I thought getting kindle version of books would help transition my two year old into a bedtime routine of reason before bed. But it never worked because we always needed the light on and that would keep her up. She uses my kindle all the time so I want to try reading before bed because I won't need the light on. It's a reasonable, cheap price and seems worth it. I'll most likely invest the money in more kindle version books.

My son loved Brown Bear, Brown Bear, so I thought this was a great addition to his library collection. He enjoys this book, but still prefers Brown Bear, Brown Bear. The animals are a little more uncommon throughout the book, so I believe that is why.

A cute variation on the "Brown Bear, Brown Bear" story. Children get to learn about lesser known animals such as the water buffalo or the macaroni penguin, which is nice. It has the same rhyming prose of the other books in this series. Overall a very nice story.
Brown Bear & Friends :: Ember Rising (The Green Ember Series: Book 3) :: Loved (House of Night Other World series - Book 1) (A House of Night Other World) :: Books 1-3 (The Bad Beginning; The Reptile Room; The Wide Window) :: Polar Bear What Do You Hear? sound book (Brown Bear and Friends)

I should have paid more attention to the artwork. Some pictures are too scary for a toddler... I thought a "board book" would be age appropriate for a toddler. This one will go on the shelf until she is old enough to have vocabulary to talk about these pictures.
