Review:Great book! This book is perfect for the hot mess mom's, busy mom's, even working moma. Such an easy read and a great book I will reference as I reorganize and declutter my home. Cas is addicting. Love all of her ideas! Read more
Review:I really likes this book. At times a little bit repetitive but overall very good and especially for someone who isn’t so familiar with the deeper concepts of minimalism. Also gave good practical examples and gave you a sense of “you can do it” indorectly through the authors own examples of what he had done. Recommending! Read more
Review:I read this book through in one day because I'm surrounded by clutter, mostly paper, and needed badly to be motivated to start the thinning process. It definitely had an effect on me and I've already started the job! I've had past experience clearing the decks before emigrating a few times, but seemed somehow to "clutter up" again, though it took a few years! It's the paper clutter that really gets to me and I would have liked something on that subject. Thank you for reminding me about the wisdo... Read more

Review:Great cleaning advice and tips even for those seasoned cleaners. Love the recipes for easy, environmentally safe and healthier products. Especially for younger adults, or any one starting out with no idea how to clean. Even though I have been a wife and mother for a long time, I still greatly benefitted from this book.... Read more

I usual wince when authors are out to save the world (the last statement in Chapter 1 is "The healing of ourselves, of each other, of our children, and of society begins one bond at a time.") but I put that aside and really was moved by the view the author gives.
I put "Noticing" (pg 31) to the test immediately, and was amazed at the reaction from my 2 year-old (a recent adoptive placement) as well as a ... Read more
Review:I was expecting a comedy book about failings at becoming an adult - and that was in this book - but there were also really helpful tips for young adults setting out on their own. Kelly did an excellent job of mixing the two. Read more
Review:ICC system of organization & cross referencing seems to be set up so that the authors can prove how obtuse they can make something. I have worked with Building Codes for 40-years and they just seem to get more illogical in organization each issue. Going to multiple locations to try to piece together the requirements for an issue often leads to varying interpretations of the intent to no one's benefit. Read more
