Dear Teddy (Dear Teddy A Journal Of A Boy Book 1)
Dear Teddy (Dear Teddy A Journal Of A Boy Book 1)

Review:BUT to read on and on, sharing in the horror and then to just have the story STOP.??? I get it's a story that needs to be shared from the viewpoint of the victim child. But to not learn an outcome! Now I'm a victim of that family too. Perhaps Amazon should offer the series instead of just one at the lower price. Not knowing the adult end is heart wrenching Read more

Review:This book was a tear-jerker! Hard to read at times.I became very angry with the father! How he could just ignore the abuse was beyond my understanding! I am amazed that children who have gone through such abuse can ever go on to live normal lives.I know LOVE can heal a lot of wounds! Read more

127 Small Changes to Improve Your Health - and Happiness

Review:I had to read this book 3 1/2 to 4 times before I felt that I was improving my life any. Others reviewers said they were already familiar with habit stacking. I was not. Although I soon realized that there were some habit stacks that I was doing automatically without calling them anything--like First Things in the Morning Stack and Last Things in the Evening Stack. After the first read, I began writing down procedures. Then I deleted them all because I had the sense that I was spending more... Read more

FREE The Republic By Plato - 100% Formatted

Review:I have know of Nietzsche since highschool and expected this to be hard to read and understand, but it is worse than I expected. The fault lies, in my opinion, with the philosipher's style more than anything. Don't try it if you have never read the man before. Read more

Review:Love this book. Can't find a single page that's not interesting. This is a resource book so easy to read & author describes things simply so reader follows along without a glitch. No More Mr. Nice Guy

Review:This book is incredible "on" target. It is so insightful and helpful. The author has a way of conveying such specifically accurate realistic applications for people that have lost themselves to an inner "nice guy"- one of the best books I have ever read. Read more

A Separate Peace (The Teacher's Companion)
A Separate Peace (The Teacher's Companion)

Review:This book deserved more like 3 1/2 stars
In A Separate Peace John Knowles' character development was superb, especially when explaining how Gene became a part of Phineas. Gene's urge to become Finny, added complexity to the book, making it more interesting to read. Knowles temporarily takes away this intricacy for an entire chapter when Gene leaves school to go to visit his friend Leper. Gene's trip to Lepers house was the worst part in the book because the intricate relationship between G... Read more
