When the writer knows what they are talking about, an honest review is simple. The writing pulls at your heart...makes you want to fight for love,and will make you not want to put the book down!!! I cant get enough of the characters. The emotion that you can feel through each page. Love that makes your heart want to...re-read...over & over. This is an easy enjoyable read !

I really liked this sweet romance. Loved that the hero wasn't really looking for love but was still a good guy. However once he gets an inking of the heroines plight he is right there to step in and help. His concern is heart warming and then his love and lust is hot! So many warm and fuzzy feelings for this book. Just an easy, quick read that will leave you feeling warm too!

I didn't really know what to expect on this one but it's Alexa Riley and I was not disappointed.

I adored Cole and his protective nature especially over Catherine. Catherine is doing what she has to do to survive.

People might frown over their relationship but at the end of the day love conquers all!

Another great read from Alexa Riley. Cole is a retired army ranger with scars and a big caring heart. Catherine is a shy loner with scars of her own from having shitty parents that are not there. This story tugged at my heart strings and their journey together is beautiful.

AR at their finest— they do sweet older man/young virgin Insta-love like few others. I love or hate what they write. This one I loved. Super sweet and cheesy.

Just ignore the stuff that doesn’t quite make sense like a foreclosure after one missed payment and a few other things that just don’t add up.

I loved Keeping her Warm . Its just the perfect read to cuddle up under a blanket and read . It was sexy . swoon worthy and very sweet . This is another fantastic book by Alexa Riley and I cant wait to get my hands on there next book . Catherine and Cole are just perfect for each other .

This quick short addresses issues like food insecurity and homelessness, but with so much steam, you hardly notice the gravity of the situation Catherine is in. Cole's a hero, ready to ride to the rescue because it's the right thing to do...only there's something in it for him as well this time.

It’s amazing how a novella could be written with some much story that it feels like I’ve read a full length novel. So few writers seem to be able to pull that off. Or maybe it’s just the talent of the writers behind the Alexa Riley team. I’ve yet to meet a book they’ve written that I haven’t loved.

Finally, an AR book worth reading again. The last 3 - 4 books have been garbage. I was about to say "never again" to an AR book, but they have redeemed themselves with this one. Back to what I love most about this author....instalove ....passion...possessive alpha male....HEA.

Catherine’s situation breaks my heart!!! But Cole comes to the rescue like we would expect of our alpha hottie to. Watching him take such good care of and love Catherine makes up for some the the crap she endured before him. Another HEA sweet alpha hit for the Alexa Riley duo.

Cole and Catherine were wonderful!!! I loved Catherine’s strong personality and Coles ideas on what he wanted out of his love life. I loved the progression of the story. It was quick but meaty.

Ah...such a sweet story. Cole and Catherine are likable characters. If you want a protective and possessive hero, a down on her luck innocent heroine with a side of instant love and gooey sweetness, then this is the right book for you.

This was soooo sweet. The big, strong, sexy, alpha sheriff falling instantly for the sweet little girl that needed a big strong sexy man! Swoon!!! I loved it! This one just hit me right in the feels. It was such a great read.

This story blasts heat in this chilly winter! I only wish there had been a resolution to her family issue. It wasn't necessary to the love story, which was hot, hot, hot, but inquiring minds, well, you know the rest. Read this story!
