First 100 Board Book Box Set (3 books)
First 100 Board Book Box Set (3 books)

Review:I work with toddlers, so my little clients have to love my books—and they LOVE these books. The books are easy for tiny and big hands to hold and handle; the pictures are vivid and colorful, and, due to the thickness of the board, the books are practically indestructible. Great! Additionally, the book case allows for easy carrying and travelling for me to work with my little clients. Thanks!!! Read more

Pooh's Honey Trouble (Disney Winnie the Pooh)
Pooh's Honey Trouble (Disney Winnie the Pooh)

Review:Book looked like it had never been opened except for the huge "THIS BOOK BELONGS TO ARTHUR" in huge black permanent marker on the back. No other complaints. I hope Arthur liked the book as much as we do :-) Read more

Winnie the Pooh's Giant Lift the-Flap
Winnie the Pooh's Giant Lift the-Flap

Review:My 3-yr-old granddaughter loves this book. The only down side is that she's played with the flaps so many times that two of them have torn off, and they're not so easily taped back on. But that doesn't bother her at all, so I have no complaints. :)

The illustrations are very close to the originals and not like those counterfeit Disney imitations, which is a plus. Read more

Goodnight, Numbers
Goodnight, Numbers

Review:Catchy rhymes and adorable illustrations paired with math concepts makes this book a standout for bedtime. Each two-page spread highlights a number shown numerically and written out as a word along with a short lyrical stanza. “Goodnight, two hands. Goodnight, two feet. Goodnight, two ears, so small and sweet.”

The gentle watercolor and digital illustrations capture a diverse group of children and adults preparing for bedtime. Observant children will notice that there are several examples... Read more

Big Dog . . . Little Dog (Bright & Early Board Books(TM))
Big Dog . . . Little Dog (Bright & Early Board Books(TM))

Review:I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of this book - despite being a picture book, the text is independent of the pictures and the pictures are tiny on an iPad. As far as kids go, it's a sad excuse for a book. Not worth buying and I'm sorely disappointed in the quality of the experience. Save your money. Read more

The Gas We Pass: The Story of Farts
The Gas We Pass: The Story of Farts

Review:Thought this would be cute to teach kids from. Yes it is educational on why bodies pass gas and how much gas a healthy body passes daily... BUT... what is the need for pictures of a father or male figure drinking beer at dinner???, a picture w the same father/ man naked and bathing in a tub w his naked son (who's genitalia are sticking out) and they are farting in the tub???, and all the characters have angry faces all throughout the book???Artwork is not that great either. I had to Dr up the bo... Read more

A Potty for Me!
A Potty for Me!

Review:Got this to introduce potty training to my daughter. She loves it. She had an accident one day and I said "oh, you peed in your pants." And she replied "but mom says "that's ok!"" (Which is a line from the book). Read more

Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb (Bright & Early Books)
Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb (Bright & Early Books)

Review:Love this book. I gave it four stars just because I should have checks the dimensions better and the pages tear very easily, which is unfortunate. I will need another one either bigger or in board book style. Read more

The Little House
The Little House

Review:Read 20 times or more in the first weekend. Could a 3 year old vote more strongly for a book?

I hope she can pass it on to her own children. I still have the copy given to my daughters about 30 years ago. Now I must debate between Katy and the big snow or Mike Mulligan for the next gift. I like this problem. Read more
