Review:This was an amazing short journey into the wonderful world of Norse mythology. I've started several books on the subject but became bored with confusing details and bogged down descriptions. Don't let the size of this book fool you. The author covers all aspects that I have found in other anthologies but with a straight, to the point writing style that was informative yet not overbearing. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in Norse culture. Also a big plus are the links to extende... Read more
Review:This is your standard cliffhanger it is a fast read literally can be read in I don't know 30 minutes 40 if you go slow. Nothing really fascinating about it one steamy scene it's just a very quick read so it doesn't stand out needs to have more in it to give it any sort of real review because you don't really get a sense of the characters you can't in such a quick read. It leaves you with a quick cliffhanger about wanting to know about the rogue wolves but even that doesn't leave you interested e... Read more

Review:Hot hot hot! This book doesn’t disappoint, I literally couldn’t put it down. Kate and Chaucer’s story is definitely unique, a private club to get pregnant by a hot stranger, but still manages to be sweet and romantic. If you want a quick and steamy read this book is for you. Read more
Review:Love Anita Blake but I found myself trying to speed read to the good parts. Don't get me wrong, I love the characters and am a huge Anita Blake and crew fan but too much romance not enough action here. Read more
Review:Offensive. Ghastly. I returned this story and got a refund. This short went beyond Anita's usual naval gazing and hand wringing about her relationships. The author has her heroine involving a four-year old in the hysterics of her alternate lifestyle and rubbing the noses of all her mundane/ human friends in her relationship choices. It is a good thing Anita doesn't plan to have children because she would feel compelled, as she does in the case of the four-year old Matthew, to make a big dea... Read more

Review:I loved Matheson's Duel. King and Hill pay perfect homage to a masterpiece of terror. A great story that burned by my eyes in a trail of gasoline and smoke. I'd tell you to read it, but with the reputations involved that seems pointless. Read more
Review:I was steered towards Algernon Blackwood’s The Wendigo by someone who read my admiring review of The Willows, another creepy, wonderfully written novella or long short story by Blackwood.
And I must say that I found The Wendigo an even more unsettling read, though also showing Blackwood’s particular interest and strength – the wild, wild, natural world, far from civilisation, and how that ancient world might be at best, indifferent to the puny biped who so often despoils and abuses it, bu... Review:The book is amazing. It is the foundation for Transaction Analysis. All people play games with each other, either consciously or unconsciously. This book is easy to read and will teach you how to spot a game and how to not fall into its trap.
I highly recommend it for everyone. Read more
