Bears in the Night
Bears in the Night

Review:I ordered this book for my grandsons who live out of town. As I have other grandchildren nearby, I like to keep my own, old copy around. I was disappointed in the lesser quality of the book's construction, the thin paper. My old copy made it through 4 kids and is about 35 yrs. old - still on decent shape. The story, of course, is still great and very much loved! Read more

The Return to the Kingdom of Fantasy (The Quest for Paradise)
The Return to the Kingdom of Fantasy (The Quest for Paradise)

Review:This story is a clash between two worlds. The Kingdom of Fantasy, an of course, our friend, Geronimo Stilton. Geronimo is sucked into this world, and he goes on this quest, through many different domains in the kingdom of Fantasy. I have based many of my books on this story. Read more

Review:Im listening to the audio version of this book and I think it's making it even worse than it is. This is a very dull book and not full of any diverse characters. You will need a lot of caffeine to get through it and I can't imagine kids liking it. The story gets off topic and is full of stereotypes of all kinds. How this book ever got an award is beyond my comprehension.

Paw Patrol Phonics Box Set (PAW Patrol) (Step into Reading)
Paw Patrol Phonics Box Set (PAW Patrol) (Step into Reading)

Review:My beginning PAW Patrol reader loves these. My beginning reader knows each dog's name, so he can start connecting the letters of the names and the sounds they make by seeing who is on the page. The writing is simple, too, and the books are divided up into 'lessons' for them. Read more

Sign of the Moon (Warriors: Omen of the Stars #4)
Sign of the Moon (Warriors: Omen of the Stars #4)

Review:The Clan cats' saga continues with this intriguing next step in the quest to determine how "the three" can use their special powers to save the Clans from extinction. Blind Jayfeather, who 'sees' clearly across the ages, discovers the role he played in establishing both the Clans and the Tribe of Rushing Waters. . .and how those cats' destinies are tied together in both the past and the future. The substance of this series was beginning to 'thin out' a little in the last two books, as though the... Read more

Omen of the Stars No. 6) - The Last Hope (Warriors
Omen of the Stars No. 6) - The Last Hope (Warriors

Review:This was the saddest book of the entire collection of warriors this was an amazing book (SPOLIER ALERT!!!!) It was sad that Firestar and Spottedleaf passed but it(the book)wouldn't be as great if they hadn't. I hope that they decide to do another series about the clans but I know they probably won't but I would be nice to involve a different clan this time like Shadowclan but Thunderclan would still be best.
