The whole Squeaky Clean series is a favorite of mine and Dust and Obey is no different. Can't wait to see what happens next with Gabby and Riley. I love that I can read a mystery/suspense book and have it be clean.

LOL - Christy is a gifted writer with such a sense of humor that makes one giggle days after your latest read... Creative and well thought out plots are complimented by - oh no, now I'm remembering Riley and the bird rescue! Another giggle fit...
It's Riley and Gabby and Sierra...friends we know and love.

Faith first - and without pressure; this series is one to pass on to anyone who has no clue there are great books that combine "Christian" and "fiction".

I really enjoyed this book. I love Gabby St. Claire and I love Riley Thomas but I especially love them together. I have enjoyed all of the "Squeaky Clean" books but this was one of my favorites. The plot really kept me guessing. I love the humor in all of Christy's books but most of all, I love the way the stories grab my heart. This one had me in tears. I'm looking forward to more Gabby and Riley mysteries.

Gabby and Riley are back together. Cue the music....or wait... no, they're not. I will admit that I've kinda skipped around the Squeaky Clean series, reading whichever books find their way into my excited hands, so I'm not 100% caught up on Gabby and Riley's on-off relationship. But I LOVED this book! It was so much fun to see them finally letting it all out, everything they've kept buried inside. Of course, with those two, especially Gabby, this is done while trying to survive and unmask a murderer.

When I first started Dust And Obey I wasn't sure if the storyline would exactly be my cup-of-tea. BUT, a Christy Barritt book never lets me down. I was pulled into the story from the start, gleefully sorting through the clues along with Gabby and Riley and finally picking who I thought the killer was, and was pretty much unable to put the book down. Every Christy Barritt book I read becomes my favorite, so until the next book comes out Dust And Obey is definitely my favorite Squeaky Clean Mystery.

I loved the Gothic atmosphere of Dust And Obey, the creepy mansion, the cast of suspects who all seem to have something to hide, the romantic tension, the almost over-the-top danger in the dark... Ahhh, this is what makes a good story for a dark and stormy night...

Crime-scene cleaner Gabby St. Claire is back, and so is her ex-fiancé, Riley Thomas, who has recovered from his injuries and moved back to the apartment across the hall. Gabby has a new job, and Riley has a proposal—to team up to solve a murder. Only thing is, they have to go undercover as a married couple at an island retreat for those with troubled marriages. How can Gabby handle such closeness with her former love? The island adventure offers much more than they anticipated with an ending they didn’t see coming. Great story. I liked seeing Gabby and Riley working together and working on working out things out. They find themselves helping out a friend at a marriage retreat for couples and soon find themselves more deeply involved than they planned. Also as they act as a couple, they find themselves figuring out why they are no longer a couple. Also while gone they get a call from Sierra and Chad about the baby. I really enjoy this series of books and find myself reading them in one session. I can't wait to see what is in store next.

The 10th book in the Squeaky Clean Mystery series finds Riley and Gabby on case together. A lovely and fun mystery which kept me spellbound until the very end. This was not really a surprise,I love Christy Barritt's books. Her characters are fun and quirky and her stories always keep me guessing and I love the fact they are always clean. Another winner from Christy!
