Women's Fiction
Review:Light fun mystery, kept my interest. Character Riley a little dramatic at times. It was entertaining to read, I’d call it a good beach read. One thing I did not understand was the seemingly random quotes between some chapters, which did not add to the story at all. Read more
Review:This book is definitely not the genre of choice for my pleasure reading but once in a while I leave my normal reading pattern just to break the monotony. Closet Full Of Bones was a great read, kept me entertained and guessing every step of the way, and delivered that "twist" at the end that I had no idea was coming. I've never heard of the author but like their style of writing and would probably read more by them. Read more
Review:This is the third book in the Disciples series. Johnathan works for Lucifer (from the first book Keeping Lily) but owns his own gritty bar. Of course he has it that way to keep the spoiled princesses and CEO types out of his bar. But that doesn’t stop Beth and her friends from a night out when her daddy, the Senator, is out of town. Things go horribly wrong when the girls are snatched right out of Johnathan’s parking lot. He’s pissed! Do these guys not know who they’re screwing with?? Onc... Read more
Review:The Beach House Hotel series is a delight into reading about two women who are smart, different in personalities and driven. Both mothers, who come together by their daughters friendship. Each at different stages in life, but come together with one dream. The Beach House Hotel.
Dinner at the Beach House Hotel finds the women faced with decisions no one would imagine to be faced with. The reader relates on their own level. We may not be faced with the exact challenge, but we recognize what... Read more
Review:I recommend Playing With Fire, but it is certainly not a Rizzoli and Isles buddy book or one of Gerritsen's medical thrillers. Odd mix between psychic thriller, traditional mystery and history lesson. I enjoyed the story. It seemed a little choppy, probably because it is only 271 pages, but not sure I could stand it being longer. Some of the material will cause discomfort. Mother fearing her own child, the fear that a family's mental instability runs to either the mother or the daughter, th... Read more

4.5 stars
Oh yeah, Zane was as hot and awesome and yummy and kinky, as I knew he would be. Evie was great for him as a teenager and even more so now. Ty was a sweet kid except when he found Zane sleeping on his pillow in Mama's bed. That was great. A real kid, one with a mouth, and not afraid to show his feelings not a perfect little angel who did no wrong. (I'm really tired of those.)
It's only 4.5 stars because as I've said before you can't be 5 sta... Read more
Review:I enjoyed reading this book about Vanessa and Logan. Vanessa’s wedding plans reunite her with Logan, the man she had a short marriage with in their teens. When it becomes clear that they have a lot of unresolved feelings toward each other, they have to decide what path their futures should take. The author does a great job of showing the struggles involved in that decision. Read more
Review:And this was no exception to that rule. The people were believable and well written. You wonder just how long it will take Jared to realize the feelings he has is Love. Even though he is the last of the brothers left as bachelors, he still has no clue. Read more
