People may misunderstand this title if they are unfamiliar with the Bible. It is not about physical warfare, but spiritual. This book helps us defeat the enemy of our soul though encouragement and practical understanding of how to live in love and defeat the negative in our lives. We struggle not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities and rulers of darkness in heavenly places. If you don't know Jesus, this will make no sense to you.

Incredible book!

If you've every heard Lisa speak then you know the power of her messages. I could hear her speaking while reading this book. We did the study with our church. This book is extremely motivating and has scripture to back it up.

It talks about how we, as Christians, are in a battle daily and it teaches us how to carry our swords and fight. The bible has all the tools, but we do know it? Are we prepared for when Satan strikes?

I cannot say enough good things about this book and about Lisa as an author. It's a must read.

This book is SO good! What an empowering book and reminder of TRUTH for Christian women. If there was one book I could have my daughter read once she's older, that would impart to her the most important truths I hold close to my heart, it would be this one. I'm a lawyer, English major that graduated from a top university with honors, but I couldn't have said it better myself. Such a treasure, so well written. I would recommend this for any woman looking to encourage or stir up her faith, or just hungry to get a hold of truth, for any woman curious about Christianity, Jesus, or the Bible as well.

Excellent book. We are using it for our bible study. I haven't read the whole book as yet . But is impressed by the first chapter and the information we need to fight against the wickedness we encounter.

Awesome read that gives practical advice on how to stand up and fight for who you are in Christ and to inspire others. Great understanding of spiritual warfare and how to spiritually and mentally out on the armor of God daily.

This is a wonderful study for ladies--and men would benefit also!
We, as Christians, need to realize the confidence that is ours as citizens of the kingdom of God and children of the King of Kings. We also need to realize that we are targeted by Satan who would like to render us powerless.
This book gives the serious Christian tools to partner with God for victorious and abundant living!
