Just A FEW People I Want to Punch in the Throat (Vol #1)

I love funny reads and I yearn to punch people in the throat constantly throughout my day so this seemed like a great quick fix for my morning commute but I feel like I want to ask for 20 minutes of my life back. The story telling is great but the content was boring and I found myself skimming through the chapters to skip to the "funny" parts.

Ok stories. Nothing hilarious. I subscribe to the blog and while I didn't see these stories there, none of these was anything I'd have missed if I didn't read them. There are only 3 and it is a very short ebook.

I think reading this counts as exercise since I may have developed abs by laughing! Jenn hits the mark every time with hilarious stories and observations of life. My only complaint is that her books never last long enough!

I adore Jen! Just A FEW People I want to Punch in the Throat volumes are a great chance to get a taste of what her other books are like. If you are already an avid fan as I am, these are just the right size for a quick mood picker upper or a check in with someone you know and love after a long hard week or rough day. Sure to put a smile on your face and if not a snort in your laugh then at the very least a chuckle in your heart. I am so thankful Jen has decided to share her life experiences with us!!!!

Soooo funny. I feel like Jen gets me.
There was one story in particular that I had to share with my teenage daughter, the one about getting your period for the first time. We both can relate and had a laugh over that one. I especially love her Mom's attitude about the whole thing, like she's annoyed and just doesn't have time to deal with this right now. Yep, I'm that kind of Mom sometimes.
This ebook is perfect - I love the stories and am glad there's something else out there for those of us who are usually too lazy to read. I get to finish it in one day and feel like, "Hey, I've read a book!"
I can't get enough of Jen and I wish she was my best friend but I live in Texas and I'm a stranger so......
Can't wait to read the next one.

Funny stuff! I am also a Realtor, like the author, and her Realtor story/experience was all too familiar!
It's like they say, you can't make this stuff up!
The book was short but I got my 99 cents worth of laughs.I will order next 2 volumes and the holiday edition.

I chose this book, simply because the title was funny, and it was an emotion I was feeling at the time.

The book however was an easy read. It passed the time while I waited in the school "child pick up" line.

I would recommend to those who want a quick laugh.
