Another amazing book by Tijan. Brody and Morgan pull you in from the beginning. The twists and turns were not ones I saw coming and just added to the depth. Than is always a one click author for me and you won't be disappointed by any of her books.

This book was AMAZING. Tijan has done it again. This book kept me on the edge of my seat and as a horse person myself, I could really relate to Morgan and the connection she has with her horses. In a world full of books that all seem the same, this book is unique and creative. Ten out of ten would recommend!

3.75 “beautiful but wild” stars!

Brody Asher was an up and coming movie star when his brother is killed. He is harboring a pain he cannot overcome and his life has been spiraling out of control ever since. He knows something in his life needs to change but he never would have imagined taking the lead role in a movie could be just the thing to turn his world around.

While driving to the movie set, Brody gets a glimpse of a woman on a horse. Something about her is different than what he’d expect to see. She intrigues him immediately and he can’t stop thinking of her. When he sees her again he knows there is something special about her and he won’t stop until he figures it out.

Morgan, wild and free, enjoys the outdoors and horses. She is innocent, naive, and vulnerable in some ways but so strong in others. She runs with horses, straddling the line between two worlds. She grew up with the herd and they became her family and she rarely exists with humans.

"I always stood at the end of the last fence. It was as if the wild was behind me. The domestic was before me."

I was as intrigued with Morgan as Brody was. I wanted to understand what she went though, what made her the way she was. It was heartbreaking to find out how her life changed when she was just ten years old.

Brody was a sweet guy who faced a terrible tragedy that rocked his world. He went off the deep end but I could tell he was still a good guy. He caught Morgan’s eye just as she caught his and I loved when they started exploring their connection.

"I acquired a thirst for him. I wanted more of this touch and somehow, I knew after this first kiss, I would always hunger for him."

Brody and Morgan affect each other completely in a way no one has done before. Their relationship progresses rather quickly but the change within them was more gradual as they realized the depth of their love. I loved that Morgan and Brody were honest and straight forward with each other. Their understanding and acceptance was beautiful and though they were from different worlds, they never judged one another. The character growth and acknowledgment of vulnerabilities made them realistic and endearing.

"Something was changing.
I didn’t want it to, but I couldn’t stop it.
Because the thing changing was me."

Bad Boy Brody was totally different than I expected yet I really enjoyed it. There are twists and turns I didn’t see coming and I liked that there was not a ton of crazy drama stirring up the pot. It was a sweet, emotional, heart-warming story full of growth, love, and understanding with an ending that made me smile.

Bad Boy Brody by Tijan

M/F Romance
Triggers: Murder
I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

So, I just have to start by saying that Tijan's writing is one that almost always evokes emotions. This book did evoke emotions and sometimes they were conflicting and sometimes they were amazing.

There is a lot of misdirection in this story and it made it that much more interesting. It was slower than most of the Tijan books I've read in the past, so at times, I struggled to make it through. Also, there were some parts that were just kind of hard to think as realistic, but the goal of a story was to entertain and this did that.

Matthew, Finn and Abby have been hoping to see their sister Morgan for years. They come back to their family's house in order to make a movie about their step-mother's murder. Things go wrong in terms of the Hollywood aspect, the actors seem somewhat aloof, but overall, the story needs all of these characters in order to be successful.

Brody is still dealing from the trauma of losing his brother to an accident. He is known for having a short temper and being a playboy. However, being on the farm, away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood is just what he needs. Despite his internal struggle with his own trauma, he catches the eye of farm resident, Morgan. The first few times that Brody sees Morgan, it's from a distance and despite knowing better, he is intrigued.

Morgan is more comfortable living among the horses that run through her property than she is with people. After surviving the trauma of her mother's murder, she just knows that her instincts and love are better off served with Shiloh and Shoal, the two wild horses that are most close to her. As the real world encroaches on her home and the home of her horses, Morgan has to decide if putting up with people and the realities that are out there is worth it - is love worth the sacrifice?

This had a strange mystery twist to it and I really enjoyed that. Despite Brody and Morgan's romance, which I thought was somewhat strange at the beginning, they balanced each other in the end. Finally, the emotions that were brought out, especially when things peaked were hard to deny - you wanted to hug or slug people within the story and sometimes, it conflicted. There were also aspects of the story that made it hard to seem realistic, but I was able to look past that - I enjoyed this story a lot.

Sweet horses! Bad Boy Brody by Tijan is a powerful, beautiful, fascinating and captivating book. I spent a fabulous time while reading it. My heart was beating as fast as wild horses. I fall deep into the story from the first chapters to the end. It was a gripping journey I can’t wait to repeat it. A paperback edition of this book deserves to be in my bookshelf!

The writing is brilliant and enthralling. It takes a lot for me to surrender to an exciting book like this. I fell completely in love with the story and these characters. It is compelling, passionate and magisterial. Books like these are hard to forget! It has the right amount of everything that makes my soul sings: emotions, surprises, a well developed story and wonderful characters.

Tijan gifted us a cocky, sexy, messed actor. Brody is hot as hell. He is temptation personified. Almost all women fall for him, no one can resist him. He is like a magnet. His bad boy attitude is a powerful aphrodisiac. To be honest, he is the type of book boyfriend that makes me have high expectations on men. Losing his brother marked his soul. Rumours and bad media could make a big deal of something too natural. Dealing with his lost wasn’t easy and he almost put his career in danger. While working on a movie that is not only based on fiction, he will meet a young beautiful woman. At the begging he would think that she is a ghost, like his brother but she isn’t. She is real and wild. She is a wildflower. She is pure and innocent, a strong the storee who prefers the company of horses. She intrigues him like no other woman has.

I truly understand why Morgan prefers being with horses than being with humans. Human beings are too complicated. They hurt and they are selfish. She was left when he mother was murdered. She experienced from firsthand how selfish humans can be. She found comfort in the wild nature. Her only company she allowed is a herd of horses. They calmed her soul. She not only lost her mother, she also lost her family. Being around humans are hard but Brody will make her, for the first time, want to interact more with the world she has avoided since she was 18.

The pacing is perfect and the plot is peculiarly unique. Bad Boy Brody will definitely be one of my top favourites this year. Man, I want more! Excellent book! Originality is the first word that occurs to me to describe this book. It was an unexpected story that will leave you wanting more. This is perfect for those readers who want something different and touching.

Wow! How refreshing! I just loved this book! It was beautifully written. The words flowed from chapter to chapter. The story was very captivating. It had everything: Hollywood Bad Boy, mysterious girl, wild horses and more. Tijan just makes it work. It captured me from chapter one. There is also a story within a story.

Brody Asher was Hollywood’s golden boy. All of that changes on the night of his first breakout movie premier. The unthinkable happens as he waits for his brother to arrive. Brody spirals downward and is dubbed “Bad Boy Brody” by the press. This results in Brody having to humble himself a bit. He takes a role in a smaller indie film trying to redeem himself as a professional. Arriving on set in rural Montana he is stunned and amazed as a pack of wild horse run right in front of his car. But more than that is a woman attached to one of the pack.

"Unbroke."

"That was the name of the movie, a term used about a horse that wasn’t trained."

"…The movie was about my mother, but why would they use that term? She’d been broken."

Morgan Kellerman is the heroine. She is a recluse. She is beautiful, smart and resourceful. She has a unique personality. Her home is a grand estate in Montana that was willed to her after her mother was murdered. Morgan is almost a ghost. She is rarely seen. She lives and runs with the wild pack of mustangs across the hills and valleys of the property. Morgan has an intimate relationship with these horses. They are sensitive creatures. Both Morgan and the mustangs understand one another.

"I was able to stay where I was. I could avoid humans as much as necessary. Some knew about me. Some whispered about me. Some thought I was a ghost. Only my stepfather, stepsiblings, and a few others knew the truth."

Brody and Morgan are drawn to each other. They each have secrets and sorrows in their pasts. In a way they help to heal one another. Their chemistry is explosive. There is so much meshed into their story. Love, loss, lies and deceit. There was also a twist I didn’t see coming. I can’t explain how much I loved this book! It grabbed my heart and wouldn’t let go. I only have one little complaint…I LOVE my Epilogues and this book did not have one. I would have loved to see a peek into the future.

"She was beautiful. She was wild. She was the untamed one. Unbroke."

5 stars!!!!

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Type: Standalone
POV: First Person - Multiple

Brody was finally hitting big time in Hollywood charts; his acting career was a hit but when tragedy happens on the premier of his first movie he lost his way a bit.  After that tragedy he was losing himself in an alcohol addiction barely living; but when his new manager managed to land him a contract on a new movie that will get him off the city and into the wild; Mr Brody bad-boy reputation was about to get clean up once and for all.

Morgan was an interesting character.  After the death of her mother  she completely lost herself to the wild. Her step father moved out along with her two step brothers and step sister.  She had only been with them for a little bit enough to like them but not so much to be attached to them.  The oldest step brother helped her but they all really left her behind when she needed the most.  She spent most of her time with horses away from society.

I actually really enjoyed this story; it was different from anything Tijan has written before.  Some parts of the story might have not been realistic but I found myself grinning and enjoying it none the less.   The weirdness of Morgan was kind of cute; I loved Brody's personality.  The story had a little bit of suspense and mystery in my opinion which I found it refreshing.  I kept guessing what the secret was and I found myself unable to stop reading until I was able to discover the mystery of it all.

Overall; I truly enjoyed Bad Boy Brody.  The chemistry between Brody and Morgan was on point and the story itself was different.  The mysterious vibe will have readers glued to the pages until the very end.  This story would be appealing to readers who enjoy second chance romance.

A copy was kindly gifted to me, Thank you!

BAD BOY BRODY BY Tijan

I really didn’t know what to expect from this book when i first started reading it, i knew it had to do with Hollywood but that was it and i love a good book about actors but i have to say this was so much more than i thought it could ever be.

I don’t think this about many books but this one will stay in my heart that’s for sure. I don’t know what it was but the way Tijan writes and how she gets you into the story and the connection that she can write between her characters is amazing, but when she writes about a main character and her connection to wild horses blew me away.

Even though Brody was pegged as a Bad boy he had his reason and they were heartbreaking, what he went though with losing his brother and being in the spotlight you knew he had a good heart. Brody is an amazing male hero and i loved him it was hard to let people in but when he did it was awesome to read.

Morgan i feel was one of my favourite characters ever, she was strong and wild and so in tune with nature and her wild mustangs, the relationship between her and her horses was beautiful and loved how she could be one with them. Another character who had a terrible past and the only way she knew how to deal was run and hide but at the same time she was brave but guarded. Even though her ending was happy my heart still broke when she said goodbye to something she loved.

When i was reading this book i felt like i was in the story and i could feel all the connections and the feeling free from what some of the characters experienced in this book. You were there for the happy, sad and heartbreaking times and i could just picture this book in my head like a movie.

The plot for this book was amazing and i didn’t want to put the book down. I cried, i was in shock there were times when the story went in a different direction and had me guessing about how this book was going to end.

If your a fan of Tijan then you will not want to miss reading this book i absolutely loved it and was just so beautiful

She was beautiful. She was wild. She was the untamed one.

I didn't really know what to expect with this book, I knew it was about an actor and he had a bad reputation and that was about it.

Bad Boy Brody begins with Brody at beginning of his career as an actor and his first ever movie premier. While Brody awaited his brothers arrival he grew anxious that his only family =, his brother still hadn't shown up. A phone call revealed Kyle was on his way but in that phone call was also the accident Brody heard, he heard his own brother die on a night that was supposed to change his life in a different way.

Broy went from Golden boy movie star to bad Boy Brody, drinking, getting into fights and sleeping around.

A new movie and a new manager that treated him like a mother started get Brody back on his feet but he still hurt and he still had nightmares until he met Morgan.

Morgan was a young woman who lived with wild Mustangs she owned the land she lived on but chose to stay with the her d, they were her family. Morgan had segregated herself from humanity following the murder of her mother.

Bad boy Brody is slow going but an intriguing at the same time. There are hot moments and an undeniable between Broday and Morgan.

Two worlds were mingling and one of them would have to give something up.

I was fascinated with the story, I could even envisage this becoming a movie, a bit like Tarzan living with the apes until he found Jane. It was different that's for sure and worth a read.

I enjoyed it, it didn't get my heart pumping and I can't really say I connected with the characters but I am glad I read it.

Bad Boy Brody… Perfect title. Bad Sexy Hot Boy Brody.
I felt a sense of Bliss and Contentment once I finished reading this book.
Ahhh…..
I liked Matthew from the very beginning of the book. I don’t know, there was something about him. I was just drawn to his character from the beginning (it’s a little dark). I hope one day Tijan does a book about him. Any-who back to Hot ASS BRODY…
Brody is the hot upcoming Hollywood star, that suffered a great loss during the worst time. Well there is never a good time to suffer loss. He is HOT, Charming and Sexy as all get out. I loved every bit of his character.
Morgan had her own tragedy, nightmare that she had suffered at a young age. She became disconnected from humanity and found a bond with wild life.
The story went a way that I wasn’t expecting. You got everything with this read. The deviousness of people. The emotions, the angst, the sex, the romance. You never quite understood who to fully trust. At some points I thought I had the story figured out, but then BOMB… You never see what’s coming around the corner.
The story was deep, it highlighted different sources of cooping mechanism that people choose when dealing with loss and tragedy. The way that Morgan choose to deal with her loss and fears was interesting. Although she had a vulnerable side, she was strong and brave.
I enjoyed a lot of the characters in this book… Finn, Abby, Jen and of course Matthew. I could see a spin off of this book.
As always Tijan still hasn’t disappointed me. I continue to ❤❤ her work. It’s another book I know I will find myself reading again and again.

*I voluntarily read an arc for a honest review.

I really enjoyed reading Bad Boy Brody, but something just didn’t quite feel right to me. The story Tijan delivered is unlike any story I have read before. From the wild mustangs to the movie and the murder there are so many pieces woven so expertly you will fall in love with Brody, Morgan and so many others in this story!

The first time Brody and Morgan made eye contact they knew that there was something special, a sou deep connection between them. They saw each of for a just a blink of an eye, but it was one of those slow motion life moments where it seems slow and then everything else accelerates as soon as you break that connection.

Morgan is a wild woman who began living with the mustangs after tragedy struck and she no longer had a mother to take care of her, a mare from the wild heard took her in. Morgan secluded herself from her family and friends to live on the land with the wild mustangs. Her siblings say that she is more horse than human, but that all changes the moment she meets Brody.

These two are like magnets being drawn to each other. The lust was palpable. The draw. The desire. The need these two had for each other was raw and real. They were two souls that connected on a deeper level that I think they even realized at first.

As more of the story unraveled the more intense things became with both of their pasts catching up to them and coming to head. I found it very difficult at times to trust some of the characters and their intentions.

Bad Boy Brody was filled with intense love and attraction, a desperate wild need and like most Tijan stories I feel it is best to go in as blind as possible!

Brody Asher had everything to become one of the greatest stars of Hollywood. Until tragedy hit and he went from Golden Boy to Bad Boy Brody. When Brody finally has a chance to get his career back on track, Brody meets Morgan, the best kept secret from the producers of his new movie.

I just finished Bad Boy Brody and I'm still speechless. Tijan wrote a masterpiece. Morgan and Brody's story hooked me from the first page and I couldn't stop reading until I reached "The End". There are so many feelings, so many ups and downs, so many secrets and questions. It's like a rollercoaster ride.
I loved the deep connection between Morgan and Brody. The chemistry between them is off the charts and very palpable.

Brody lost himself in his grief. Meeting Morgan changes everything. He has many questions about his brother's death but he's afraid of the answers. I loved how protective and sweet he was with Morgan. He made me swoon a lot.
Morgan is a free spirit. The day she lost her mother, she lost her siblings. But she formed a strong bond with Shoal, the mustang mare, and later with Shiloh, Shoal's daughter and Morgan's "sister". She's so pure but also very strong and independent.

Tijan hit the jackpot with Bad Boy Brody! This captivating story with hook you from the first page and take you in an unbelievable ride with these phenomenal characters. Tijan's writing style is flawless and she makes it very easy to connect with the characters and the story. I can't wait to read what she'll write for us next!

Emotions....how do we deal with grief? This is a theme throughout this book for me. We start out in the prologue with what turned Brody into the "BAD BOY" that he is today. 8 months later, and he is in no better shape. Hiding our emotions and never dealing with the issues surrounding his brothers death can never help a person. We see this first hand with Brody.

Now here he is to film a movie and meeting Morgan in a way changes things, but I love that this isn't a sudden change...and yet, here we have him WANTING to change and try to deal with his emotions and to stop hiding from them.

Morgan is a loner, and in some ways you think she is happy that way...but feeling abandonded can do things to a person. Yet somehow seeing Brody changed things, she wanted to talk to him and be around him. It has been 4 years since the death of her mother, since she lost her family. While Brody and Morgan may have come from different places, they are what the other needs to heal, and move on and feel loved. They both need someone they can feel safe around. And watching this story unfold is such a beautiful thing.

One thing I love about this author is that she doesn't shy away from difficult topics. She tackles them head on and this one is no different. The writing is smooth and really helps you feel each and every character including the side ones. The good, the bad and the ugly are all amazingly written that you cry with them and laugh with them and you feel like you are falling in love right alongside these characters.

Bad Boy Brody by the incredibly talented author Tijan is a full length, standalone, romance novel. It's a story about loss, heartbreak, love and living again.

Brody Asher lost his brother in a horrible acident and he goes from Hollywoods Golden to Bad Boy fast. He's about to lose a big movie role and he agrees to do a indie film to polish his image.
What he finds when he sets his foot at the film scene is something he never had dreamt of.

Morgan is a young woman who lives and runs with Mustangs. She's nearly a recluse and hasn't talked to her half-siblings in years. And now her mother's story is about to be told in a movie.
Brody meets Morgan and he's not only fascinated by her, he's mesmerized. And he's the only one who can understand her. Morgan is like a mustang herself, she's wild and can't be tamed. They're from opposite worlds, they don't fit in and heartbreak and devastation is on the horizon. She can't leave and he won't stay - they're doomed.
Bad Boy Brody is a story that will stay with you. I read the book a few days ago and I can't get it out of my head. The characters stubbornly stay. You don't have to like horses to love this book, but I promise after reading Bad Boy Brody you'll love Mustangs too.
Every time Tijan releases a new book, I'm giddy. Giddy because I know I'll love her stories and the characters and I we simply " click ". I recommend the book and give 5 stars.

Bad Boy Brody is a complete standalone novel. If you follow my reviews then you know I like to go in blind when I have loved the author’s novels in the past, Tijan is one of those authors. I am going to make this short because I don’t want to spoil anything. At all.

Brody needed to get away from Hollywood. He needed to build his career not his bad reputation. That was why he was in Montana on the set of an indie movie about a loving couple and a murder. He thought it was going to be an easy few weeks away from the paparazzi. What he didn’t know was that it would change his life.

Ok. Well, that’s all I can really say about the storyline. I will say that’s it’s a beautiful story set in a magnificent surrounding. The characters are raw, wild, and untamable. The story is unique. The writing is addicting.

Overall...I highly recommend reading this story! It’s different and that is what I loved about it. I felt like I was out there in the wild with the characters. Felt the fresh air. Felt the characters passion for each other and their other passions.

Quotes:

“Talking to people seems pointless to me.”

“This won’t be a stupid mistake. I promise.”

His eyes found mine. “Oh. Hey.” He sat back and combed his fingers through his hair. “Fancy meeting you here.”

What a wonderful, unique story. Brody & Morgan both come from two entirely different worlds, Brody being a movie star and Morgan who lives in the wild. They each have their own heartbreak and their unexpected connection brings changes to their worlds.

I love the way this story unfolds. It’s not your typical movie star story and I loved its uniqueness. Morgan and Brody take root in your heart. I was in awe of Morgan. She had such an impressionable personality and the way she lived makes you view life from an entirely different perspective. And Brody was so sincere and down to earth and caring. I loved how protective he was of Morgan.

I loved Morgan and Brody’s connection and how they could relate to each other. It was beautiful to watch them both heal through each other and allow themselves to let their guards down. The growth of their friendship and bond is heartwarming and I really enjoyed their story! I also enjoyed the element of mystery and not knowing who could be trusted.

This is a beautiful story of letting go of the past and letting people in. It’s a story of new beginnings, freedom, sacrifice, and love, and you feel it all! It will captivate you from the start.

Despite the cover having horses on them, I honestly didn't know what I was getting into with Bad Boy Brody. The blurb makes it seems like Brody is this big Hollywood star who has gone bad. And in some sense, he has but the heart of this book is about discovering who you are and finding peace with who you want to become.

When Brody set foot in Montana he had no idea that his life was about to completely change. Morgan was the one to help him heal from his past but he didn't realize how much he helped her heal from hers as well.

Morgan is a wild spirit. Since her mother's murder, she's been living more out in the wild with the horses than she has with the human world. Her soul speaks to them and she has this connection with them that can't be rivaled. Until Brody.

While the title is called Bad Boy Brody and this is about his story, I really think Morgan and the horses stole the show for me. I think horses are majestic, beautiful and amazingly intuitive. Tijan did an amazing job describing the herd and built this untouchable relationship between Morgan and the horse that completely sucked me in.

If you are looking for a beautiful and majestic way to bring two lost souls together then you need to read Bad Boy Brody now!

Another great read from an amazing author. A little mystery, some heartache and most of all there’s Brody. Loved Brody, had a little bit of a hard time connecting with Morgan, but still a great read that had me guessing from the start.

Brody was just making his mark in Hollywood when tragedy struck, leading him to spiral out of control. When given the opportunity for to redeem himself, Brody takes the leading role in an independent film about a real murder mystery. My heart broke for Brody, the death of his brother broke him and I was happy to see him find himself. He definitely earned the bad boy reputation. I love a good bad boy!

Morgan was basically left to fend for herself after her mother died. Left with servants to raise her, she disconnects from the world and lives/runs wild with wild horses that run on the family's land. This is the part I found odd but I kind of understood it. I know it doesn’t make sense so you’re just going to have to read it to get it.

These two lost souls that connect through an instant connection that ran deep. The more I read, the more intense the story got.

Is it my favorite Tijan book? No, but I really enjoyed it and the story will definitely have you glued to the pages!

Brody was a great character and I felt connected to him within the first few chapters You could feel his emotions and inner battles. He was dynamic, strong and passionate and very easy to like.

At times I admit I struggled with Morgan as a character because she frustrated me. I found her too aloof and some of her actions were strange. However in saying that, she did at times reflect great fragility yet such fierceness, I so wanted to love her.

Matthew and Morgan’s scenes gave me hope she would return to her family. Unfortunately, they were too in infrequent and I lost my interest in her as a character and became more invested in others.

Now I loved the siblings, they to me created mystery and drama and kept me wanting to find out all the family secrets and they were worth the wait. The second half of this story was more enjoyable to me as Brody and Morgan’s step-siblings interactions really developed and moved the story forward.

Bad Boy Brody is a slow burn novel and you have to be patient. It is a lovely story with some great supporting characters with mystery and drama.

Bad Boy Brody caught me by surprise. This book felt like a departure from Tijan's regular stuff. It was nothing like I expected; it was a refreshing take on the genre, one that made me think, feel, and remember exactly why I love Tijan. She doesn't serve you up a formulary romance novel, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I think what touched me most was not really anything to do with Brody but rather the relationship between Shoal, Shiloh, and Morgan. While I was pleased to see the bad boy get his act in order, Morgan carried the book. Her eccentricities and inability (or lack of desire) to be around other humans made her so interesting. Furthermore, what I appreciated most is that Tijan brought the story full circle...after a few plot twists.

The secondary characters were brushed over a bit, and I never felt as though I had a good grasp on them. I'm still a bit puzzled over one of the brothers and wished I could have learned more about the stepsister.

Overall, it's an interesting read. Not my favorite Tijan story, but then again, I am a die-hard Mason Kade fan (sorry Brody).

Tijan always brings us one fantastic read filled with angst, romance and the right amount of drama that will leave glued to your kindles.
Not only that, but she creates these characters with stories that you cannot help but to fall in love with. This was the case with Brody and Morgan. These two have been through tragedy that will rock anyone’s soul. They shared such a deep connection that made the chemistry between even stronger. Watching them come together to build a relationship was beyond beautiful to watch because we get to see them open up to each other, especially Morgan. Morgan was able to open up to Brody on some level that her siblings never understood and he was able to show her a side of him others don’t. The chemistry between the two is slow build up of hurt and pain which brought them closer together because they realized that they both share the same kind of hurt.
Go and get this book now, one click it, trust me when I say you will not be disappoint it.

So I'm going to say, if you're going into this expecting a regular Tijan love story, that ain't what you're gonna get. I picked up this book no less than five times. I kept putting it down. the first 45% was so strange, I couldn't get into it. once we got to around 50%, then I was invested.

I've grown up with horses. I've seen wild herd.and this was just so ...odd. I don't even know of a better word for it. Yes it was unrealistic, but it's fiction so what do you expect? But I just didn't feel this connection between Hollywood's bad boy and our wild woman.

Don't get me wrong, there are normal Tijan things in the story- twists and turns, women you hate, horrible family members, damaged leads. But , I just really struggled with connecting to this story like I did all her other books. And that struggle is what had me putting the book down over and over.

When Hollywood meets the wild…

Tragedy is what forced Brody to start behaving professionally… and also what made Morgan stay away from humans.

You’ll love this amazing mix of two completely different worlds, set crews, celebrities, horses and unresolved mysteries…

You’ll fall for Brody and Morgan, the way they so naturally connected, like two souls waiting for the day they’d finally meet, in the wild and behind the cameras…

As the story unfold, we’ll learn a little more about Morgan’s past and her estranged family.

The love story is amazing, raw and beautifully wild.

This books is a beauty, some moments will break your heart too, but it’s totally worth it.

The symbiosis between Morgan and her horses was just amazing and breathtaking.

Another must read for me, like all Tijan’s books!

There is something about Tijan's writing that is so authentic, you can't help but feel like you are up close and personal with the characters and scenery in her books. This story was no different.

Hollywood bad boy, Brody, take a part in a film that is supposed to help change his reputation in the business. What he was not expecting once he arrived at the ranch in the mountains was to learn of the mysterious women who stays hidden in the trees, Morgan.

A story of two broken souls, each suffering from loss, wanting to avoid the scrutiny of the public eye.

It is an emotional and very beautiful read and I think everyone should go into it blind and just experience this story. You will not be disappointed! 5 stars!

Brody really doesn't stand a chance with Morgan, the girl is just so pure and honest:
“Do you want to have *** with me?”
A mangled cry ripped from my throat. “I’m finding the more time I spend with you, the less control I have.”
“So you do want to have *** with me?”
I loved that Brody is so enamoured with his lady that he's willing to do anything when he thinks something is wrong, yeah.” He raked a hand through his hair, letting the ends stick up into a deliciously rebel look. “Don’t know what the eff I was thinking about. I grabbed the first thing that’d get me to you.” His eyes narrowed, studying his horse. “I think I bonded with that thing.” If I could give this more than five stars I absolutely would, I loved this book.

Brody Asher is a troubled actor on location at the Kellerman estate to film a movie about an incident that tragically changed the Kellerman family forever. Morgan Kellerman is an enigma. The mysterious, elusive daughter everyone knows about but no one sees.
Brody never saw her coming, and their love isn’t a slow burn. It’s quick and hot, but how could it possibly last...?

We get to see how two people from different worlds react in in the face of tragedy, and how they each fight their way back to the living. We learn that sometimes it just takes one person, one,Moe one moment to bring you back to the living.

This is my first Tijan book, but I don’t know why it took me so long, I am an instant fan!!

This storyline was so different to me. The characters were so different, yet completely relatable. I wasn't sure what I would be getting myself into by reading this story, but I knew I wanted to take a chance, because, well.. Tijan. Tijan never lets me down and she definitely didn't this time either. I loved the incorporation of the horses and the wildness of the landscape into this story. I also loved how it played such a pivotal role in the story. Beautiful writing. Beautiful characters and Stunning story. I felt like I was with them in the story. I would love to read more from these characters. Can't wait to see what we get next from Tijan.

Tijan once again did what she does best and created a heartbreaking book that has left me emotional and speechless.

Word after beautiful word kept me flipping pages until every last word was devoured.

Tijan always knows the right buttons to push to make her readers feel apart of the story. I felt for Brody, and I loved and adored Morgan. She was so beautiful and free, and I loved every moment with her.

With Tijan I know I'm getting a great read, and she always out does herself. This book was beautifully written and emotionally charged.

I was hooked, and I think most who reads this book will be too.

So freakin' original. A true Tijan original love story.

The world we get swept away in starts off with the hero Brody going through a pretty life changing event which seems to take him 180 from Hollywood A-List to Hollywood D-List almost over night.

Morgan, also experienced something life alternating at the young age of 10 and her life was never the same again.

The two of them meet in the most unlikely of scenarios but the growth and connection of each character is unlike anything you have read before - Tijan weaves this almost fairytale like love story that will keep you on your toes till the very end.

5 Stars!

Different. Beautiful. Intense. Emotional. Sexy. Sweet. Captivating. Wild. Free. Unforgettable.

Tijan never disappoints when she pens a book and this newest standalone, Bad Boy Brody, may just be my newest obsession by her y'all. And I'll go ahead and admit that while no one will ever touch my love for the Kade family in the fictional world period... this book, that plot, that setting, and those characters definitely left me...marked forever.

Less on the overdone drama and more of the impactful romance... this is one you do not want to miss!

I highly recommend this book.
