I have loved this whole series so far and cant wait for the next one in the series. My only hope is that mason and Samantha hold it together as a couple. Do yourselves a favour and read this series , would give them a six star if possible.

I loved how the story of Sam, mason & Logan has developed from the beginning!! Watching how the boys will always protect her even if it means they would lose her! Love how despite it all those three stick together! I can't wait till the next book comes out! Tijan does a great job in writing in any of her books!!

Tijan has done it again! I fell in love with this author and her books just keep getting better and better! I have to say this is an awesome addition to the Fallen Crest Series. It's has more of the HOTTNESS between Sam and Mason, in addition to angst ..... Logan is ever present and is yet again in my opinion the balance that is needed in this series. There is drama, physical altercations and plenty of jealously......I will not spoil the story for anyone, but believe me this is a must read!!! I can't wait for the 4th installment; I just want to say........ SAM & MASON FOREVER!

I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from the store just as I was getting ready for bed confirming my purchase of Fallen Crest Public... what?!? bed?!? I can't sleep! So naturally I forgot about sleeping and ready the whole book in one shot instead!

To summarize... oh.em.gee! The story begins on the first day of school when Sam starts attending Fallen Crest Public with Mason and Logan. Now I expected drama, but I did not expect things to get THIS out of hand. Holy crap! At one point, I was thinking what kind of ghetto is Fallen Crest in? I mean there's rich people neighborhoods but everyone else in Public is so raw and nasty and ghetto, I was really worried there for a second.

Sam has gotten away from the elites at the academy and now has to face the tomboy princesses at Public and man are they horrible. If the elites used words to harm Sam, then these girls certainly used sticks and stones. Mason makes it his own mission to ruin these girls, and !@##@$@#$ .... grrrrr.... I wanted to push my foot so far up his rear.... GAH! Sam - how could you not make him suffer for what he did?!? !@#!@$!@$# I wish I could swear in a review! Because then you'd hear what I really thought of him. I know he loves her but what he did is all kinds of rotten!

Also - Analise isn't in this book (well actively) so good riddance, and Sam has some resolution with her relationship with her dad (David) and it's good, so I'm really glad for that.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the story will continue and the big bomb that Tate drops at the end... well lets face it.... any of us who are paying attention can't be that surprised by it. I'm just worried about what drama that's going to cause in the next book when Mason leaves for school... oh my!

So, as you can see, I started the book at just before 10:00pm and finished it by 2:30am (I'm a fast reader) and I COULD. NOT. STOP. READING. So I shall suffer tomorrow with lack of sleep but it was worth it!

Do you want to read this?!? pssshhh hell yea! I gave up my sleep to read it!
Will I recommend it to others? For sure! I tell everyone about Tijan! <3

Reading this series is like watching a train wreck. You know you should look away but you can't. All the crazy, uninhibited, promiscuous, over-dramatic, spoiled, outlandish, no parental guiding, WTF characters were back in full effect. I enjoyed this so much more than the last book but was a bit miffed with the cliffhanger. Hate waiting again.

OMG!!!! Tijan has outdone herself AGAIN!! WOW...HOLY WOW!!! This book was FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the KADE BOYS!!!! AND LET ME TELL YOU....it will BLOW your mind. I seem to stay on an emotional high for days after I finish each book in this series. The Kade boys have a connection with one another that is REMARKABLE...and their connection with Sam is...PHENOMENAL!!! I love their protectiveness of her. It's AMAZING what an incredible author Tijan is...to be able to get that connection across to her readers is a GIFT...A gift that I'm so honored to receive.

Sam begins a new journey starting at Fallen Crest Public her junior year of high school where her boyfriend Mason and her best friend Logan attend. Sam knew she was in for some drama because of her attachment to the KADE BROTHERS. But what she endures is not what she had anticipated. She has to deal with some off the chart BULLYING from a group of girls who have been attached to the brothers for some time now. These girls don't take too kindly to Sam's attachment to these brothers.

I have to give KUDOS to Sam because she stood her own ground and wanted to handle these girls on her own. Of course Mason and Logan had their eyes open at all times. No way are they going to let some red neck wanna be cool girls...bother Sam. Unfortunately, the girls do get the upper hand on Sam at some point!!! BUT...LET ME TELL YOU...THOSE KADE BOYS go off on a MISSION....OH.MY.GAWD....DO THEY EVER ;) OH, have I mentioned how much I LOVE THOSE BOYS...WELL...I LOVE THOSE BOYS ;) I have to stop here or I'm going to give too much away!!! Oh, & we do get MASON'S POV..squeeeeee

It has been a few days since I finished FCP and I'm still thinking about those Kade boys. I'm not sure I will EVER get enough of them. They are a part of me now. I can't decide which Kade boy I adore the most. I must say that I ADORE them the same. I'm a huge fan of Sam too. I love her strength and her ability to see the good in people especially in the ones who DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!

This series is a MUST READ...You are missing out if you let this one slip by...just sayin ;) I give FCP 5 CRAZIE STARS!!!!!

Hot Shit! I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book!

Seriously, I could NOT put it down. I'm now pissed at myself for reading through it so fast that it's done. So damn good. I love Tijan's characters. Her female leads are so strong, confident & brave. We all have seen Sam's amazing strength & determination in the last 2 books of the series and I gotta say it was nice to see her vulnerability,as a typical high school teenager, in this one. I must say I am a Mason/Sam fan all the way, but I can't deny that I love Logan almost as much. Of course we all knew there's always been some flirtatious vibe flowing between Logan & Sam since the get go, and it's part of what makes this such a good love triangle. It's been so believable, simmering in the background, then slowly creeping up to center stage. Logan's love for Sam is acknowledged, FINALLY, and now it must be dealt with. CAN. NOT. WAIT.

As always Tijan delivered. This series is one of the only books that I stay up all night to read in one sitting. Everything about this series is amazing. Every character is real, and engaging. The plot line flow seamlessly into an intricate web full of depth and intrigue. Just like a spiders dinner you get caught in the silky strands of this web, but you love being there. Every chapter is a surprise, because you never know where the story is leading. This series represents the phrase perfectly..."what a tangled web we weave." And Tijan is a master at weaving. I a huge fan of all of Tijan' s books. They all pull you in...but fallen crest wears the crown. If you don't immediately buy and read this series your life will remain a little more empty. I promise!

I fell in love with this book and couldn't put it down until I was at the end and it was finished. It held me captive and I found myself totally intoxicated by it, as I lingered over every word and experienced every moment. The characters couldn't have been better and the story more enthralling as it unraveled, leaving me breathless. I can't wait until the next book to come out in this series. Please say it will be soon.

Wow……this book had me laughing, shaking my head NO, crying, and oh so much more! Oh where do I start……

Sam ~ Got to say in this one she’s got more spine then she did in the last one! I loved the cafeteria scene of her and Kate, it had me cracking up! But damn she goes through so much in this book but she also moves pass some of them too. She starts to forgive and make a relationship with David (dad) and they really have a good heart to heart!

Mason ~ Sorry to say but he lost my trust in this book he lied about things he shouldn’t have lied about, and not only that he basically did a huge NO NO! I mean I get some of his reasons as to why he did what he did, but seriously he could have went about it a different way!

Logan ~ He is just so oh I don’t even know! Who knew everything that has happened all came back to him from book 1! I mean that was definitely not something I seen coming back to be thrown in Sam’s face at the end! He was just so caring towards Sam in this book! He does so much for her without thinking about anyone or how it will affect everyone!

Overall this book is a very emotional rollercoaster! I definitely recommend!

Till next time ~ Sweets Books

As the others have this book was great and intense. Sam has transferred to Fallen Crest Public to be with Mason and Logan. What used to be the head girls, the Tommy Princesses, are out to get rid of Sam and torture her. They were the group that was friends and tight with the Kades and the guys they hung out with. Kate, the leader, especially is out to get Sam because the girl seriously thinks that Mason was hers. Mason hooked up with her sometimes but he never cared about her. This book was great and it really set us straight in the end with a big question I'm sure most of the audience wanted to know. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series and other Tijan books.

This is why Tijan is one of my favorite authors. How she makes Sam so vulnerable and strong at the same time. You really feel the emotions of both Sam and Mason jump off the pages. I can't wait to see whats in store for them next. I am addicted to this series.

Alright. I read the first book and spent a good part confused by the writing style. Am I supposed to feel suspenseful of whom is speaking? For example when she took the hose to the guys and Mason tackled her, her name is called and the author refers to "she" for a couple lines before revealing it's her mom. Yes, I guessed it was, but this happens frequently throughout all three books and I found it odd. Also, I'm not really sure why they fell in love. It's only in book three we hear what Mason loves about Sam, and it makes sense. Sam however thinks Mason 's an a**hole and the characters do some really mean stuff. The lust I could understand, but never bought 100% into the love story. I was also perplexed by all the terrible parenting. Was it necessary? For book two, is it not the law in CA that 16 is legal age of consent for sex? If not, ok, but I'm in a state where it is which made that part of the storyline over the top.

And yet, I couldn't stop reading and went and bought the whole series and will most likely purchase the next in the series, so there's obviously something there to draw me in. I'll be damned if I know what it is though.

I'd give these books anywhere from a 2.5 - 4ish stars. Not helpful, right? Guess you're going to have to read them yourself. :)

After finishing up the second book, I found myself waiting anxiously for this one. I was so disappointed. I didn't want to reread the last one so I found myself so lost at the beggining. After connecting the dots I settled in and tried to let this one grab my interest. I gave it a fair shot, really. I don't know if it was the amount of time between the last book and this one or if I just completly lost interest in the story. The story of these characters just wasn't as good as I wanted to remember it being. I skimmed through the whole book after 45%. Even then, I just wanted to be done with it. What a waste of time and money.

This book was completely crazy and hooked me in right from the start! I thought that the first two books in the series were entertaining, but nothing too amazing. I was interested enough to continue on though and I'm so glad that I did! This one was action packed and so emotional! I could barely keep track of all the twists, turns, and double crosses in this book! A HUGE plus, was finally getting Mason's point of view. It was wonderful to finally know what was going on in his head and to see a more vulnerable side to him. At the same time though, it was also hard to know what he was thinking especially during some of the darker moments in the book. And holy hell, were they dark. I understand why Logan and Mason felt the need to make the decisions that they did, but I can't quite stomach what they were willing to do and let happen to achieve that. As much as I love the Kades, this definitely took them down a notch.

I'm also a little confused as to why readers might feel this ended with a cliffhanger. I didn't think a mind blowing bomb was dropped and honestly, it had been touched upon or at least hinted at in each book so far. I'm actually more intrigued by Brett Broudou now that he's going to essentially rule Roussou and am excited to see how the dynamics will shift now that Mason will be away at college and Sam and Logan will be left in Fallen Crest. This series is definitely a guilty pleasure for me and is like a train wreck I can't look away from! Bring on book 4!

I am utterly addicted to the Fallen Crest High series. It's on my mind all of the time. Last night, I couldn't sleep because I was worrying about Sam. She's a freaking book character! What is wrong with me? I can't stop listening to this series. I'm only pausing listening right now to write this review.

In Fallen Crest Public, Sam's just beginning to navigate the halls of Fallen Crest Public High School. It's different from Fallen Crest Academy, but some thing are still the same. There are still mean, horrible girls who run the school. Girls who want Mason and Logan to themselves. Girls who will do anything and everything to make sure Sam goes away. The girls aren't Sam's only problem, though. There's also a Roussou/Fallen Crest rivalry making things tense for them. Sam is worried that Mason and Logan may go up against Bud and Brett. She couldn't stand to lose her family if something bad were to happen, so Sam's keeping secrets.

Holy crap! We FINALLY get Mason's point of view in this book!!! It's what I've been dying for after reading the first two books. I loved being inside of Mason's head and finally understanding why he does some of the stuff he does. I didn't always like or agree with his actions, but knowing his thoughts made my opinion of him soar. My only teeny tiny complaint about Mason has to do with the audio book version of this story. I was so used to the female narrator doing Mason's voice that I had a hard time adjusting to the male narrator for Mason. His voice didn't sound deep enough to me. I actually kind of like the female narrator's version of Mason better.

Sam was Sam. She was strong and weak all at the same time. Sam had strength when dealing with the mean girls of her new school and anyone who threatened her family. She wasn't quite as strong when it came to the guys. Her weakness was in her worries about losing Mason and Logan. Those worries and her rampant sexual desire for Mason consumed her this entire book. Despite that, Sam continued to grow and mature in this installment.

In this book, we see less of the Academy students. A few pop up here and there, but they're mostly in the background. Sam still has Heather by her side, but we get to meet a whole bunch of new people. Most of them aren't very nice. They were a great addition for the drama, but I hated them right along with Sam. They were horrible people. My favorite new addition was Melinda, Mark's mom. Her warmth and acceptance of Sam added a nice touch. I can't wait to see where Sam's relationship goes with her in the future.

Fallen Crest Public is my favorite book in this series so far. I loved where Tijan took Sam, Mason and Logan in it. There was such a rawness to their feelings. Everything that happened propelled the story along, and gave me new insights. It was so much fun to listen to!

The Fallen Crest series keeps getting better and better as the story goes on. I never imagined there were so many different dramatic high school situations Sam, Mason and Logan could get into. I love it! But I am scared where the next book may be going...I'm off to listen to it now!

* Written for Craves the Angst Book Blog*

5 “...you’re my other half...”Stars!

The Review:
Remarkable! This book was such a great read. This author has really found her voice and has truly connected with her characters in this series. She’s sussed out their desires, their motives, their hearts and their souls and that shines through in the flawless writing and fluid storytelling of this installment in the series. I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end.

Sam carries on...
With all the upheavals Sam has faced, she’s looking to her future and trying to decide what the best course is. Deciding to go with Mason’s ideas for a new school and a chance at a scholarship, she switches from Fallen Crest Academy to Fallen Crest Public. She knew it would be hard to acclimate given her connection to the Kade brothers and she was right. Her new school isn’t any easier than being at her past school. The catty queen bees at Fallen Crest Public feel Sam is threatening their social hierarchy and their side action, so they’ve made plans and plotted against her to ensure her time at their school is as hellish as possible. And they just Dont. Let. Up! It was completely over the top and insane but also like a train wreck. You just can’t look away. The things they did. The things they said. Talk about “Mean Girls”. They are the definition of that!

I was thrilled to have Sam’s strength back once again as she tries to deal with her past obstacles as well as take on the new hurdles laid before her, on her own. She wants to prove to herself, as well as to Mason and Logan, that she can be strong for herself and be strong for them. There’s some intense and wonder conflict as secrets are kept, lies are told and there’s a new strain between her and Mason as Sam struggles to be independent.

Mason! What a man...
Mason has an agenda of his own this time and it’s all to protect the love of his life. He proves once and for all, where his heart and soul truly lie... as if there was any doubt. There’s nothing he won't do, but his methods could end up costing him the very thing he’s trying to protect.

Logan and Nate are at odds again...
... but I love how even in the midst of their problems and disconnect, they still come together and fight for what they want to protect. I’ve said this in a previous review for these characters, they truly are family and though, like most families, they may fight and disagree, they come together and protect and fight for one another.

Family is a running theme in this series and family don’t end in blood. They prove this time and again and it’s such a wonderful thing to read. It’s constantly hitting me right in the “feels” and I can’t get enough!

Oh and let’s not forget...
...YAY!! Dual POV’s. That’s right. We get BOTH Sam AND Mason! I loved, LOVED getting inside Mason’s head. He’s always so stoic and silent. And though the author does an incredible job connecting his character to the reader through actions and motions, it’s always a pleasure to get the words and thoughts and feelings directly from the source. So, yay again! A Mason-POV is awesome!

Sexy! Sexy...
The author really does know how to write some very energetic sexy-scenes. Steam pours off the pages when Mason and Sam are together. Those wild ducks just can’t keep their hands off one another and I feel dirty for loving how hot they are together because they are young enough to be my kids. But wow! Mason is so freaking yummy and so is Logan with all his fun and charm.
I’m on to the next book. I’ve basically spent the last two days inside the Fallen Crest world and still, I want more, more, more!

I couldn't but this book down. It held my focus the entire time and I could not tear myself away even if I tried. Book 3 is finally dual POV and it was amazing to get into Mason's head. Fallen Crest Public picks up right where Fallen Crest Family left off and takes you on their journey through the spring semester of high school. I went in thinking there couldn't possibly be any more drama in this book than there was in the previous one but I was quickly proven wrong. Tijan really knows how to write evil bullies and the revenge that they all deserve. The ending had me wanting to get book 4 as soon as possible!

This book made me tear for what happened to Samantha. She is still standing when everything was being thrown her way. I didn't realize I was holding my breath when Mason and Samantha had their first fallout. Those two together have great chemistry but can ruin each other at the same time. I could not put this book down!! Love the book and enjoyed reading it.

This was an entertaining read but I didn’t like all the violence in it and no consequences for it. It made it unbelievable. Sam was such a strong character in the first book but then it just went downhill. She’s constantly hiding behind Mason and depending on him to save the day. Yes, she stood up for herself a couple of times but it was like it was against her character. Maybe an author’s attempt to make her look not so weak.

*SPOILERS*
I also didn’t like what Mason did with Kate and Sam just going along with it and forgiving him for it. Really? This whole series from the start is about dysfunctional relationships and everyone cheating on each other. But Mason is supposed to be different. Now we have Mason cheating on Sam but because he had a “good” reason for it by all means then it’s ok. It was like, “honey, I cheated on you but I did it for you.” And btw, if she didn’t see them with her own eyes, nobody would have told her. Even Mason and Logan themselves acknowledged the fact that they might lose her over this stunt but they said it would be worth it. WTF? Why did Sam forgive him? This just shows how weak she is and acting as a victim. Not something I look forward to in the heroine of the story.

The ending with Tate spilling the “secret” wasn’t really a secret to me. Didn’t Mason say in I-don’t-know-which-book that Logan was in love with Sam? Or was it just me reading between lines? I’m pretty sure Sam and Mason were talking about this.

HOLY BALLS ON A CRACKER.

I don't think I can love this series even more. Okay. I lied. This series is by far one of my favourites, if not THE favourite. With each book, I go in blind, not wanting to read the blurb for fear of getting spoilers. It's been fun doing it this way.

This is the 3rd book in the series and I enjoyed reading Mason's POV. I just love Samantha and I find myself wanting to be her friend. My heart breaks for her each time something tragic happens.

By the end of this book, I was yelling, demanding that what I thought happened didn't actually happen. It's been a long while since I've yelled at a book. Thank you, Tijan for that.

Mason and Sam have been through so much. With Logan included, these three can't seem to catch a break. When a certain something goes down, the guys team up to bring down *shudder* Kate. I can't stand her. By the end of the book, a part of me did feel sorry for her and I gained respect for Sam when she "saved" her.

Logan...oh Logan. A little secret is revealed by the end of the book and I totally knew it. Not because it was predictable but because I feel like I know Logan and know what he's thinking. Lol. I can't believe how much I've connected with these characters. I will be sad when the series ends but for now, I'm going to enjoy book 4.

Best book of the series so far. Damn those bitches are mean, but I love how Sam wanted to try and handle them on her own and how she wasn't afraid to stand up to them. Logan and Mason were awesome and so protective. The way in which Mason planned to put an end to Kate once and for all gave me chills all over. Even though it was the early hours of the morning there was no way I was putting my Kindle down until I read through those scenes. Explosive. But what I loved most about this installment was how Sam stood head and shoulders above them all at the end - in the way she handled the situation at Quickies. She showed she was the better person. I still don't like how Mason and Sam are keeping things from one another under the guise of protectiveness. At this stage of their relationship, they should have progressed beyond that. But overall, it was a really gripping read and I'm completely immersed in this world now. Onto the next one :)

This is definitely one of my guilty pleasures. How could I like this book so much given all of the drama and the things these kids do? And yes, I know some of them are 18 and older so considered adults, but damn, either I am getting old or my memory is not what it used to be. I just don't recall living this wildly as a teenager. Ok, I take that back. There were times where I did some really stupid things, but definitely nothing that involved the mind games these teenagers got into.

In this book, Sam starts school at Public. You would think that going to the same school as Mason and Logan would make things easier, when in fact, too many resent how close she is to the brothers. The kids not part of Mason group don't want to get involved in the drama that surrounds that crew, so when Sam does find herself needing more than just Heather as a friend, she finds it isn't so easy to bridge the gap between the "in" crowd and those on the fringe. When Kate, Parker and the others decide to teach Sam her place, not even the safety of being a Kade can help her. And when Mason decides to step up to protect her, his idea of protection isn't quite what Sam is prepared to accept. There is a part of me that thinks he did step over a line. Although I could understand why, as a woman, I would not want my guy all over any girl that is not me. When Kate finally does get her comeuppance, I give Sam props for being the better person and coming to her aid. I gotta say I did love that Sam was back to the strong person she portrayed in book 1. I wasn't loving her in book 2, but she got back that spark that was missing in book 2. There was definitely one part that made me really nervous with her, and that was the scene with Logan after she saw Mason with Kate. Hurt or not, that was one line she should never have thought to cross. You just don't or can't come back from that. Mason against Logan would not be a good thing to see, and more harm than good is a definite in that situation. And if the ending surprised anyone, shame on you. That much was obvious from book 1. How Sam deals with it going forward will be telling. With Mason off to college, things could definitely get uncomfortable. He obviously knows the deal and was trying to keep things from escalating to a point where there was no return for the 3 of them.

All in all, this book definitely was my favorite of the 3. The novella was a close 2nd. I'll admit, not everyone will be able to take this book. In part, because you would never want to think teenagers could actually be like this. For others, if you can stomach the sexual content, abuse, and deceit, then this story definitely is interesting. Given the content, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under 18.

Fallen Crest Public (Fallen Crest #3)
By: Tijan
5/5 stars

Sam has transferred to Fallen Crest Public for several reasons. One, for her running in Cross Country and Track & Field. Two, because she has no friends at Fallen Crest Academy and has been shunned as an outcast. Three, because both Mason and Logan are at FC Public. Fourth, and finally, Sam is still on the outs with David after the big blow up at the hotel, involving her mom, her biological dad, her adoptive dad and Mason & Logan’s mom and dad.

Mason & Logan are stoked to have Sam at their school. So the group is all together, including Nate, who is back from when his parents sent him away to separate him from Mason. But Nate also has a way of taking over Mason’s time from both Sam and Logan. It is also hard for Sam & Logan to completely trust Nate because he and Mason seem to communicate without words and don’t let others in on their thinking.

But Sam doesn’t have the easiest of times at her new school. FCA and FCP are nothing alike and Sam realizes that the Academy Elite group could never hack it at FCP. She is also the victim of bullying because she was able to catch the, oh so elusive, Mason Kade. There are a group of four girls who have ruled the girls of the school and have been the “go-to” girls for the most popular boys when they want sex. But there haven’t been any relationships. They make it their mission to get Sam to transfer out of Fallen Crest Public.

The guys end up fighting back in their own way by cutting off those girls and ending their power trip and rule over the other girls in the school. The plans and bullying that these girls do is bad and horrific and downright deplorable. But Mason is bound and determined to not let their bullying go too far and finally steps in even though Sam wants to fight her own battles.

I did get a little tired of Sam trying to play the hero of not telling Mason & Logan what all was going on because she was afraid of what they would do would be jeopardizing to their futures and she was afraid that they would go to jail. I understand the concern, but sometimes her inner dialogue made me want to smack her around.

Sam’s dad, David really stepped up in this book, which I was glad to see, and I really liked his girlfriend, Malinda, as well. She was quite funny. She is also Mark’s mom & Mark goes to school at Fallen Crest Academy.

I totally love this series. And God the flips and loops and twists Tijan throws at us are insane. Sam Sam Sam. I wasn't sure what to do with her in this book. I felt like maybe she needed to be in a padded bubble. She was taking hits from every angle there for a while. I also feel like the girl needs some serious self defense classes.

And Mason. You can't have a strong relationship without a strong foundation. The communication between these two characters needs some major improving. Yes they talk, but they're not communicating when they should be.

But the draw. The pull between these two, and the family Sam has in this book is so comforting. So much was taken away from er in prior books but in this one she has TRUE family. She has people in her life that are the epitome of the word family and finally she realizes it. Granted the thing she saw in this book may have faltered her steps, but in the end she's so much stronger. Maybe a like chink in the armor of her relationship with Mason, but it's still strong and protective.

Such a good series. Tijan has this way of writing that just sucks you in and has you full of those feelings that the characters are going through.

To say that Sam is facing an uphill battle at her new school is an understatement. Mason has convinced Sam to join him but cannot protect her from the vicious elite girls at his school, especially Kate. Kate is unhinged and really sets about hurting Sam and anyone she feels is supportive of her. To say that they do some nasty and underhanded things is an understatement. Mason finally goes to extreme measures when Sam is injured by Kate and her 3 friends and tries to get two enemies with one stone. Sam and Mason both do a terrible job of communicating with each other and it almost costs them their relationship. Mason does what he feels he needs to in order to keep Sam safe and makes no apologies to anyone for doing what he does. Sam keeps secrets of her own and I spent most of the book trying to comprehend why she never faces her problems head on. Mason spends most of the book trying to get her to acknowledge what she is feeling and what is going on in her life. Overall a good book and a great continuation in their story.

LOVE FCP!!!

Sam is now attending Fallen Crest Public with Mason and joined the track team. She has a lot to deal with: Kate and the rest of the Tomboy Princesses, Tate being back and her mother. She goes through a lot in this book because of Kate and her friends, but ends up finding someone she can lean on. She also has to deal with the Broudou brothers because they want to hurt Mason's girlfriend. However, she ends up surprised with one of them. I think that in this book Sam was back to her strong self, although I didn't like that she hid things from Mason and Logan to not show signs of weakness.

Loved that this book was also from Mason's POV! We got inside his head and we finally were able to start understand him and see how he thinks. He is very protective of Sam and his brother and he loves them a lot.

We also learned more about the Broudou brothers. They were after Mason's girlfriend but they didn't know who she was, so Mason had to make some decisions that could end his relationship with Sam.

Loved how Heather stood by Sam, even knowing that doing so would make her a target of Kate. Also loved Malinda! She rocks!

This is an amazing book that takes us in a rollercoaster ride of emotions, something we can always expect from Tijan.

Can't wait for Fallen Fourth Down and see what happens when Mason leaves for college, how Sam and Logan will react, if Sam and Mason's relationship can survive they not being together all the time and what will happen to Sam at school.

First Thoughts: 4.5 stars This installment was like the granddaddy of cat fights. It was vicious and calculated…and it turned out anything could happen.

Plot, Pacing, and Style: Fallen Crest Public focused on just that, the public school. This was a different breed of bullying and everyone was out to get Sam. The pacing was quick, just like books 1 and 2 so I read it in one sitting, but in this installment the style was a little different (not going to say why!)…and I loved it!

Main Characters: I think I learned that not all the relationships were as solid as I thought in this installment and I hope things go back to the way they were between some of the guys. Even though this romance was still about Mason and Sam, I seriously am just as in love (lust) with Logan. All 3 of them also seem to have their own agendas, as they each want to fix things so that they can protect the rest of the family.

Romance/Chemistry: It’s just ridiculous that these guys are so hot. I want this. They just look at each other and get turned on. Logan doesn’t even have a girlfriend and I want him.

Title/Cover: The title is once again simple perfection, and um, just look at the cover…I want a piece of that!

Twists, Turns, and Secrets: There were definitely some secrets, and I’m not sure why the characters kept some information to themselves. It was probably just immaturity.

Ending: Oh man, I didn’t see that coming. I knew it was true, but I thought it was going to just not be dealt with. CRAP!

Gripes/suggestions: I didn’t like the ending. It sets things up for the 4th book and I’m nervous now. *bites nails*

Final Thoughts/Rec it? Oh yes, for sure. It was probably the hardest for me to relate to since it was truly more about high school and not as much about the relationships with the parents, the pasts, and romance, but I still loved it and know this is important and still can’t wait to see how they all come out on the other side.

I think I would know Tijan’s penmanship in a book without a cover such is the way she writes, her characters just spill off the page as tough, badass with completely no nonsense attitudes that I LOVE.
However, in FCP I thought I spotted a certain vulnerability from Sam, Mason & Logan that I hadn’t seen before;
Sam is the “new girl” at FCP and is like a sitting duck for the bitch pack, she braves it and fronts it out but they’re gunning for her and bring her down in the cruelest way possible, whilst she goes through hell it also brings to the forefront of everything else she’s struggling with, her relationship with her dad, her relationship with Mason & Logans mum and even the tenuous relationship with the Broudou Brothers. Her friend Heather is the one constant in her life and doesn’t falter in her support whatever the personal risk to herself.
Mason, however aloof he appears to be is head over heels for Sam and there isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for her - even risk losing her if it keeps her safe & he pushes that to the very limits in FCP, will he lose Sam in the fight for right or will the risk pay off???
Logan also shows a side to him that’s new to me, he’s as loyal as the day is long to his brother but he’s extended that loyalty to Sam and is there for her when it seems as if Sams whole world is falling apart around her, they seem to be forming a bond that extends way beyond sister & brother in law or step brother & sister. Logan also seems to be living by his own set of rules so much so that he even has Mason on edge!!
These three characters may tread a fine line between right and wrong more often than not but in the main they’re on the right side of justice - albeit poetic!!!
I was pulled through all sorts of emotions with this book, from stressed, to heartbroken, to wary, to relieved and to that ending - just WOW!!!!
This book and these three characters are really outlining the parameters for their future relationship and I CANNOT WAIT to see what happens with them as Mason goes off to college & Sam & Logan are left to their own devices - in the words of the infamous song by ole blue eyes himself - I see trouble ahead << you SO sang that ;)

Another amazing book by Tijan, I haven't been able to put this series down and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite series. This series really has it all, and I believe Fallen Crest Public was definitely the best book in the series so far!
Sam is finally going to Fallen Crest Public, and her first days there are not so great.. But she wants to handle things her way, but then Mason and Logan have a different idea of how everything should be handled.
I loved how in this book secrets and lies became new to these characters, they were always honest with each other and seeing this change in their relationship really made me think about how things would end up for Sam and Mason as well as their relationship with Logan.
I think Fallen Crest Public is a lot darker than the other books, there is a lot of violence, threats, and secrets compared to the previous two books, and I LOVED IT!
I loved seeing Sam become friends with Mark as well and Heather's character is still one that I adore. But the relationship with Tate... the bomb she drops on Sam is crazy and I MUST READ book four now to see how everything plays out.
This isn't your typical angsty teenagers in love book, this is a masterpiece and if you haven't read this series yet, it really should be moved to the top of your TBR list today!

What the heck is it about Mason Kade that makes me want to run up to him and drop my panties??? Dead serious. Not kidding. I just want to drop them and let him have his way with me...ANY way he chooses. What is it about him? I mean, I have A LOT of book boyfriends and they are all hot but….there is just something about Mason that DOES.IT.FOR.ME. I count the days waiting for these books to come out so needless to say I was practically giddy the day Fallen Crest Public showed up on my Kindle. I immediately dropped what I was doing and started reading. Read the entire book in one sitting and as usual, Tijan did NOT disappoint! In fact, this book ended up being my favorite of the three so far :)

For those of you not familiar with the Fallen Crest books, this is the third book in the series behind Fallen Crest High and Fallen Crest Family. You will definitely want to read those before you read this one. FCP is the continuation of the story of Sam (Samantha) and brothers, Mason and Logan Kade.

It picks up right where FCF left off with Sam, Mason and Logan living at Mason’s friend Nate’s house after a huge blowout with Sam’s bats*** crazy mom. It is the start of a new school year and Sam has transferred to Fallen Crest Public. She and Mason are still crazy in love with each other and still steaming up my Kindle screen with their all consuming, crazy hot, melt your panties off passion. Mason is super protective of Sam and they just can’t get enough of each other. His feelings for her almost scare him with their intensity.

“ A part of me knew that Sam was different. I could tell her, and she wouldn’t use it against me, but I didn’t know for certain. I was too scared to find out, so I kept quiet. She knew I loved her. She just didn’t know how much.”

Not only are these two deeply in love, but the sexual chemistry is off the charts!

“I’m not going to be gentle. I’m not going to be quick. And you are going to be thoroughly f@#$&* when I’m through with you.”

Good LAWD this man is hot!! I couldn’t get enough of the two of them together. And as much as I love their relationship, I also love the close relationship they both share with Logan. These three are the epitome of what family should be. They stick together, they protect each other and if you mess with one of them, you mess with ALL of them. This is Mason’s last year of high school before he goes away to college leaving Sam and Logan to their senior year. Sam is really struggling with this and what it will do to her and Mason’s relationship but as she starts junior year at her new school she soon realizes she has much bigger issues to worry about...The Tommy Princesses.

The Tommy Princesses, a group of nasty girls at school that used to hang out with the Kade brothers and their crew of friends has declared all out war on Sam. The Tommy Princesses are lead by Kate...think Regina George from Mean Girls but on crack and times 100!That is how crazy and obsessed this girl is with ruining Sam’s life. She blames Sam for her and the other girls getting banished from hanging out with Mason’s crew. As a result, Sam is constantly on guard but also trying to handle the situation herself as opposed to telling Mason and Logan what is going on. Mason and Logan are having their own issues with the Broudou brothers, guys from a rival high school, who want to find out who Mason’s girlfriend is so they can use her to extract revenge on Mason. Nasty, disturbing revenge. Mason and Logan are doing everything in their power to keep this from happening. Their #1 goal is always protecting Sam.

One thing I really liked about this book was how much stronger Sam continues to get. She was so weak and whiny in book one but she has finally come into her own and is sticking up for herself and trying to solve her own problems. I think the biggest thing, however, that has drawn me to these books is the dynamic of the relationship between Sam, Mason and Logan. These three go through some serious obstacles in this book and some really crazy things happen but they remain true and loyal to each other. There are parts that will have you seething, parts that will make you cry and parts that will have you saying WTF?! Throughout it all...they always have each other.

“He was home. Logan was home. No matter all the changes, no matter where he was going. I was home for now.”

I can’t tell you enough how much I loved this book and how you NEED to read it! I will warn you that the end left me swearing a little, ok A LOT, and saying "How could do this?!?!?!?"

Like I can’t believe that Tijan went THERE!! You will know exactly what I mean when you read it. Of course, now I am DYING for book 4 and all I can say is it better go my way or I may find myself standing on a very high bridge. I.Am.Invested. You feel me, Tijan???? Don’t let a girl down!! To the rest of you, read this book...ASAP! You will love it and you will love these characters. Fallen Crest Public is a 5 star read for this girl!

I would like to start off by saying, this series really had to grow on me. I did not like the first book very much. It was just all over the place and I did not get a clear sense of WHO these characters were (minus Mason). Sam kind of annoyed me because she was strong one second, and then the next I wanted to choke her, and then the next second, I was completely confused with her and where her character was going.
I don't know, it just seemed really weird and confusing. But I had to remember that this chick is in high school, so of course she hasn't figured out what she is, or more importantly, who!

So I continue on to Fallen Crest Family, and I wanted to ring Sam's mother's neck the entire time. I finally started to see Sam's true character underneath and she had her shining moments of being strong. I found out more about Sam's mother's character and what a c*** she was. All the characterization that I was missing in the first book, was finally showing in the second. There was drama and I actually really liked this story. I was happy that I did not stop reading the series after the first one because I would have regretted it.

So, then I move on to Fallen Crest Public and I loved it. All the snarky b*****ness, the c**** in school, the strong willed nature of Sam, MAJOR drama and butt kickings, and I was sold!

Hook. Line. Sinker.

Mason and Sam are finally at the same school together, after Sam transfers to Public to be with Mason and get away from all the snobby kids and most importantly, her "father".
One thing I absolutely HATED in the first two books was the relationship between Sam and her dad. I mean come on, the man raised you, your ENTIRE life, and you just count him out when you find out he doesn't share your DNA??
That's some bull****!
It pissed me off, personally, because I have a step-mother who raised me when my own mother walked out of my life when I was 4, so I know blood and DNA mean nothing when it comes to family. And yes, I know it takes two to keep in touch, but I think Sam was more of a c*** to her dad than vice-versa. With that being said, I was happy to see where the relationship was heading by the end of FCP. It made my heart smile a little to see Sam finally opening back up to him, like it should have been this whole time.

Moving on....

The girls at the high school were b****** and I wish Sam would have told Mason what was going on from the beginning but then the book wouldn't have been as dramatic so that was a good/bad thing for me. But I loved all the characters, even the f***** up ones that I wanted to punch in the face because every single one of them added to the overall dynamic of the book!

I was really addicted to this book but I really did not like where the series was heading. At the end, we get a sense of foreshadowing to show where the next book is heading and I was disappointed with what the author is trying to do. Will that deter me from reading the next installment??
No...
But I really hope it doesn't become this huge triangle because the only family Logan and Mason have is one another. With this monkey wrench that may or may not be thrown in to the equation, I think it will suck...

But Tijan is the author and I have to trust she will deliver something spectacular to make me and everyone else addicted to this series!!

Overall, I give this book a 4/5 "Mason is one hot piece of *** STARS" and I recommend it to anyone who LOVES Tijans writing or this series in general!! Or heck the whole series is amazing so just read it!

I don't even know where to being with this one. I read the Fallen Crest series back to back. I had first been introduced to Tijan's writings with Carter Reed. After talking the book over with a friend she said that I had to read Fallen Crest series that it was just as good. When I got the tour request I knew it was my opportunity to make the time to read this series. When I started the first book I was mesmerized and captivated immediately but the story, and these characters. It's like Mean Girls on crack except it's not girls this time it's guys and WOW they are HOT and ARROGANT and oddly LOVEABLE! Did I say that??? I mean they screw with your head so much at times your not sure if they are honest or playing a game... I had my doubts about them from the moment I started reading and I sometimes I still question if they are being real or not??? And this is what makes these books so freaking fantastic!!!!!

So now if you haven't read the first 2 books in this series I cannot recommend them enough! These have to be read in succession they aren't standalone. I was so excited to be able to dive right into Fallen Crest Public after reading the 2nd book, cause seriously I think the wait would have killed me! Now of course I am struggling with needing more and waiting on the next book.

So Fall Crest Public is Sam's foray into Public School... No longer under the protection of her private school, she's nervous as hell to make this jump and she should be. She's already got a mark on her back coming from the rich side of town and her second strike is the fact that she has the eyes and ears of FCP's notorious bad boys Logan and Mason. But she doesn't just have their eyes and ears she has their protection, and if there was ever a time she would need that, it's now... I can't even begin to explain the lengths that the mean girl clique at FCP will go to, to bring Sam down. The girls think their invincible but they are literally NO match at all for Mason or Logan. When they push to far and get exiled from the island, it gets U~G~L~Y!!!!!!!

I was so proud of Sam in this book, she was a little naive in the first two books but in this one I really truly felt like she was finding her footing and making her own stand. She gets her self into mess after mess without even trying... But she keeps some secrets hidden in this one that had me questioning her judgement at times. She gains an ally and a friend in this book and honestly she's one of my favorite characters. I questioned now and again where her loyalty was. It wasn't until Sam's little cafeteria scene (you'll understand when you read it) had me cheering almost out loud! I was like FINALLY she has a backbone and is going to take charge... Sam gained a new respect in my eyes when this went down and I knew she was going to end up a force to reckon with...

I love Mason as much as I love Logan and I honestly don't know where this series is headed next... This book is so hard to review because everything that I want to say spoils the story... But I will tell you that this book will evoke so many emotions you'll be wanting to rip your hair out of your head. I was glued to this one beginning to end and I was shocked at some of the directions that it took, but honestly it was freaking perfect no matter how cruel and downright horrible some of it was I loved every minute of it... What that says about me? I'm not sure... I love to see a bully get their due, but in the end... I was thrilled with how this turned out and I couldn't recommend this series highly enough! I'm a Tijan fan for life! 5 huge stars for this one!!!!

WTF did I just read? I mean, I kind of knew to expect the drama, but holy crap. Maybe it's because I haven't been in high school for 20 years, but the drama in this book about high school students was on a whole other level. Like, how these kids don't have PTSD from their really bad parental units and the school cliques and boyfriends, etc. is beyond me. Some of the drama is caused by the kids themselves so it's hard to feel too bad for any of them, but it does make for an interesting read.

It was entertaining though and I will probably be reading the next book in the series. I just hope real high school isn't like that because OMG, I would die fairly quickly from the stress alone! Lol

However, in FCP I thought I spotted a certain vulnerability from Sam, Mason & Logan that I hadn’t seen before;
Sam is the “new girl” at FCP and is like a sitting duck for the bitch pack, she braves it and fronts it out but they’re gunning for her and bring her down in the cruelest way possible, whilst she goes through hell it also brings to the forefront of everything else she’s struggling with, her relationship with her dad, her relationship with Mason & Logans mum and even the tenuous relationship with the Broudou Brothers.

I am a bit new to this Tijan train. I have to admit I only started reading her books a couple months ago. Now I'm addicted. I think her books are amazing. The Fallen Crest Series is one that I couldn't help but fall in love with. First of f the characters are ones I want to know. I want to move to Fallen Crest and go to school with them. I would love to be a part of their world. Can I say I want to be Sam. Now I can't speak for anyone else but after I finished reading Fallen Crest Public I was a mess. I had what you would call a "book hangover" a pretty bad one. I couldn't get the book out of my head. I was an emotional mess. I loved this book so much. Not to fear a couple days later I was back to my old self. I was able to jump into a new book with no problem. If a book can leave me like that then it is absolutely one you can't live without.

Sam is changing schools no more Fallen Crest Elite to worry about. She's got another set of problems when she enter Fallen Crest Public. Seems she's already made some enemies. Mason and Logan are ready to put an end to it, but she doesn't want to involve them. She is ready to stand up for herself and claim what is hers. She really has got some fire in her. Thanks to her growing relationship with Mason. Then there's Mason he's a year older and already getting ready to leave for College. Something she's dreading. She does her best to enjoy the time she has with Mason. Others want Mason for themselves. Yes, catty girls with no filter. I didn't like these girls at all. They reminded me of the girls I avoided in High School. The question really is can Sam make it through the rest of High School in one piece? If not will Mason and Logan be there to put her back together again?

I am so team Sam/Mason I love them together. These two are definitely better together then a part. I want to see them get through everything the world throws at them. We do get a Mason POV which was so great to read. I loved being in his head and seeing his feelings for Sam unfold. I didn't think it was possible to love him more then I already did, but it was totally possible and I do. Logan on the other hand was the perfect friend and brother. He was doing one of the things he does best, protecting Sam. Logan Kade's heart has to be enormous. The love he spreads for his family is just awe inspiring. Yeah, I love him too. I can't help it the heart wants what the heart wants, and well mine want them.

You could say I'm hooked. Maybe a little more then hooked, but who cares it's Fallen Crest. This was the first book I read this year and yes it was a doozy. I'm not sure I've read a book that lives up to it. I've got all year though. So when does the next book come out? I kid! Seriously when does the next book come out? So if you haven't read this series I have to warn you that once you start you won't be able to stop. I can also say you will be thoroughly satisfied. If you want to talk about it you know where I'm at. I'll be patiently waiting for the next book to release.

FALLEN CREST HIGH PUBLIC by Tijan

41/2 OUT OF 5 STARS

Where to start!!!! This series has so much drama that you want to reach in and smack some people. I love how Tijan adds the twists and turns to the everyday in the life of high schooler. It makes some of the 'Mean Girls' you know look sweet and want to hang with. Let's not forget the mouth watering all around sport star Mason and not to shabby brother Logan. This double dose of swoon will have you craving for more.
I just love the strength that Samantha's characters shows with everything we learn that she has endured, from her lack of a mother's love, to her fight to be what she believes in and not blend with the cliques in her school. You wish you could give her a big hug.

Samantha is a 17 yr old who finds herself involved, as many young girls due, in battles with high school social status, cheating friends, and cross rival cat fights just to name a few. She is popular and beautiful which makes some of the girls want to be her and others want to destroy her. She's a young teen attending one of the most prestigious private high schools and the only reason she is able to afford to go there is because her father is their athletic coach. Sam's family is broken. Her dad who raised her,David, turns out to not be her biological father. Her biological father is recently discovered and wants nothing to do with her because of her mom. Her mom is a manipulative, self centered, psycho path who miss treated Sam all her life. After Sam's mom cheats on David with a wealthy business man, James. She moves her and Sam into James' home.
To add to these many problems, Sam and the most popular guy at a different school, public, fall in love. Mason turns out to be her future stepbrother, James' son. He and his brother Logan are the hottest and most popular boys at their school. Mason is the school's football quarterback and involved in other school sports. He and his brother both are the best and mostly sought out athletes of their time. They are respected and at the top of the schools social food chain. Getting away with mischief that Sam witnesses but never reports earns her the boys trust early in their relationship and therefore they protect Sam like family. In order to keep an eye on Sam, both Mason and Logan encourage Sam to join their public school which also favored Her decision to compete on the best track team in town. Running for Sam is her way to deal with and clear her mind of all the problems that surround her and with as many problems she faces, she is the best runner around. Now that Sam is protected by the Kades, is that enough to safe Sam from the abuse she faces from her mom and the mean girls like Kate at her new school and Miranda her old one as well. Can she make alliances with Heather Jax who attends public is co-owner of a diner/ bar in town and is friends with some bad boys at the Roussou school? With the Tommy P's break Sam and cause her to quit their school? Does Mason, his brother and their crew have a few plans to help Sam and take down the mean girls in town? What will happen with Sam and Masons relationship that so many are against? Get your answers in Tijan's FALLEN CREST PUBLIC.

FALLEN CREST PUBLIC (FALLEN CREST FAMILY 3) by TIJAN

Fans of this series will not be disappointed. I bet my ass on it. Coz I was not. It was awesome and a whole lot more. Tijan is soooo clever and talented that everything from page 1 fit and blended well til the very end.

I seriously had to distract myself to get over it. The ending messed up with my head for a minute there. This series have always been an action packed one and I love that Tijan can write and blend everything together. Chapter after chapter, it gets intense and the story builds up into something that will make you heart rattle and your mind blurry. FCP is one hell of a story. It gets better and better.

I am not sure if I should be pissed at Mason Kade, admire him at his feet or what. I know he did it for Sam and all that but it feels weird reading the scenes and I feel like what he did is not enough. There were questions and I think when it comes to Mason, there will always be questions. IDK, he seems very distant in a way and though he shows Sam that he loves her, assurance from him and his words are not enough. He is not very open and hardly talks about his feelings so now that he is going to college and there's Marissa, IDK what will happen. Don't get me wrong, it's obvious he doesn't want to lose Sam but still... the mystery in him, like he knows something you do not know is alarming. Well, at the end of the book, he knows something and that is according to Tate but I hope she is wrong.

As for Sam, I am happy for her in this book despite of the revelations. There were good ones and unexpected ones but I'd like to dwell on the good one. "You're not broken at all." It is nice to hear that from someone outside the trio, especially from an adult. I understand that Sam is a bit apprehensive about trusting someone and feeling good that someone is there to take care of you because of what her mother put her true but I feel that Milanda is genuinely kind and I am glad that somehow Sam & her father made progress in building a new relationship. I am happy that she knows she will be okay if Mason and Logan will not be there. I think it is good that she knows that and she realizes it because once things gets all bumpy and ugly again, she can stand up on her own two feet. Sam have always been independent but honestly, I don't want her to depend on those two. It will get ugly at some point (I hope Tijan will not allow it) and the three of em can go their separate ways so when that happens, I want to know that Sam will be okay and can move on.

The revelation by the end of the story made me confused for a minute or two. I had to re-read the last part just to make a sens of it. To be honest, I was excited that there was Brett and that Mason will have a competition or something. I want him to know that there are others out there that wants Sam. I want him to be nervous and be jealous. IDK, I am evil like that. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! But I really did not expect what Tate said. I did not saw it coming. I hope she's wrong. I hope she's just making it up to leave Sam confused. I really hope so coz if what she said is true, IDK what will happen in book 4. Speaking of, I need a goddamn teaser. Like, now, now!
Fallen Crest series is one helluva series and fans of this beautiful & exciting series will love every chapter of this book and will not be disappointed. I guarantee that.

:)

I just love this series...LOVE, LOVE LOVE.

We got an extra special treat in this book...dual POV's. That's right we got into Mason's head and I loved it.

Sam is at a new school and she is the number one target for Kate and her little friends. Everyone hates her, they are jealous of her relationship with Logan and Mason.

So I am going to give you some of my thoughts while I was reading the book.

at 29% I was feeling bad for Sam. Her whole world was crashing down on her. The boys, she has no where to go and yet it seems that she is making it worse...but she never did anything wrong.

Kate...I can not stand that Bitch. Are there really girls like that in high school these days? I hope they get what's coming to them bad. I can not believe what they did and got away with it.

Melinda, I have a new found respect for her. I hope she stays true to her words with Sam. Sam needs someone else to be there for her other than Logan and Mason. What she told Sam at 63% into the book...no truer words have been spoken.

Now you may not want to read this part if you have not read the book yet. 63% and I really want to kill Mason. I get what he is doing but this is really killing me here. Sam has lied and so has Mason, I am just afraid that this right here is unforgivable.

Ok, Ok. Now that I got that off my chest let me explain with out spoilers. This book was filled with so much drama that I really took my time reading it. Sam went through some really tough shit and it was killing me. The poor girl, she is one of the strongest characters that I read. between her Mom, David, Garret and old friends, how the hell has she not completely lost her mind I don't know.

Then Mason, I love reading his POV. He really does love Sam with all his heart. Everything that he does, he does for Sam. Both him and Logan have made it very clear that where ever they go she goes. But then there is one BIG moment that he changes things, really changes things.

So needless to say i am on an official book hangover. I just can not get this out of my system and I don't want to anyways. This series just keeps getting better and better. I wish that this was made into a TV series. Then I could have more of my guilty pleasure.

Then the ending........SHOCK, yes. Then again I knew it. Refer back to the first book, it was there Tijan had set this up for a while. Now I just need to get through the wait for book 4.

A storyline you will get pulled into with interesting young characters. The third novel in the series will have you on the edge of your chair.
It is recommended that you read the first two novels in the series, if you do not it will take you a little while to get into the story. Bear with it if this is the first book you have picked up in the series…it is well worth the initial confusion and wondering what happened before (at some point the past is brought up in enough details you understand).
Samantha is an interesting character. She is strong, loving and fiercely loyal. Leaving a private school for a public one has her seeing less sheltered lives. Her new classmates are brutal and very cunning.

“We go to school with a pack of wolves. It’s everyone for themselves.”
Heather grinned. “Only the strong survive here.”
~Sam and Heather discuss their classmates at Fallen Crest Public

Mason has Sam’s heart and she his, the way he describes her pull will have you longing. He is a senior preparing for his life next year in college. Right now he is the one every girl wants and every guy wants to be. Powerful and sexy no wonder every girl wants to get Sam away from him.
The town/high school rivalry is a bit too much. Fighting the brothers from another school and the cliques inside their own school…people get hurt.

As she headed back out, we heard her mutter to another nurse in the hallway, “They grow them like that nowadays? Sign me up to be a cougar. Holy crapola.” ~Sam and Mason over hearing a nurse talking about Mason

Logan, Mason’s younger brother, has just as many issues as Sam. He is a womanizer and flirt. On the other hand, he is loyal and caring toward Sam and Mason, they are all he has to anchor him.
Mason and Logan protect Sam ardently. They have protected her from her own mother, so protecting her from their classmates and rivals is just an everyday thing for them. The boys have become her new family.

“Sometimes family hurts you more than they could ever love you. That’s a truth a lot of people don’t want to hear, but sometimes people get the opposite. They get the families that love you more than they could ever hurt you. Those people are the luckiest in the world.” ~Malinda to Sam about families

High School memories and great loves, everyone has them. This story is full of both. It will definitely pull you into the world of Fallen Crest and have you wanting more. What will happen when Mason leaves for college? How will Sam and Logan survive without Mason? You will not be able to stand the wait!

(Personal note: Normally I don’t care for High School romances and dramas. I pushed thru the first of the book and thought about putting it down a couple of times…I wish I had read the first two books before this one, everything would have made more sense to me. However, I did keep reading until the son came up. I really got into the world of Fallen Crest that Tijan has created. It is an absorbing read; you won’t be able to put it down.)
The Ratings*:
Heros: 4.75
Heroine: 4.25

I have to start off by saying that this series of books is just fantastic. I loved all the characters. And I loved to hate some of them too. ;) I could not put any of the books down. Even when I was frustrated with Sam (and trust me there were plenty of times when I just wanted to smack her upside the head) and wanted to throw my Kindle across the room, I just couldn’t. I cannot wait for the fourth book! Does anyone have an idea of the release date?

I’m sure the fourth book will concentrate a lot on Sam and Logan (I totally saw it coming. Biting my nails as I type. Lol.) and, of course, Mason and college life but I really want to know more about Brett Broudou. I think he’s a great character and I’d love to see some more of him. However, no love triangle (at all) please. I cannot stand them and I do want to continue reading this series. A love triangle could be a deal breaker for me. Hmmm….or maybe not. I do love me some Mason. Sigh. ;)

Marissa is another character I’m curious about. She’s going to be at the same college as Mason but she seemed nice in the first book. I can’t see her jeopardizing Mason's and Sam’s relationship although I do wonder what role she will play. I don’t think Ms. Tijan would just mention her in the books and not do anything. There is way too much mystery there. I mean, I know she was bullied by the Tommy Princesses but there’s more to her story. I can feel it in my bones.

I am confused about one thing. In the books they mention Mason getting a football scholarship but in book three all he does is go for basketball practice. I don’t think there was a single mention of him going for football practice. Is he so good that he doesn’t need to practice?? I mean, I know he’s like God at the school and I really love him but…..eh??Someone please explain this to me. Seriously.

All in all, I love the Fallen Crest series. I would totally recommend it. Ms. Tijan really knows how to dish out the drama (and let’s not forget the HOT scene right at the start of book three. That had ME panting!) in spades.

I don't even know what to say anymore.
Tijan's books rock - that we know.
Mason and Logan are hot - that we also know.
Sam is a lucky bitch with problems - check.

This book was great, just what I expected from Tijan.
Everyone goes on about how they hate the new 'feeling' Sam, hello? She's a girl. And a teenager. And comes from a crazy family with an even more crazy situation now.

Feel the heck out of it, Sam!

I think this book established that hateful, vengeance seeking and calculating men are hot. HOT.

Mason, once again, showed us what he can and will do if anyone strikes against his girl and OH. MY. GOD.
Like Logan said, "give her a bucket, s***'s about to fall."
Drama, Romance, Love, Humour, I got it all and I couldn't be more happy about it, even Sam's sense for justice, it just freaking rocked my world... and now I have to change my panties.

WHAT DID I THINK: 10++ stars.
Spoiler Free Review.
That was an amazing read. I loved every word. I am so grateful that my husband took the kids shopping so I was able to read it with minimal interruptions. I devoured every word. With every book this series gets better and better.
I am going to keep this review simple and to the point. Hopefully, I do not want to give away any spoilers. First, I did not think I could love Mason and Logan any more than I did, but I do. These men are so alpha and protective that I don’t think I will ever get over how much they love and are willing to do anything for Sam and Sam likewise will do anything for them.
In Falcon Crest Public, Sam has left Falcon Crest Academy and is going to attend Falcon Crest Public where Mason and Logan are gods. You would think that since Sam is the girlfriend of Mason that things would be easy for her, but they are the opposite especially since someone from Mason’s past cannot let go. Sam also has to deal with it being Mason’s last semester at Falcon Crest Public before he goes away to college. She is living with Logan and Mason and since her relationship with her mother is estranged and she has not spoken to David, she does not know what she is going to do.

This book is written in Sam’s POV, but the author added some chapters in Mason’s POV which I loved. The switch in POVs was perfectly done. There was not one sentence in this book that I wanted to skip. I actually reread many of the chapters. This book had everything I love in my stories…love, drama, hot alpha males.
Sam truly does not see what other people see in her which is her loyalty and love for others. She is not only protective of Mason and Logan but of her friend, Heather.

This is one of my favorite series ever. I love it and cannot wait for book 4.

Let me start this review by saying I LOVE TIJAN!! I have followed this girl from Brady Remington to Broken and Screwed to Jaded. I have stalked her on her journal page just to read her work chapter by posted chapter. There isn't (well maybe one) of her books that I did not absolutely love and Fallen Crest is no different. This was a fantastic third book and when I got to the end I wanted to kiss and punch her in the mouth at the same time!

Fallen Crest Public starts with Sam going to the same school as the boys. Again just as in my last reviews, Fallen Crest is not like any high school I ever went to and the Kade brothers still rule the school. Mason and Sam are going strong, they are living with Nate and Logan until they can figure this family situation out.

Although she is with Mason and the Elite have been exiled, things are not going to be easy for Sam at FCP and she has to stay on her toes. While trying to navigate school, work and family, Sam is now getting involved with the Roussou and Fallen Crest town rivalry, much to her dismay. Roussou is looking for her, she isn't looking for them and hopes not to.

While trying to keep out of trouble at school, Sam also has to try and keep Logan and Mason out of trouble, and that means secrets are starting to form between the three of them all in the name of protection. Adding to Sam's troubles, this is also Mason's last semester before he goes to college, leaving her and Logan at FCP. Neither Sam or Mason are happy about this arrangement and you can just see all kinds of wrong waiting for us in the fourth book.

Again, I love Tijan and her characters. There are tons of them to keep track of, but she makes it easy to do and everybody is there for a reason. This story twists and turns all over the place and plays out well in the end, and is a great addition to the Fallen Crest series. Can't wait for the next one!

Before i start rambling, i just have to say, that writing this review and trying not to lose control of my emotions will be a bit errr ... impossible!!! I ABSOLUTELY FREAKING LOVED IT!!!
Sam and Mason had no reprive throughout this book!! There was trouble for them at every angle.
The bitches were out to get Sam, (particularly Kate and the gang) right from the word go!! Budd was out to get Mason (but through his g/f) so on all sides Sam was the fodder for Mason's enemies old and new, she was the one way they could hurt him.
I liked Sam better in this book, she was stronger and i hope she will continue to get stronger in the next book. I was fist pumping cheering when she finally smacked Kates head !!! GO GO SAM!!!
Mason pov was a lot more prominent in this book and we got to see another side of him, and how much he adores Sam and would do almost anythin to protect her from being hurt. Though at one point i thought he could almost lose her by this same aspect! OMG TIJAN,, i read this book and was sucked into it so totally, i was shouting, screaming, yelling and my nice polite swear words were rife !! I just love these characters, Logan is one in a million, Mason is just a dream and Sam is a broken girl growin stronger and more confident all the time, with the full support of Mason and Logan
Absolutely loved every single word of it, this book pulls such emotions out of you, love, hate, humour. Oh and i gotta say the ending? I JUST HATE TATE !!!!! i hope Logan really swots her like a fly in the next book !!

There's just something about Tijan's writing, this series and these characters that I find absolutely irresistible. The writing is honest and real and incredible. The series is absolutely engrossing. The characters are complex and damaged and, quite frankly, at times, not very likable, but somehow I still freaking love them. Especially Mason. Mmm. Mason. Sure, he's twisted and scheming and diabolical, but he's sexy as hell and even the most twisted things he does make some sort of odd, but perfect sense.

The Sam I liked so much in the first book in this series is back! She kind of lost herself along the way in the second book, so I was really glad to see her back in this one. She was strong and determined and could stand on her own again. Yes, she obviously loved Mason, but it was great to see her spunky, feisty side again.

This isn't your typical young adult book. None of Tijan's books could be called typical. The world these kids live in is unlike anything I've ever experienced and sometimes it's difficult to wrap my head around it. Fallen Crest Public starts off with a scene that is oh-so-very hot (and definitely not for kids!). But wow. It grabbed my attention… that's for sure. Some of the events of this book were flat-out disturbing. Others were sweet or sexy. It made me feel all the feels. While I can't say I was exactly surprised at the revelation at the end, I can admit that I am absolutely dying to see how this development is handled in the next book.

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Tijan continues to ignite passion, angst, and a myriad of drama in Fallen Crest Public, the third installment of the Fallen Crest High Series. With each novel Tijan sets outrageous standards to deliver a plot so twisted and full of chaos you can’t help but get sucked right in. She’s exceeded those standards yet again. If you’ve loved the series thus far, this story will not disappoint. She instantly captured my attention with a steamy opening scene and wrangled me in, leaving me unable to let this story go until I was at the end.

Each character plays a role in her wicked games of deceit, betrayal, and power. The lines between the good guys and bad guys are often blurred. It’s hard to tell who is sincere and who is levying for the advantage. While some relationships crumble, others are redeemed. With every tantalizing hookup and unpredictable turn, it will blow your mind and leave you breathless. I won’t give names and I don’t want to spoil the juicy details of the story, but I will say this –

I. LOVE. IT.

These novels are addictive. They emotionally destroy you but you can’t help but beg for more when you reach the last page. I wanted to throw up, scream, and set multiple characters on fire throughout the story. Tijan is brilliant yet evil. I love her for being so ruthless in her ability to evoke such emotion. If you haven’t subjected yourself to the mind bang that is the Fallen Crest High Series, I highly recommend you subject yourself to the punishment. It’s absolutely divine.

I literally devoured this series in 4 days. If you haven't read this series, I HIGHLY recommend it. I was hooked immediately and could not put it down. This did not bode well for my family since I started the books on my way home for Christmas vacation and I was supposed to be spending quality time with them. Whoops..sorry Mom!

This series is the perfect mix of all the lovely high school drama (don't pretend you didn't love the drama when you weren't involved, I know I did..great gossip), family drama, and a great romance. The third book in the series dealt with more of the high school drama as Sam is beginning school at Fallen Crest Public with Mason, her boyfriend and sort of step brother, and Logan, her other step brother. We all know by now that Mason and Logan will do ANYTHING to protect Sam but can they really protect her from all the shedevils of FCP?!

I absolutely loved the third book in the series, I was so ecstatic to spend more time with Mason and Sam. They have such a loving relationship that I couldn't help being a wee bit jealous of. We get to meet so many new characters in this book that end up becoming such great confidants to Sam. There were definite points in the book that I was cringing and holding my Kindle in a death grip. I had to keep reminding myself how much love they all have for each other. I CANNOT wait for the next book in the series.

Mason is definitely on my top book boyfriend list. This is a definite 100% recommendation!

Manda's 4 Star Review

Sam is starting her first semester at Fallen Crest Public. She knows it wont be easy even with Mason and Logan by her side, but she no idea just what she is in for. Not only must she deal with the girls at her new school who want to destroy her for being with Mason but she must also find away to keep Mason and Logan from going head to head with the guys from Roussou. She fears if that happens the two people she cares the most about could end up hurt or in jail. Sam must find the strength to stand when everything around her seems to be crashing down.

Wow Tijan is amazing! I have loved all of her books but this series is really one of my favorites. I have been looking forward to this book and once I started it I could not put it down. I love the relationship between Mason, Sam and Logan. When both of their families have let them down they found a real family in each other and I love that they would do anything to protect each other. This book really gives you a look at just how far they will go for each other. The way Tijan writes these stories amazes me. She writes these strong characters who can be ruthless and at times seem heartless but then she gives you a glimpse into their hearts and you get a taste of how vulnerable they really are. So good and I can't say enough about this series. I am going to be impatiently awaiting the next book! Can't get enough.

We were given an ARC in exchange for and honest review

I finally got my next fix on the Kade brothers and Tijan did NOT disappoint me. I think she actually surprised me a little with the story line.

Sam is starting at Fallen Crest Public already having girls hate her for her association with the Kade brothers. Not to mention she actually has one of the Kade brothers as her boyfriend. That just set a big target on her back and from the first day they tried to push her out. She also tried to push Logan and Mason from not protecting her. She knew to gain respect she would have to handle it all on her own. What she didn't know was how far these girls would go.

After what happened Mason couldn't sit back anymore he knew him and Logan would have to take things in their own hands even if that meant it could hurt Sam and damage their little family they have created. Mason knew no matter what he had to do everything in his power to protect her from everyone. Sam was the glue that held them together. They were a family the three of them and nothing would harm any of them.

After everything went down I was so glad that even battered and bruised Sam stood tall and knew with the boys by her side she would always be loved.

I have to say I saw the ending coming but didn't really think it would be the end of the book. Cant wait to see how the next book is played out.

This series is EPIC DRAMA. Like watching a train wreck just waiting to happen. In book 1 Sams life as she knows it disappears and she is thrust into a new home a "dad & stepbrothers". Book 2 has Sams life unraveling at the seams because her mother is BAT SHIT CRAZY. Book 3 Fallen Crest Public which if you have read the books really tells you exactly what this book entails, Sam entering her new school as PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER 1. Now I am not going to spoil anything for you just know those girls we saw in the movie Carrie? They got nothing on Fallen Crest Publics mean girls. Sams life is about to get even more difficult and LIES upon LIES are going to be told. If you loved the first 2 books then be prepared for more DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA for the Kade "siblings" and everyone else surrounding them and you will LOVE IT just as much as before. If you are new to this series, just know I read all three of these books in 5 days, I kept putting them off because I really just thought it was going to be another high school love triangle type of thing. I WAS DEAD WRONG these books might be set in high school and have the mean girls and popular kids BUT IT IS NOT LIKE ANY HIGH SCHOOL I HAVE EVER SCENE don't judge these books by "high school" because then you will miss out on some EPICALLY awesome stuff!!

*** This is the 3rd book in the series and WILL contain spoilers from books 1 and 2. We recommend reading the first books prior to reading this review***

I was given an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Fallen Crest Public starts off with Sam attending Fallen Crest Public, where she only knows Mason and Logan’s friends and Heather Jax, who is the closes to a BFF she has. Sam soon realizes how difficult it will be to gain the respect of those around her she is so desperately looking for. The girls at FCP are none to welcoming towards Sam, and make their hatred towards her know. Fallen Crest Public also deals more with Mason and Sam’s.

FCP started with a bang and ended with a bigger bang. Tijan literally blew my mind with this book. I was sucked into a crazy, emotionally fast passed book that I couldn’t put down. The relationship between Sam and Mason gets blown to epic proportions in this book, and you see how much Mason truly cares for Sam and the lengths he is will go to protect her. The dynamic between Logan and Sam also takes a turn in FCP. I have read a ton of books from Tijan, but this was by far my favorite of hers. I will be counting down the days until I can get my hands on her next book!!

Dawn's Review 5 out of 5 Bookmarks

Fallen Crest Public picked up right where Fallen Crest Family left off. Sam, Mason and Logan all living with Nate. Logan & Mason's mom as well as Sam's mother don't approve of this arrangement.

Sam is starting school at Fallen Crest Public where she is already the target from the exiled girls, Kate, Jasmine and Natalie. The girls are not happy about being exiled from the group at Mason's command and are out to get even with Sam.

On top of that issue is the Broudou brothers, Brett & Budd. They are desperate to find out who Mason is dating so they can torment her for payback of a lie their sister, Shannon, told them about Mason.

Between the exiled girls and the Broudoy brothers, or more accurately Budd, Sam has multiple targets on her back. Mason and Sam's relationship is still hot and steamy throughout the book and Mason shows Sam the lengths he will go to in order to keep her safe.

So no spoilers here but when I got to about the 80% portion of the book my heart was in my throat. Tijan has a way with her characters that leave you wanting more and with this little twist in the storyline, something I had a suspicion of back in Fallen Crest High, I am sitting on the edge of my seat for the next installment.

It will be a loooong wait for Fallen Fourth Down. My recommendation? Buy this book, you will get sucked in!

Well Tijan has done it again! Another fantabulous book in the Fallen Crest Series! I can secretly admit...I missed the Kade brothers! But this book gave me my fix! Sooo, Sam is going to FCP now...and we KNOW what kind of drama that is going to bring! Kate...Tate...all the other stuck up wenches! So yes, the drama is high in this book...but Sam can hold her own. Everyone else wants her to let the Kade boys handle the drama, but Sam would rather take it on herself. And she does! The Kade brothers aren't going to let anyone change their feelings towards Sam. She's family, end of story. Mason...my goodness that boy oozes authority with all the sexiness! Hot guy in charge? Yes please!
I love this book for many reasons, but my biggest one would have to be Sam's independence. Yes she's got the hottest boys in town as her protectors...but she aims to be identified as someone who can stand up for herself! I'm a little worried as to where this story is going. So many cans of worms opened at the end of FCP. A Logan love interest? Marissa back in the picture? Fallen Fourth Down(book #4) cannot come soon enough!!!
If you're looking for a spicy read...get started on this series!!!!

WOW. Just WOW. Okay this book was Oh-Em-Effin-Gee Amazeballs! Very few of what I would consider YA (Young Adult) books can truly hold my attention and make me fall in love and this book just rocked my socks of in both of those areas! Previous to starting the very first Fallen Crest book last Friday night I had only read Carter Reed by Tijan which I also adored, but I understand why this is her hit series. This series is a step into the best book series I have ever read and definitely makes my Top Books list. As of now its also the only entry in my Best Books of 2014 list.

Knowing I had today's book tour for book 3 in this series, Fallen Crest Public, I got home from work last Friday and decided to start on book 1. It took me a little bit to get into the book (once Mason and Logan's characters became involved more) but once I was hooked I just kept reading and reading and reading. I finished book 1 (will be adding my review for that shortly), then jumped to book 2, and then finally book 3. Now keep in mind this is all still Friday evening. Or what I thought was Friday evening. Because next thing I know I hear my step-dad walking around the house. I thought he was watching movies and must be about 1 or 2 am and going to bed... Nope... not even close. It was 7:15 am Saturday morning and I had just stayed up and read all three books. The Fallen Crest Series was so good time literally flew by and before I knew it I hadn't slept. And I was so pumped and excited after finishing it I couldn't go to sleep!

Fallen Crest Public is by far the most angst and drama filled of all the three books. You are dealing with secrets that Sam is hiding from Mason about her visitors to the bar, but besides that Fallen Crest Family (book 2) finished on a happy note. That does not carry over into book 3 where the thrills start pretty much right away and go throughout the entire book... and unlike book 2, Tijan left me a mess at the end of book 3. It wasn't a huge cliffhanger, but sooo many unanswered questions and one which is bluntly stated at the end of the book left me wanting to find her and beg for mercy in the form of the next book in this series, Fallen Fourth Down.

The conflict really just came at them from all angles in this book. It was hard on all of them, but particularly Sam, who tried to shield Mason and Logan from the relentless bullying she was enduring at the hands of Kate and her group of mean-girls. That didn't mean that Mason and Logan didn't know about it, just that they didn't know the severity of the situation.

Some parts of this book were from Mason's POV which I absolutely LOVED! I love getting dual POV's and seeing things from the guy's perspective, especially when you see how he see's her. There is just something so totally melt-worth when your realize that all her fears are unfounded. All her self-doubts, the way she see's herself... he loves her completely and without reservation. And sexy scenes from a guy's perspective... well I had to turn the fan on!

My only negative may have been that there was almost too much drama, it just never relented, Sam never got a break, but in the end I understood the need for it and it was tied up at the end. However, Fallen Fourth Down has its own set of issues lined up and I can't wait to read it! I highly recommend this book series, and this book Fallen Crest Public. Be sure to read all the books in order! Enjoy!

OMG this book was amazing!!!
Tijan has done it again, her books just keep getting better and better, i just love her writing style.
this book picks up not long after fallen crest family (wont say much cus i hate spoilers) but needless to say sam, mason and logan are faced with more conniving chicks and certain people just wont let them get on with their lives, have their happy ending.
poor poor sam she goes thru so much, i cried with one part and thought "WHYYYYY Tijan WHYY!!!!!"
the writing style that tijan has is just so easy to read, it makes the books way to hard to put down.
the ending of this book had me cursing, swearing, wanting to hit something. i kept turning the page on my kindle app to see if there was more, i even turned my phone over LOL. why oh why did you have to end it like that!!! those last few words that tate uttered to sam just tore my heart out!!! i cannot wait for the next book, and yes i know this one isnt even out yet so i have a bit of a wait but holy moly it will be worth it to read the 4th one. this is one series i dont want to ever end.

Like the previous two books in the series, Fallen Crest Public was also a rollercoaster. A rollercoaster that I would take over and over again.

Love the main characters. Kade brothers are just so yummy.

This series keeps getting better and better. I was glued to the story because I couldn't stop reading.

Simply amazing.

Fallen Crest High series is an absolute must read and definitely one of my all time favorites.

Next book can't come fast enough.

After reading most of Tijan's books, I'm struggling not to see the crazy similarities between them. I found myself in this book getting confused about characters and realizing the stories were all overlapping. Am I the only one who can no longer overlook the fact that it seems most of her characters have awful (I mean heartless) parents. The characters all are so desirable and magnetic that people look like idiots just to be near them? I enjoyed the story lines of these books for the most part, but found myself in this one, especially in the beginning, becoming so distracted by the over the top situations and confusing dialogue that I couldn't enjoy it. I think this is a case of trying to hammer out one too many books in the same genre and running out of material. Sadly, I will not be buying a 4th book (4th book! Seriously!?) in this series. I think Mason and Sam's relationship has been beaten to death and it seems like this newest cliffhanger is a ploy to extract another $4 from fans who will buy anything with Tiijan's name attached.

My friend recommended the series to me and honestly it's crap.

Seriously this book is so unbelievable and the people are one dimensional horrible people.

The main character Sam is a constant victim, that's all the writer knows what to do with her. She's everybody's victim and she's boring, and shallow in her relationships especially with her psychotic boyfriend Mason. Sam is not a deep scared character she's shallow and repetitive under everything. I don't know why anybody bothered with this chick because like I said she's boring her conversations and relationships were all uninteresting and contrived. I'm glad the people at FCP did not deal with her anymore cause ugh

Mason is a piece of shit also he's as shallow as Sam and I was tired of everybody acting like He was some god, all I thought was that he was a violent freak.

Logan was as stupid as usual and useless.

All in all the book had no point everybody was hateful and the book was confusing most of the time. There was no surprises, especially at the end, who didn't see that? Same old Tijan stories. I will not read the fourth because it will be just another book to contrive a story where Sam is a victim and a new evil force will be plotting against her, I just hope it's not her mom who I think was unfairly character assassinated in the second book for Sam and mason to be some interesting and sympathetic.

Ugh I hated this book, that's why I returned it, it was horrible

As Sam’s past becomes unraveled more and more, she is trying to keep it hidden from Mason. She does not want him to think of her as broken and it really makes me hate her mother even more. Crazy flip outs, crying for forgiveness, and bipolar fits sums up how her mother treats Sam and the reader is pulled in right there with her. A few times I had to take a break because I was so overwhelmed with how much Sam had to go through, then I felt anger and wanted the Kade brothers to save Sam from all the torture.
Meanwhile, Sam is trying to keep eyes in the back of her head for those back-stabbing girls at Fallen Crest Public High that either want her boyfriend, her step-brother, or want to ruin her for being the new girl. Either way, drama is drama and Sam handles herself very well considering I would never want to go to that school myself.
Lots of drama and intimate moments with Mason as their relationship develops, but overall very addicting read!

honestly i did not like this book at all! was def a waste of time and money! the book is just soooo dramatic with everything and i feel like we have read the same thing over mason gets in the shower and sam sits on the sink to watch him..ok i guess i love the fact that they have such a strong love for one another but gosh this book is not believable at all and yes we know that you had crazy parents but there's a line that irritates the life out of me mason says well "hes an adult and hes bound to lie" something along those lines gosh get over it! not all adults are like this im sorry i just thought this was not a good book and to add another cliffhanger after we had already waited for the third one gracious im good on the fallen cress series and i don't think ill continue reading
