I had not read anything by Sara before but I definitely will again. I loved the completeness of her characters and the humor and heat she was able to bring out. It was a nice detour away from the typical "duke" story and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Read more

He takes care of his whole family and has a castle that needs lots of work. When Alice and Elliott first meet you aren't sure how this is going to go. What a ride and I enjoyed it very much. ... A Fantasy Romance of The Black Court (Tales of The Black Court Book 1)
A Fantasy Romance of The Black Court (Tales of The Black Court Book 1)

Review:Enjoyed reading this book. It's a different take on an old story. I really liked the puca character. The chemistry between Logan and Trina was amazing. The downside of Trinas character is she was constantly whining about being left behind even when she acknowledged that was for the best and also constantly questioning Logan's motives. Read more

I Still Dream About You: A Novel

Review:As usual this great writer takes you back into wonder land and you do not want to leave it. The characters are great like every book that Fanny Flag writes. Funny but I have done the "to whom it may concern" senario like Maggie I planned to the detail also. It very funny remembering it Read more

Chimes From a Cracked Southern Belle

Review:Chimes From a Cracked Southern Belle is a fantastic read. Susan Reinhardt has the sense of humor of the truly funny people that I grew up around here in the South. She's clever, witty, and whimsical, and also takes you into the story so smoothly that you almost feel like you're watching a movie. Well done!!! Buy this book folks!!! Read more

I Still Dream About You by Flagg - Fannie [Hardcover]
I Still Dream About You by Flagg - Fannie [Hardcover]

Review:flagg has lost her ability. her books have become boring rehashes of each other. southern women in traditional roles involved in the same old southern claptrap as nearly every other story involving southern women. her first books were original, fun and interesting, now they are merely the same book over and over and over again. A Redbird Christmas: A Novel
A Redbird Christmas: A Novel

Review:Fannie Flagg has written another big hit! I have read all of her books and always look forward to the next one. Her stories are homey and depict life and times that seem to be lost now. She has a "down home" style and tells stories about very colorful characters. I hope she continues to write in her own style...with humor and charm. Read more
