Review:This was my introduction to the Bad Kitty series and I was disappointed. I did not feel it was appropriate for an early elementary student. It is illustrated in black and white and very 'busy' drawings. There is a bunny in the story who 'rants' in diatribes that no elementary child would comprehend. I bought this for my 2nd grade granddaughter, but feel her older sister who is in 7th grade might understand some of the innuendos. Read more

Review:The book is adorable. But Amazon really stiffed me on the packaging. they crammed the book into a package that was too small and broke the spine. I complained and, to date, have heard nothing from Amazon regarding what they did.

Review:Our five-year-old daughter LOVES this book!!! It doesn't have SO much information that she feels overwhelmed...but has enough to keep her interested ~ and learn fun facts about some really awesome and awesomely-cute animals :) I think it's a nice jumping-off point to introducing a more serious, more reading-intensive animal book/encyclopedia when reading skills are more mature.
