Review:This audio book was well worth the money. I believe that Dr. Wallach explains in simple verbage about how supplements can make a difference in our lives. Sounds to me like a lot of time, research and knowledge has been shared within this audio book. Read more
Review:The first few chapters were interesting but after a while it became apparent that this was a 350-page book that was stretched to 700 pages by means of jargon, lack of focus, and way too much detail. I can understand that many people who work in this field might give it 5 stars. But for everyone else, it is definitely not a five star book and was not worthy of all the praise it received by certain book reviews, such as Kirkus. I remember reading an interview with a writer who said it was hard to ... Read more
Review:A very useful book for the basic information needed. It condenses the material to a manageable level. The only complaint I have is the amount of material covered. I would have liked to have seen more. Read more
Review:Amazon should not allow publishers to market PDF galleys of their books as e-books. The lines of text in this book does NOT reformat themsleves to fit on mobile screens, so you have to scroll back and forth horizontally to read every line. Useless, ridiculous. It's not an e-book, it's basically just pictures of a print book. I want a refund. Read more
Review:DBT is an amazing tool for changing your outlook on life, this therapy has made me capable of having a life worth living. I have mental freedom like I've never felt before. I hope they start teaching this stuff in schools it is essential to have if you were brought up by parents who didn't know how to regulate their own emotions therefor not being able to teach their children the importance of mindfulness, self love, calm communication during stressful times and so much more. Review:The NANDA is located on the inside cover and first page on the paper version. The Kindle version is missing the entire second half of NANDA!!! Cross referencing is impossible. Page numbers are "locations"; this book does NOT have 10,000+ pages. I rarely used this book in the first semester of my nursing program but it was required. Now I'm debating if I should just go ahead and spend the money on the hard version also since I will be using this for 20 page care plans with concept mapping. ... Read more
Review:Great boom that had me very well prepped. Note: deducted one star because in the back toward the summary areas there are a few obscure paragraphs that say you might also want to study these processes (biology section) those processes turned out to be very important.. At least the basic understanding of each was. I feel that should have been better presented. I do recommend the book! Read more
Review:A very good book with excellent illustrations, and particularly suitable as an introductory text for undergraduate students in neuroscience. For post-doctoral researchers may not be sufficient and should lead to other books. Read more
Review:I recently read 12 Stupid Things That Mess Up Recovery by Dr. Allen Berger and it is one of the best books on recovery that I have read. As I am in recovery, this has been very insightful into the complexities of the disease of addiction. I plan on using it as a one of my daily life tools and am already sharing it with other people in recovery. Thank you so much Dr. Berger, I plan on reading more of your books and look forward to helping others with the knowledge you are giving us.

Review:This copy is clearly a riff from other Little Red Books. Some of the typesetting is a little careless, the spacing and page setup could be better, but it does contain the same essays as other Little Red Books. The thing with this one is the price is right. Read more
