family emergency with Jake’s brother. When next they meet things have changed for Maya and Jake lost his chance...or has he?

Over the next several years Jake and Maya become best friends which puts them both in a quandary because they both want each other but are afraid to say anything and this just makes it so much more interesting. Especially when you bring Border into the mix. At one time he and Jake were lovers until Border disappeared.

There are so many dynamics at play in this book and I loved how this book played out. There's two men who are bi-sexual and a woman who isn't but they're all attracted to each other and then there's Maya's family who if you've read this entire series is all up in everyone's business. Let's just talk about how Jake, Maya and Border decide to address their attraction and let me tell you do they ever address it!!!!

There are so many things that go on in this book aside from the overwhelming attraction these three have to each other including a mystery, a surprise no one was expecting and the return of one of the Montgomery brothers. I'm so excited to see what happens next in this family!!

Maya Montgomery! There is enough sass and heel kickin’ in Maya to make Ink Enduring one of the must reads of the summer. Maya knows how to swing her hips, dance like everyone is looking and not take crap from a guy. That’s exactly how Jake Finds her. YUM, Jake! Jake is by no means a silly man, he does what he can to keep Maya in his life. They have chemistry and passion. That is until the day that Border shows up. Border is sinfully delectable! He has secrets but he’s come into town for Jake… Maya.. both? How hot is that?

It was beautiful to see how all three of them handled the unexpected parts in their relationships, how they messed up, accepted it, then fixed it. The love and support that all of Montgomery’s and Gallagher’s had fantastic. Jake is grounded but feels like an outsider to his own family. Border has no family. So it’s not surprising when the Montgomery’s fold both of these men into their family. Jake, Border, & Maya are the perfect balance of heat for your next read!

I received an ARC in exchange for review. First, I'd like to remark that the author writes very well, the characters have admirable traits, and are developed well. I thoroughly enjoyed the first scene where they met, and thought it was incredibly hot. After that it got a little slow for me, and felt a little forced. I don't typically read menage stories, so that may be why it was difficult for me to get into. All in all, I enjoy the series and it's characters.
