Review:I was diagnosed with type two diabetes in January last year;2011. Review:It breaks down weight from a scientific perspective. It's all common sense, but I guess its good to get back to the basics. It promotes slow weight loss, and talks about the negative effects of rapid weight loss and weight loss fads.
