Review:I really enjoyed this one a lot. It probably has to be my favorite in the Four series, only because this one talks about meeting Tris and some events that happen in the Divergent book but now come to light. The tension he has with Eric, the struggle to admit his feelings for Tris, the struggle with the decision to tell Abnegation about the upcoming struggle; I mean there is so much that Four has to go through and that is why I enjoy reading about him overcoming his struggles, that I can relate t... Review:I really liked another book in the same series, so I purchased this book. This story is just weird. It's about how a kiss is supposed to get from grandma bear to Little Bear, but somehow gets lost along the way. The premise is fine, but the development of the story is odd. Read more
Review:Very enjoyable for even an "older kid" like me. my grandson and I both loved this book. It shows the need for understanding those different than ourselves and the joy and knowledge that one can experience when accepting and learning about another culture. Read more

Uncle Mathew is a strict Puritan, and he won't accept any of the fineries that Kit has brought along. Uncle Mathew's wi... Read more
Review:I really enjoy reading the book. It brought back a lot of memories of all the good and bad time growing up. The author is very good at putting her emotion into words that we can all relate to.
This is a must for your book collection. Read more
Review:I listened to the book on tape as an adult and it not only inspired and moved me, it actually challeneged me to further explore Alaska and wolves in general. A well deserved "classic" status, along with The Hatchet and other gritty young adult novels. Read more
Review:By the Great Horn Spoon was by far the most enjoyable social science book I have read. The book truly captures the the spirit of what life (Gold Rush life) was like in those days. The author tells this story with great enthusiasm and descriptive deatil; the reader automatically feels as if they are there traveling along with the main characters. I beleive that the use of this book in any classroom with help students gain a better understanding of what "gold rushers" went through to keep their... Read more
Review:Several reviewers have already commented on both of the two stories in here. I will still discuss them briefly, but mainly I will focus on how this version differs from the e-books, since I have both e-books as well and was wondering if the extra features in this paperback were worth getting.
The Prince is from Maxon's perspective, and the original e-book version begins with Maxon's birthday, which is shortly before the start of the selection (I believe that from the way it's written, th... Read more
