Review:I really enjoyed reading this book on Hashimoto's disease. Not only did it educate me on the disease but it also introduced me to some great ways to help my diet and to become healthier. I myself, do not suffer from Hashimoto's but I do not a few people who do. The book informs you on the disease and offers meal ideas for a paleo diet that will help your symptoms of Hashimoto's. The book offers a 3 day cleanse meal plan and a 31 day paleo meal plan, along with several other extra recipes and... Read more

Review:A real eye opener. I have now convinced my doctor to put me on dessicated thyroid. First I have to get my adrenals working right; so, I have to read another book on that, but I do believe I will start feeling better on this regimen. Unbelievable physicians are not taught this information in medical school. I am having to tell my doctor what laboratory tests I need, and what medication I need. On a positive note, I have found a couple naturopaths in my area that seem to be more familiar with... Read more

Review:The pictures are angelic. A nice a gentle read for before sleep. I love the gender neutral child and that you can easily replace the word nursies for your phrase. You can even easily fill in your own child's name for the 'baby' in the book.
There are even directions you can follow to make te process easier for you.
We read to our 16 month old and at his age, you could really see in his face, his understanding of what was going to happen, of sleeping until the sun comes up. It has helped us... Read more
Review:I especially liked the chapter on "Farming your Body." I have always had digestive issues and understandably so, no doctor has ever told me to listen to my body. They have always told me to eat based off the food pyramid, which is not the most effective resort for someone like me. Not listening to my body is probably my biggest downfall. I don't trust the medical system in our country and I believe our doctors have failed us all, including my mother who died of cancer when I was 17. I trust book... Read more
