Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this book! Great layout, awesome recipes, wonderful step by step instructions in the introductory part on how to make broth, yogurt, coconut kefir,..etc., supported by illustrations, which makes it easier to follow.
Main point - some recipes come with photos, which inspired me from day 1. GAPS diet does NOT have to be boring.

This has been such a blessing. It is beautiful, simple and delicious. I never feel like I need to run to the store for the recipes. As long as you stock your kitchen the right way, you're set for delicious healthy meals. My gut has most definitely felt a difference. Energy levels are at a high and look forward to where this leads. Thank you.

I generally don't like cookbooks, but since starting the GAPS diet for my daughter, this book has gotten constant use. It's got good how to's in the front of the book and I love that it's divided by stages. Some folks in the GAPS community have said they think the author goes a little crazy with the chocolate, but overall I say it's good.

Really like the book, would like to follow the diet changes but not there yet. I have followed parts and have cleaned up my diet and that is good. But I am not sure I can go full GAPS but if you are this is a great simple worded step by step guide.

This book is very informative and educational about the importance of the gut for the immune system and health. It integrated a great deal of the research that I had personally found on the subject plus explained some things that I had not known before. It also has some lovely and tasty recipes with great illustrations. I think that this book is well worth getting, if you are seriously motivated to improve your health.

Great recipes! my new favorite cookbook! I've always loved to cook, but since my crohns flare, I've had to change the way I eat...The recipes are innovative, and delicious! Even my white bread boyfriend is enjoying these recipes...especially the cheese it knock-offs on page 244... I've shared those with friends and family and everyone loves em!

Very helpful if you want to follow the GAPS Diet. Clear instructions with beautiful photographs. The recipes I have made so far are very good, although I'm still in the Intro Phase. My mouth waters when I look at the recipes in the Full Gaps sections - they sound and look delicious.

This book gives me more truth, that embraces all the truth I've been gleaning in my 69 years of life. Is all truth there? No. I got more than what I expected for a low price, compared to what others offered. I have hopes for more of similar truth from where ever it comes.

Having just received it, I'm looking forward to digging in further. I'm SO happy.
