Review:How can someone write so well and have such a weak plot? The answer is, of course, that Hiatt attempts to give her teen romance a sci-fi spin and fails. The premise is so flimsy that it's unbelievable. It reminded me a little of Twilight, only the high school loser is in love with an alien instead of a vampire.
