Review:Probably the best book I have ever read on the paranormal. Bob Cranmer does an outstanding job telling the story of how he and his family overcame a demon that had been terrifying his family for years. Bob decides to fight back after his family starts waking up with claw marks on their skin and also seeing a grim reaper looking entity in the house. With help from numerous priests and mostly his strong faith in God and Jesus, Bob fights back at the Demon and never gives in. His persistence and co... Read more

Review:I am so thrilled to have been introduced to Melody Beattie's books. She is amazing and this Codependent No More and the workbook are proving invaluable! My therapist and I are working it together and I really feel myself morphing into a happier and healthier person while letting go of the anger and resentment. I highly recommend for nearly anyone but most especially if you have lived with an alcoholic, addict of any kind including a rageaholic. A must read! Read more

In order to tell an effective story about the Holocaust, one must do more than shock the reader with the evils that took place in concentration camps or Jewish ghettos--this has been do... Read more
Review:Besides being another thrilling western story by Zane Grey, this one delves into the intricacies of the Mormon cult and the problems it creates in peoples lives. Although the story is fiction, it is good historical fiction and I have recommended it to many friends. Read more
Review:I just downloaded and started this book today, so this review only covers the first few chapters. I am trying to get into the book, but the glaring mistakes in editing are really taking me out of the story. The very first sentence is a prime example:"The hammering on the door shot him into wakefulness like a handgun going off in his face." Really? A handgun? In a book set in 1453???? How does the protagonist know what a handgun is? Hello there, first of many anachronisms.
Later the author des... Read more
