Captivated by the Beast by Lindsey Hart was gifted to me. This book captured the heart of the human spirit. You have a man who's lost his family and lived in misery for years. Then you have this young, bright spirit of a girl who comes to work for him. It's rather interesting to see what happens. Great book! Fast read.

Charity agrees to model for Joe, a man racked with guilt for the death of his wife and child. His slow return to living is dependant on her remaining with him despite his constantly telling her to leave. An enjoyable read.

Wow, just wow! This book starts out grabbing your emotions and keeps them till the end! Joe and Charity(the main characters) will stay with you after you have read this book. I highly recommend this book be read in one sitting!

I received this ARC for an honest review....that being said I couldn't put it down. It was fast paced and yet dragging sometimes. The character development was good. You understood these two and because of the way the plot was going , you truly wanted them together. A great read. I'd buy from this author.

Finding love after a great heartbreak and living a life is something that most people can’t do. Lindsey Hart puts you in either or both character’s shoes and leads you through their thoughts and action. You can almost believe you are there.

This book is an emotional roller coaster. I am so glad I was able to read the story it is a beautiful romantic story. The story has strong characters and a great story line. loved reading it.

Model Charity needs money. She’s graduated college with a graphic arts degree but can’t find a job, so she turns to modeling. But that’s not panning out very well either. Until she’s offered ten thousand dollars for one month of posing. But she has to go to nowhere Kansas. Little dos she know how much her life is going to change.

Artist Joe is in pain. He lost the love of his life and his muse one dark night. He’s been in pain ever since and he’s shut himself up in the house he thought they would share their lives in. Until he feels the need to paint again. He hires a model to pose for him not knowing that she would be the one to help him out of his pit of pain and despair.

An awesome book. Extremely entertaining, captivating, and interesting read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong characters. I want to read more from this author.
