One of my absolute favorite cookbooks! The recipes are simple, with not too many ingredients, and are absolutely delicious. Several recipes from this book have become staples for me, and I look forward to trying more of them!

Got this for my daughter who has celiac disease and is trying to eat healthier. She was so excited as she had gotten recipes from their website before that she had loved. I looked through it and was very excited about many of the recipes. I may have to get a copy for myself as she took hers back to college with her.

This cookbook is amazing!! Dana's blog has been my favorite go to place for recipes, so I was thrilled when I heard about the cookbook and it has not disappointed!! My family wants to try making every recipe in the cookbook at least once. The recipes are quick and easy - no strange ingredients, but taste like you are a pro in the kitchen. I have also bought the cookbook for friends and family members - it is a great gift for vegans and non vegans.

Definitely a five stars book, I've been following them quite a while, so I love the fact their recipes are really really simple to make, one of the things I like about this book is that they put a picture of the final result so I can compare how it should looks like.
Also, you can find smoothies in the breakfast appendix.
Another thing I like its each recipe has its nutritional information.

Love this! EVERYTHING in it is delicious and there are recipes in here that cannot be found online. My husband used to be a meat and potatoes dude. I have been vegan for a long time. When I began cooking Minimalist Baker recipes, he finally made the switch and has lost 40 lbs in 4 months. We both love the vegan diet because of the extra energy and health benefits. Tis cookbook makes it as EASY as could be. Great pics, clear instructions, simple, quick clean up and LOADED with flavor. This is the ONLY cookbook/website I use.

I opened this when it arrived and started leafing through it. When I looked up, an hour had passed. There are so many recipes I want to try. These call for "normal" ingredients that you probably have in the cupboard.

I’m incredibly pleased with this book! I normally have a hard time following recipes but the instructions were clear and concise. One of the things that I really liked was that quite a few of the recipes have overlapping ingredients, so we plan our meals out for the week and select recipes based on what we already have. This has been s huge hit in our household.

The dishes is this book are fantastic. I bought this book for my wife who is a reborn vegan and it has been a big hit, not only with her, but with the whole family (the two of us plus a 7, 6, and 4yr old). We both have enjoyed the layout and various options Dana gives. Well worth the $!

Easy, practical and DELICIOUS plant-based cooking and baking! I've loved this blog for so long because of Dana's simplicity and minimal tools, time and/or ingredients, and this book is a great collection of recipes, from easy breakfasts to snack bars and breads to main courses, side dishes, desserts and even some fun beverages. She also opens with a few kitchen basics and homemade how-to's (DIY almond milk, how to make a flax egg, etc) that you will use throughout the book, and her helpful tips and tricks to keep in mind. Once you have the basics and the staples in your pantry, you can make nearly everything in the book! Highly recommend for those trying to cut back on meat and dairy consumption, or those who just want a little more variety in their diet.

I just love these recipes! They are all simple to create with minimal ingredients. I recommend this cookbook highly to someone who is trying out a plant based diet and doesn't know where to start. I've been eating a plant based diet for years and am so inspired by the freshness and simplicity if these recipes. Love, love, love!

Dana never failed to amaze me with her blog recipes, so it's no surprise that her beautiful cookbook is just as wonderful. In fact, it may even exceed her blog. Dana's creativity and passion for food has come to life on tangible pages with colorful photos and innovative recipes that I promise are just as delicious as they appear to be (since I've cooked too many to count since receiving the book only about two weeks ago and can vouch for them completely).

Being Vegan, I love this book!!! I follow the Mimimalist Bakers blog and on Instagram, but it is so nice to have these wonderful recipes in a book. The layout is so easy to follow and read. There are so many great tips, the ingredients are easily attainable and the pictures are amazing. I sure hope Dana has plans for another book!!!

I simply love this book!!! Her pictures are super amazing! Her recipes very doable & very tasty! I am a raw food chef & whole food consultant! At my whole food demos her book is at the top of my recommendations! 10 or less ingredients that's the way I like it!!! Her peppermint patties! Yum! Spinach & artichoke dip with this vegan parm!! Bad ass girl! Yummy!

What a gorgeous book!! The photographs are exquisite and make you want to try all the recipes! So informative and a wide selection of recipes! I love this cookbook and I am so happy to add it to my vegan library! Thank you Dana for this wonderful cookbook! I can't wait to spend the day in the kitchen! The only problem is, where do I start?
