What an awesome book! I love books that get right to the point and give you a little suspense. This book definitely did that. Gabe and Eloise have known each other for a very long time, but it is brief and not like a second chances type book, but Gabe had the biggest crush on Eloise when they were young.. It was kind of cute, you know the boy who pulls hair and and annoys the little girl because he likes to be near her. That was Gabe's affection for her.

Life goes on, and life doesn't really go that well for Gabe during their absence, but he comes back to the place where his life was good. Gabe and Eloise meet again in an encounter that is off the charts, and kind of funny and exotic. He cannot get enough of her, but something from his past is harboring in the back of his mind..A secret that he's not sure he can get over and it will affect his relationship with her. Is Eloise worth it? Only Gabe can answer that question.

Really good book! Definitely enjoyed. It was super steamy but also a little bitter sweet. He's pretty munched loved her since grade school but then something tragic happens and he has to move away. Fast forward 20 years and they meet again. Admittedly she was a little annoying to me. I loved h
his character though. Little broken inside but still sexy and sweet. Overall a good story with a happy ending!

There is a secret that Gabe holds that might tear them apart, and I was flipping through the pages to find out why his family could have left town all those years. There’s heartache, but there is also humor, emotion and lots of sizzling, sexy goodness.

Pierce Me is pure entertainment delight that you won’t want to miss. It’s a must read. Thank you, Simone for writing an awesome story *and* I learned something new about genital piercings. That’s always a win-win situation in my book.

WOW WOW WOW I love Simone Sowood books but this is by far my favorite so far

when she happens to see an article in a magazine say that a piercing would help that she decides to do it, after talking to the woman at the tattoo parlor on the phone she is even more certain that this is what she needs, But when she walks into the parlor and sees Gabe (the boy she remembers from grade school) and he tells her he is going to be the one to pierce her she just cant go through with it, especially when he tells her that he can give her what she wants without the piercing, I LOVED this book it was so wonderfully written there are scenes that will make you laugh ( the State Trooper) and places that will break your heart but OH it sure does end on such a beautiful note! I HIGHLY recommend this book

When she comes across a magazine article that almost guarantees her an orgasm if she gets a particular piercing, she finds a way to convince herself to get on board. That's what leads her to walk into Gabe's tattoo parlor. But before he gives her what she came for, he's determined to give her what she's really after - the big O.

This was another sweet and steamy read by Simone Sowood. I really liked Gabe and enjoyed how this story seemed to feed off of his pain. He was real and he was a good person. And while I liked Eloise for the most part, my kind feelings towards her had to be earned because I found her to be judgmental, condescending, close-minded and immature at times. In some instances, she appeared to be repressed and reserved, which conflicted with her thoughts, her friends, and her environment. However, I couldn't get enough of the way she finally opened up for Gabe and it was cool to watch these two navigate through their emerging emotions.

I loved Gabe he was so freaking incredible, he was the perfect bad boy and did a hell of a job at turning Eloise into a very naughty girl. I read these book so quickly , it was so steamy and the way these came together it felt natural and they had so much fun together, I loved how she brought out Gabe's sweet side and he brought out her naughty side. A fantastic read with lots of tattoos and one check of a bad boy. I happily read this ARC to share my thoughts about the smoking hawt story.

I loved this book, because I could picture myself doing something similar if I hadn't met my husband. I thought I had something wrong with me until him, so I am sure that there are other women out there in the same situation, even though the book is a fictional romance. There are several subjects that some could be offensive to some including adult language, intimate piercings, and steamy intimate scenes. If you are offended by these types of subject, then this may not be book for you.

A full week happens, and now Eloise who has been cooped up at her parents house, takes a drive ends up by the tattoo place. All of her texts to Gabe have gone unanswered. Now the guy that works with Gabe locks the door and doesn't let her in. She sees Gabe and this guy talking and she is told from the partner that Gabe doesn't want to see her. Eloise is not leaving until she can talk to him. She knows she loves him and wants to be with him. She will do anything. Before this happens however, the day before Gabe is surprised by Eloise's mom barging into his shop and sharing a lot with him. Things he didn't know and up until then was too angry and blamed her for this. Turns out what she says to him plays over and over in his head. Gabe doesn't know how to start the healing process but figures it will be easier to keep the relationship between him and Eloise done with the clean break. He didn't expect Eloise to be so headstrong. She is, and now she is there and he is tired of fighting it. Happy endings ensue for them and all.

There is so much from beginning to end that you can't put this book down.

I will say this is an amazing book that will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This is an amazing book not only about finding what you need for yourself. It really shows us sometimes perceptions can be distorted and to make sure you have all the facts before you judge. This couple has many twists and turns that they have to go through. Many of them are extremely hot. There is so much I want to tell you but don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this is an amazing book that will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Eloise is on a mission. She has never experienced an orgasm but she read in a magazine that a genital piercing could solve the problem. This is way out of her comfort zone. She has never even had a tattoo. However, desperation calls for desperate measures, even if it is embarrassing. After a Google search, she locates Incredible Ink. There she meets the owner and tattoo artist, Gabe. There is a connection between Gabe & Eloise that mysteriously fuels anger in Gabe. This storyline has a unique twist to finding love. It is entertaining to watch Eloise deal with her embarrassment, to learn why Gabe is angry, to see how the young lovers deal with the history, pain and secrets of their past. Well written love story, especially if one loves lots and lots of hot sexy scenes. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Five stars.

I have read several of Simone Sowood’s books and each one has been truly amazing. This was truly a sweet story. This story you will find a love that started back when Gabe Irwin was a kid. There will be secrets of the past, hurt, guilt, forgiveness, and love in this book. Oh, and there are a few funny parts as well.

Eloise Hutchinson was a physiotherapist in her parents’ business. She worked so hard to be perfect. She felt like her parents were perfect and wanted to be like them. Eloise does have a few problems like no man or even herself has ever made her orgasm. I almost found her solution funny but it was her solution that led her back to Gabe.

I did not like Marcy which was the nosy receptionist that worked in Eloise’s parents practice. Marcy is mean and heartless and thinks to highly of herself.

I liked Sophie which was Eloise’s sister. She was hugely supportive of Eloise and truly wanted what was best for her. I like Eloise’s parents as well. They truly loved their kids and wants to see them happy.

Gabe was freaking sexy. I tried to picture his tattoos as the author was explaining them. Oh, and those nipple piercings, be still my heart. Gabe is a tattoo artist that owns his own business. I truly found him so sexy.

Gabe had suffered so much hurt and heartache in his life. His relationship with Eloise relies on if he can let go of his past pain. As I was reading Gabe’s story my heart truly broke for him. I could so understand his hurt and pain.

I so enjoy this story and glad I got a chance to read the book. Oh, and if you are wondering if there are any streamy parts. Well let me tell you, Gabe is determined to make Eloise his bad girl and some of that gets pretty streamy.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader copy of this book. WOW, WOW, WOW, this one blew my mind, it was just so insightful, wonderful, romantic, hands down one of the best books out there now. Eloise was worried about not being sexually satisfied so she read an article in a magazine about getting a certain piercing that would help her. So she called Incredible Ink where she made an appointment to get the piercing, she was excited and nervous about the whole process but she spoke to a woman there who would do it for her. When she got there, unfortunately the woman was no longer there so she had to decide if this hot guy who worked there could do it instead. Gabe was completely taken aback when he saw Eloise who was there for a genital piercing. He knew her in grade school and have liked her way back then, she obviously didn't recognize him but that was okay. She floundered about getting the piercing from him and they talked with her ending up leaving without it. Gabe wanted Eloise more than anything right in that moment but once she walked out of the shop did he ever see her again. Would she go back and get the piercing anyway. What happened to Gabe, did he seek Eloise out and would they become a couple and end up happily ever after, it was a good, good read, one you will definitely want to sink yourself into and enjoy.

Eloise has never had a been satisfied and read a magazine article that talks about a way to make that happen . So she on her way to get a genital piercing . That is supposed to help with her problem. Gabe has had a crush on Eloise from grade school, and now she walking into his shop. As he was about to do the piercing she was getting worked up under his hands . He told her he could make her come and make her have a without the piercing . Eloise had never felt this way with any man . Time together enforce his feelings for her and Eloise developed feelings for him. You read about the love story of Gabe and Eloise, the up and downs of what make it work.

I always look forward to reading a new Simone Sowood book. I’ve enjoyed every single one of them. They are unique, sexy and great books. I always go in blind so I’m not going to say anything about the plot, because I loved why they met and how the story progressed.

Gabe owns a tattoo parlor and he loves tattoos. He knows what he wants and he’s willing to work for it. When he sees Eloise, he wants her, but Eloise is hesitant. He’s determined to make her realize that they could be great together. Gabe loves to spend time with Eloise. He does keep a secret from her that could ruin their relationship.

Eloise is passionate about her work and she loves doing it. She isn’t always happy that she works for her parents, because they can be overbearing sometimes and have some wishes. But she loves the Sunday’s dinners at their places and she loves catching up with her sister. Eloise is insecure about men and isn’t looking for a man at moment, until she meets Gabe. She likes him a lot and can’t stop thinking about him.

Eloise is hesitant at first about Gabe meeting her parents but Gabe keeps refusing to meet them. Eloise doesn't know how things can work out between two different people like herself and Gabe.

What a great read! My heart broke for Gabe. Having to experience the loss of a parent at such a young age and then returning to the town you he grew up in, would be hard on anyone. Then you have your childhood crush come in to get a genital piercing because she is incapable of reaching orgasm, it's almost a dream. Eloise doesnt know who he is at first. Then as he has his hands on her, she's never felt so good. He decides for her that she doesn't have a physical problem but a mental one. Gabe offers to help her first before piercing her. She resists at first but when she lets down her walls, they are perfect together. I love the ending and the proposal. It was really sweet. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy.

When she goes into the tattoo parlor to get her piercing she runs into Gabe. Gabe had a crush on her when they were young. Now he has the chance to show her that she can achieve her goal and doesn't really need to be pierced. They start a fling and soon he realizes that he can't get past her family and their past. But the past is just that, it's the past and things can't be changed. These two are perfect together. He brings out the crazy in Eloise and she brings out the tender in him. Once again Simone has written a great story!

A delightful story of a youngsters that grew up found each other and fell in love. But with that love is secrets, drama and heart break. Angst filled and passionate. The second book which is a bonus is Carney. I didn't know carnival people were treated differently. But this book had plenty of aggravation and some cute moments. Some parts seem too unreal and too predictable at times. The third bonus book Lip Service was cute story about a single dad and sexy neighbor. What started out as neighbors with benefits turns into love but it's not without bumps in its journey. Funny as heck dialogue. Passionate, dramatic and real with issues of today. A new author for me but I liked most of what I read.

Eloise Hutchinson and Gabriel Irwin was classmate in school with Gabe having a crush on Eloise. Their school encounters includes Eloise being the model student, but was harassed by disturbed bad boy(Gabe) with pulling her hair and rolled a pen into her ponytail.

Years later they meet again, but under different circumstances which leds to a relationship with a slight twist to their past. Gabe had a secret and couldn't reveal it without affecting his new found relationship with Eloise.

The story was good with secrecy, forgiveness, hatred and a sweet childhood reunion. A nice read!

What happens when you have never and I mean never had a big "O"? You obviously search for the most effective way to get there and in this case you get more than you bargained for.

As with all of Simone's books I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Simone just has the knack with words to a page. I would have liked a longer story as I do with all Simone's books but it still doesn't make this any less of a great read. This is a beautiful romance story with the hot and very sexy man that has to confront his past to move on. The sex scenes were sexy and oh so hot.

You will not be sorry you read this book or any of Simon'e to be exact...

Eloise went to Gabe for help and boy did he help her. In the bar. In the park. In the truck. Etc. Gabe has loved Eloise since they were kids, but a specter shadows their relationship. It's horrible. It's tragic. It's something he thought he couldn't conquer. But love is all-powerful. It's magical.

This is a story that will touch your funny bone, your heart, and your soul. You'll laugh with Eloise and Gabe. You'll cry when you read of heartbreak. You'll rejoice at their HEA.

This book was pretty funny.. Gabe and Eloise are not a couple you would normally find together.. He is a tattoo artist and full of ink.. She is always worried about what others think and would never get a tattoo. They knew each other as kids and ran into each other as adults. It was fun to watch them together until you find out why Gabe left town as a kid, then some history comes out and there are things that need to be worked through. Really good story..

I felt so many emotions while reading this book. I have laughed, cried, screamed, cried some more, and squirmed in my seat. Gabe went through so much when he was younger, but I think it made him into the wonderful man he turned out to be. Eloise was sweet and loving. After reading this book, you will definitely be considering getting pierced. These two chemistry was off the charts. The scenes in this book leave nothing to the imagination, and will have you panting for me. Just the way I like it. The ending was more than perfect. I highly recommend this book.

I received this book in advance for a voluntary honest review. Eloise has never had an orgasm. After reading in article in a magazine she found where she works she decides to get a clit piercing in hopes of achieving that O. Gabe runs a tattoo and piercing shop. Gabe and Eloise grew up together until Gabe moved away for unknown reasons. Once they meet again Gabe quickly determines that Eloise has no trouble achieving orgasm without a piercing. Wanting that feeling again they come together again and again and again. Something from the past keeps them apart but can they overcome it? So steamy and undeniably a great read.

Another great read from Ms. Simwood. I really enjoyed this book from cover to cover (so to speak I read it on my Kindle). I love the story, a professional woman wanting to get a piercing and the person she goes to get the piercing with knows her. It almost is a story of second chances because things have been separated, but they didn't date before. I was a little distracted by the reason why he did not like her parents, but that was described and elaborated on making it understandable.
I definitely would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a steamy read. And you might finish wanting to get pierced ;)

Oh goodness this book was awesome! I could not put it down and had to read it all in one sitting! The characters are so damaged and completely awesome! Trying to live up to parental expectations and create this image of the perfect daughter, Eloise is living her life walking on eggshells but one magazine article is about to change her life! Holy hotness Gabe just sounds like the perfect bad boy and just the best guy for Eloise! You will not be disappointed by this book, it is hot and complex and just an all around perfect summer read!! Pierce Me is heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time.
Reading this book made me smile and brought back the memory of the butterfly feeling of a new love, but at the same time left me choked up.
This book is very special, with remarkably well developed characters.
Simone Sowood guides one with a proven hand through the twisted mess of this so very well written story!
One of the best books by Simone Sowood and one of the best I've read this year!

This book was very interesting, a girl who never had an O looking to get Pierce in her most intimate area after she read a magazine that stated that the piercing can do just that. The story had a lot of interesting twist in the plot, never boring it keeps the reader interested till the end. Great dialogues, the heroine was thorn between doing what her parents wanted and following her heart. The hero was strong, very in charge and so sweet. Steamy, sexy moments but tastefully done, this book left me wanting more. Pierce Me is a most read.

I love how it started right out being smokin' hot. Gabe, what with his piercings and tats, was all man (times two). Kinda rough around the edges. Eloise (or Jewel, as he liked to call her) was so different from him. Together, however, they made the perfect couple. Talk about opposites attracting !!
There was quite a plot twist involving her parents that made it very interesting. He had a lot to overcome, but with her help he was able to.
I love that she wound up with piercings and tats, also. Kinda came full circle.
It was a great book, I loved it!! Simone is the best!!

This book is exactly like the synopsis of the book states with alittle extra. The extra being a decent set of characters with an ok storyline even though somewhat rushed and the flow of why Gabe didn't like Eloise mothers was just sprung. That part of the storyline just didn't flow . Good sexy scenes, ok character development with somewhat disjointed chapter flow. Everything just seemed rushed but with short book story could have been told better. Ok for mindless entertainment on rainy day. 2.5stars

This was a great read! Eloise and Gabe were great together, and I was happy to see that Eloise could relax a little bit when she was with Gabe. My only complaint was that she was really judgmental sometimes, and I kept thinking she must have been really sheltered. The HEA was good, I was very happy with how it turned out. This was a unique story and I can't wait to see what's next from Simone Sowood!

This book was amazing! Loved it so much! Then when I get done reading it I find out there are two more amazing books to go with it. The best thing ever!! I loved Pierce Me. It was a great story that I have never come across before. Not only was it hot, it was a wonderful love story too! The characters! I fell in love with them! I also was so glad to be able to download the extended epilogue. Loved it! Highly recommend this book and this author!!

Pierce Me had a tattoo artist with a secret he could not share with the woman he loved; The Dick Next Door had promised himself never to let a romantic interest come between himself and his daughter. How the heroes and their romantic interests who were both strong women resolved their struggles were exciting...and sexy!

The chemistry is off the charts but there is more to this relationship than she realises. Lots of love, passion, drama, secrets and so much more. Absolutely loved it

Loved this story. Two extremes of characters feel an attraction after meeting again, after many years apart. The attraction leads to love but several twists in the story w/ one being heart wrenching, to think they may never be together again. Great writing by this author. Blunt speaking. Wow! I would be like the female character, red faced! Hot sex scenes. Several other stories included. Love the second story. Good re-read!

I absolutely adored this whole book from start to finish. I loved Gabe from the moment I met him and he didn't disappoint with cocky alphaness. Eloise was a good character too, but I felt at times she was somewhat ditzy in certain situations. Sophie, Eloise's sister, was definitely an interesting character with a very unusual "hobby."
