One Foot in the Grave: A Night Huntress Novel

I've been reading the Nigh Huntress since my wife recommended the series to me and it's a good action packed series that is a pretty easy read. The characters in the story are easy to follow and keep track of and the plot stays consistent throughout the series.

I really like this author. Jeaniene Frost is expressive, fun. light, and her books are a delight to read.
This charater is young, smart and sexy. But thankfully not a high schooler. The book has a different twist in the character which is fun. This is book 2 out of four and I am hoping for more! I really don't want the series to end.

I did enjoy this book. It just about covers everything...Love, Hate, brutality, humor, gore, mystery, Super Sex, and I could probably come up with a few more adjectives, but enough said...I would recommend this book to adults only.

After reading (and loving) the first book in The Night Huntress series, I couldn't wait to pick up book number two and get more Cat and Bones. I purchased One Foot in the Grave right away and read it right away. I just haven't gotten around to actually reviewing it until now because I disliked it so so much.

I'm not going to go into details about why I disliked this book so much because there were so many reasons and partly because I don't want to ruin it for someone who might like it. Jeaniene Frost does seem to have a huge fan base and I did love Halfway to the Grave so I'm not ready to give up on her yet. I do plan on reading the next book in the series to see if I can get back some of that Halfway to the Grave magic.

The second book in the Night Huntress series wasn't as good as the first one. The story almost seemed to be rushed. Other than that it was good. You get to learn more about Bones in this one and I love Bones he's my second favorite character.

If you like the paranormal romance genre, these books are addictive. This is actually the second time I'm reading this series. The love story between Cat and Bones is hard to top. The supporting cast is terrific, too! You must read these books!

I loved Cat's independence and the respect she had from her men. Bones was charming and confident, just the way I love a man. This was a fun tale to read. I look forward to reading more from Jeaniene.

Great read...going to continue reading the series and see where it goes...while at the same time keeping an open mind since Anita Blake started my interest in this genre. I see the similarities and the potential for this to be a great series.

I absolutely love jeaniene frost and her night hundreds books. If you are looking for thrill, excitement, tears, and a love that is endlessly lovely, you should definitely read this book and the rest of them.

What a great sequel! So much more entertaining than the first, not that the first wasn't good. I couldn't stop from laughing out loud on this one. This is such a great book that will keep you wanting more of Cat & Bones!
